14/10/2024: Tuvimos la cena más increíble aquí, el camarero (que era el camarero más apasionado que hemos encontrado) hizo toda la experiencia y tuvimos una comida que nunca olvidaremos. Nos explicó todo el menú en inglés, detallando los ingredientes de cada plato (que por lo que reunimos era todo sostenible y cultivado localmente) al final de la misma queríamos probar todo! Incluso la cosa más simple como cebollas asadas con zumaque fue increíble. Se nota lo frescos que eran todos. Mi compañero dijo que su pasta era el mejor Ragu que había comido en Italia, ¡lo que fue un gran elogio! Tantas opciones veganas también, que es muy raro en Italia. Este fue el único lugar donde me dieron un postre en 7 días, así que me alegro de que fuera genial. Muchas gracias por la experiencia, nos encantó todo sobre su restaurante Pd - incluso la música que tocan es brillante. Restaurante llamado Pink Floyd.

06/01/2025: Epiphany day lunch, excellent welcome, precise and accurate service, friendly and helpful staff. Basic but comprehensive menu. Well prepared dishes with a strong flavour, compliments to the Chef, a suggestion: I would not have put bagna cauda on the fregola with cod but I would have added a little salt of onions and celery to compensate for the strong flavor of the cod. Comprehensive wine list, excellent desserts. Easily accessible. Advised

05/11/2024: Questo agriturismo è perfetto per una vacanza rilassante in un contesto naturale sulle colline umbre. Ottima l'accoglienza e l’atmosfera, arricchita dalla presenza di Margot. Di prima qualità sia la colazione sia la super cena. Le stanze sono pulite, spaziose e ben arredate.

Luca Matteo Martina absolutely the best in everything.... genuine dishes at km below zero given that they have a vegetable garden in sight......delicious first courses and second courses with attention to detail....flavors of other times......I would like to tell the gentlemen who go to 5 star hotels that they have understood nothing about life ....I wouldn't change it for anything......and do we want to talk about breakfast?? Tarts made by them with jams always made by them with their fruit.....and nothing guys, what can I say you are fantastic... keep going...see you soon

08/02/2025: Business dinner in an environment furnished with excellent taste in the historic center of Bevagna, in fact it feels like eating in an art gallery. If on the one hand the environment was unique and refined, on the other the dishes are unfortunately nothing memorable. The polenta for the starter is good. Unfortunately, the Sagrantino gnocchi had a very light flavor and taste, not very predominant. For the chitarrini white ragù and truffle, however, expectations were very high but then the result appeared to be only sufficient given that it featured a sort of creamy cream with a creamy taste that was not listed on the menu. Very polite staff but poorly trained on the nature and origin of the processed foods.

Fatto l'ordinazione, le portate sono arrivate in tempi diversi quindi ognuno ha mangiato da solo se non voleva che la pietanza si raffreddasse.Una ordinazione non è stata portata, abbiamo chiesto se arrivava e la cameriera è andata in cucina a vedere e l hanno messa a cuocere dopo l'avviso, vedendo che era tardi ho avvertito la cameriera che non la volevo più. Mi hanno obbligata a prenderla me l'hanno messa nel piatto nonostante io avessi detto di no, allora me lo sono fatta mettere in un contenitore per portarla via.La recensione negativa non è per l'errore in cucina ma per il proprietario al momento del pagamento a cui ho raccontato lo sbaglio loro .Mi aspettavo delle scuse per la mancata cena invece non solo non si è scusato ma mi ha anche fatto pagare la pietanza come da asporto. Da commerciante so che ci può essere l'errore ma la differenza la fa il recupero..... inqualificabile .

29/12/2024: Very welcoming and nice place, complete with a fireplace! Typical restaurant specializing in snail cuisine. We tried them in every way and no dish disappointed us. The prices are very balanced. Truly, I RECOMMEND IT.
