29/01/2026: A little place we chose "by chance," based on reviews online, and it didn't disappoint! A small, welcoming place, with attention to detail and quality music specially chosen by Crescenzo. What can I say: you truly feel at home! The dishes are explained in great detail, as are the drinks, all in a friendly, informal atmosphere. Alessandra's touch in the kitchen is truly outstanding... Everything was excellent, with authentic, local, yet refined ingredients. What can I say? We'll definitely be back!
The idea of leaving a little poem on each diner's seat is a lovely one.

22/01/2026: Floyd restaurant is a little gem in an enchanting village. Inside, it offers limited seating, a simple yet welcoming atmosphere, and the owners clearly and truly embrace their work with passion and, above all, love. Floyd is one of those businesses that deserves recognition: for their commitment to selecting locally sourced, top-quality, and seasonal ingredients; for their desire to perpetuate such an authentic vision in an increasingly less tangible world; for the poetry they bring to the table and their culinary preparations; for the music they carefully select to accompany their dishes. Because it's not enough to nourish the body; we must also remember to care for our souls.
Dinner at Floyd was surprising. A menu with just a few dishes, but extremely carefully crafted and of the highest quality, a comprehensive choice even for those who choose to be vegetarian or vegan. The key ingredients in the dishes are refined yet simple, some even harking back to a long-forgotten ancient cuisine. These dishes are rarely found in mainstream restaurants, yet they embody so much of the local area and healthy eating. A special mention goes to the chocolate cake, which reminded me of the one my mom used to make, and which made me feel even more pampered and at home.

05/02/2026: The pizza is really thin. 3 people, 85 euros for just pizza and 1 beer, it's truly insane. As thin as a sheet of paper, are you kidding me? Do we even want to talk about a pizza with tuna for 19 euros that I saw on the menu? Wow, are you really kidding me? You pay that much for nothing, and it's also burnt underneath, but no way!

20/09/2025: This is an amazing agriturismo. Our hosts Luca en Matteo were so kind and helpful. Matteo is an amazing chef who prepares a fresh four course meal every night. It was never a problem that I am a vegetarian, he always made up an alternative meal for me. The location is beautiful and the brothers have great suggestions for places to visit in the area. We enjoyed the view every day. The room was really nice and clean and the pool was great! We hope to visit again sometime.

03/10/2025: Delicious food! Very, very nice service, though they still need some more education, but they're very talented at putting customers at ease. I enjoyed lunch very much. The seats are a bit narrow,but all in all I found it a great experience. And, they realized a special diet lunch for my friend, which is also a big plus. Thanks Jen and your wonderfully kind staff. Keep up the good work!

13/02/2026: The owners of the vacation rental where we're staying recommended this place to us. We booked, mentioning we had a dog, and they said it was no problem.
We had a hot/cold appetizer, two first courses, and a second course plus dessert. The food was excellent, as was the house red wine. The portions were generous. Unfortunately, since we were so hungry, I couldn't take any photos of the meals. But a heartfelt thank you to all the staff, who were prompt, friendly, and above all warm. I mentioned it was my partner's birthday, and they put a candle on the cake (a warm heart). I highly recommend it and hope to return in the future. Beyond the good food, the politeness, empathy, and warmth make this place a rare find. Thank you so much ❤️

14/03/2026: This is my third visit to this place, and unfortunately, I'm forced to drastically change my previous review.
Nothing to say about the exquisite food and the location, which has already received positive reviews.
Let's talk about the owner, with whom you'll probably—unfortunately—interact during the ordering process. He repeatedly and harshly attacked me because he didn't understand my order. Leaving aside all the details, I really don't believe you should address a customer in such a rude and offensive tone, just as you shouldn't yell at waitresses. Honestly, I would have left if it hadn't been my daughter's birthday. I definitely won't set foot there again, especially since within a few meters there are equally worthy trattorias, but with decidedly less rude and offensive management.
There are capable and eager young people here, but they haven't inherited a family restaurant and are struggling more. It's a shame.

30/01/2026: The restaurant is a small osteria located at the entrance to Bevagna, a delightful medieval village waiting to be discovered. We stopped for lunch by chance and were pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming, and the traditional cuisine is truly excellent. We had a wonderful time, highly recommended!

14/03/2026: We arrived at 8:20 PM with another couple. The service was very disorganized from the start: we had to ask for menus twice and three times before we could order. Throughout the entire time, we received not a smile, not even the slightest gesture of attention or professionalism.
Meanwhile, they began serving at least four tables that had arrived after us, while those who arrived with us ate, finished, and left. At 10:00 PM, we still hadn't been served.
At that point, I brought the situation to the attention of the owner, but her response was rather rude: she said the orders had been taken "in the correct order," and, faced with the evidence, simply turned around and walked away. It gave the impression of the classic "if it's okay with you, then so be it" attitude.
The atmosphere and organization, unfortunately, were reminiscent of one of those restaurants you see on "Kitchen Nightmares." In the end, not even a simple apology for the mix-up was forthcoming. In fact, when I got the bill, I even had to point out a mistake in the prices, which were different from those listed on the menu.
It's a shame, because this is a historic restaurant that once guaranteed quality. Unfortunately, today the experience was very different: stale bread, mediocre meat, and truly terrible service.
You can tell there's no longer any love in what they do.

19/06/2025: Siamo stati in questo locale a Bevagna e purtroppo l’esperienza non è stata positiva. Abbiamo ordinato due birre, senza che ci venisse specificato che si trattava di birre alla canapa in bottiglia. Alla nostra richiesta di qualcosa da accompagnare alla birra, ci è stato portato un piattino con una semplice fetta di pane tagliata a listarelle con solo un filo d’olio sopra: davvero poco, sia in quantità che in cura. Al momento del conto, la sorpresa: €16 per due birre e un pezzo di pane con olio. Per un posto come Bevagna, ci è sembrato un prezzo decisamente esagerato, soprattutto considerando la qualità e la trasparenza del servizio. Non lo consiglierei.
11/05/2025: Questo piccolo locale e’ uno di quei luoghi incantevoli da segnare nella propria agenda , posti particolari che la passione e il gusto di persone speciali ci hanno regalato e di cui la nostra bella terra per fortuna è costellata . Lo frequento da più di 20 anni e quando voglio fare pace con il mondo e regalarmi un po’ di bellezza scendo a Bevagna a pranzare in questo piccolo scrigno di serenità . Avrei voluto chiedere , alle ignare ( forse più corretto ignoranti ) turiste anglosassoni che si sono accomodate all’interno , un po’ dispiaciute perché “ fuori “ era tutto pieno , se si rendevano conto della fortuna che avevano, ma sopratutto vorrei chiedere a mamma e figlia se sono consapevoli della loro bravura . 10/07/2025: Enoteca sul corso principale di questo spettacolare borgo . Interno di piccole dimensioni , ambiente gradevole ed intimo . Tavolini esterni sul viale. Ottima carte dei vini e proprietario molto preparato e gentile .
Piatti tipici locali. Ci siamo presi 2 taglieri come accompagnamento ai 2 ottimi calici di vino. Deluso dalla qualità dei formaggi. Dubbioso su quella dei salumi (prosciutto non pervenuto . In compenso molta mortadella….) . Prezzo adeguato.
28/05/2025: Se detuvo a tomar un aperitivo. Se decidió por una copa de vino blanco, seleccionada por el ‘propietario’ acompañado de un pequeño plato de aperitivos. Ambos buenos, así que decidí probar el tinto sagratino (conseguí otro pequeño plato de aperitivo; yum).
Buen servicio amable, y con explicación del vino. ¡Volveremos!
