21/09/2025: Very clean rooms and hotel. Good breakfast at their other hotel across the street. The location of the rooms on the ground floor is not very pleasant.

12/06/2025: On the occasion of my silver wedding, I chose the garden to celebrate with family and friends. Starting from the food, the organization, the staff and the availability, everything was perfect! The care with which Mrs. Vittoria managed the tables and location far exceeded our expectations. A summer evening, barefoot on the lawn with a unique atmosphere, music and an exceptional dinner, meant that after 25 years we found ourselves fulfilling a dream again. 12/10/2025: The best takeaway pizza in town, staffed by young and very kind people, prices maybe slightly above average but in my opinion you pay for quality.

06/08/2025: Locale consigliato dal personale de “Relasi dell’Olmo” di Perugia. Pulito, accogliente, giovanile. La qualità della carne è eccellente, . Noi abbiamo preso due tagliate da 300g , una semplice e l’altra con bufala e granella di pistacchio. In fine un Tiramisù fuori dalla norma, grande dí porzione e ottimo di sapore. Titolare gentile e disponibile. Assolutamente da provare.

03/08/2025: Gezellig mooi decor met prachtige tafels van een lokale kunstenaar! Heerlijk zacht vlees! Sommige zaken misschien prijzig maar als het vlees in je mond smelt dan denk je mmmm Zeer vriendelijk personeel en ook hondvriendelijk. Reserveren is aan te raden. Ligt uit het centrum maar is de verplaatsing waard! Wij komen hier nog terug.

02/12/2025: One of the most beautiful and unique places I have ever seen. The Clitunno Park is not just a green area, it’s a place where history, myth, and nature blend together in the most magical way. The springs that feed the Clitunno River were already sacred in ancient Roman times: people believed a river god, Jupiter Clitumnus, lived beneath these waters, and great festivals were once held here in his honor. In antiquity, the river was so abundant that it was navigable and connected small settlements all the way to Rome. A powerful earthquake in 444 AD changed the course of the springs forever, reshaping the landscape but never diminishing its beauty. What you see today, the emerald lake, crystal-clear water, willows reflecting on the surface, and peaceful wildlife, is the result of centuries of natural evolution and a major 19th-century restoration that created the romantic lakeside setting we know now. For me, this is truly one of the most stunning and special places I’ve ever visited: • the light on the water is mesmerizing, • the nature is lush and calming, • and the sense of history makes every corner feel meaningful. A magical spot in the heart of Umbria, perfect for anyone who loves beauty, peace, and places that seem to exist outside of time.

11/10/2025: Extremely rude owner... And wrong receipt... I asked him twice for the menu to see the prices of the local wine and at the end of the meal they also brought it to me without a price... In the final result, in addition to the prices not equal to the menu, the price of the local wine per liter is 18 euros served frozen the red wine for a total of 36 euros of wine.

05/10/2025: Overrated place, rude staff, nice-looking platter but subpar, with cold fried foods and cold, rubbery pizza slices. Exorbitant prices.

27/08/2025: Super friendly owner. The pool and sun loungers are available. Convenient for visiting Lake Trasimeno, Assisi, and the Sienese hills. Highly recommended.

14/10/2025: Just like home. The pizza is always good. And I recommend the supplì, excellent. The pizza is excellent, and the location is welcoming and very nice... the people who frequent this pizzeria, namely the San Martino locals, are hospitable and engaging!!! Also suitable for classy dinners, birthdays, and other parties!! The owners are super helpful!!

10/10/2025: A different delivery person every week, a kilometer away, and the food arrives 40 minutes late. Cold and incomplete pizza is, in a word, disgusting. I'm sorry, but it's the truth. And that 1.4 slices of dry-cured ham is a disgrace. The mushrooms on the Quattro Stagioni are probably just "stagione autunno" (authentic). I'm sorry, but I don't recommend it.

24/09/2025: We only tried the restaurant; we didn't stay. The food was good, nothing exceptional. The only downside was that everything was cold, and the appetizers were cold, including the fried flowers. The pasta arrived cold, and so did the meat. It's inexplicable, considering there were only five of us and a couple. The staff was friendly and helpful. Beautiful view of the lake, and free parking.

14/09/2025: Wanting to visit Umbria, my husband surprised me and took me to this magical place! The farmhouse atop the hill and the surrounding forest, Lake Pediluco...surrounded by greenery (I didn't know it existed and that it was Umbria's second largest lake after Lake Trasimeno 🤦‍♀️) and, just a few kilometers away, the magnificent and powerful Marmore Falls! The owner (Massimiliano) is the perfect host: kind and helpful. The restaurant, quiet and romantic, offers healthy and delicious cuisine, traditional with a touch of culinary avant-garde. If I previously wanted to explore Umbria, now I adore it and can't wait to return and stay with Massimiliano! A big hello to his staff too! Ananda & Claudio

30/11/2025: The food was truly excellent...the marks I gave to the service and the atmosphere are only to improve those two aspects. A bit cold...both the place and the host/server. They could give and do much more.

17/05/2025: The dough is not a fresh product made at the moment but a semi-processed one, the staff limits themselves to the seasoning! It is so thin that it cools down immediately and becomes a hard pizza to eat. Pizza for me is something else. I bought a Francescana, a margherita and a margherita with speck to collect my order I had to argue and take out the receipt because according to the owner it was not my order! Too bad we had already paid otherwise I would have left! I do not recommend!

07/12/2025: It's scandalous to pay €4.30 for a hot chocolate that isn't even slightly thick and is served (we were at a table inside) in a paper cup. Never again, shameful!
