04/02/2025: Very nice, family and welcoming place. To celebrate a family birthday we chose this place and we had a really good time. A beautiful crackling fireplace kept us company during lunch, enlivened by simple but tasty dishes. The chocolate crumble with orange cream is excellent. Well done Lorenzo & Co. We will come back for sure.

04/04/2025: Very nice place aesthetically but terrible service. I went to this place with friends for an aperitif, the staff was unprepared and not attentive to customer requests. We asked for a platter for 6 people and they brought us a small portion of cold cuts and three slices of cheese. We reordered the same bottle of prosecco and they brought us a different one without telling us anything. The park is very nice and the on-site parking is convenient but we definitely won't be returning.

09/02/2025: I had an amazing time on my Italy 🇮🇹 trip and I would like to say that Tony was a part of that. The friendly and welcoming service by Tony was awesome. I had a great time at Blue Bar with my wife and her sisters. The atmosphere was electric. We stayed for hours, singing, drinking, eating and just enjoying nice conversations. I would highly recommend checking out this place if you are in Orvieto.

02/03/2025: E’ l’ora di pranzo di domenica ci fermiamo in questo locale pensando di mangiare solo pizza e ripartire, ma una volta letto il menù non abbiamo resistito ed abbiamo mangiato, oltre al trancio di pizza come aperitivo, delle insalate e dei primi: fusilli all’arrabbiata e tagliatelle al ragù bianco. Tutto, tutto veramente ottimo, le tagliatelle direi sublimi. Per terminare non ci siamo fatti mancare le loro “ frittelle” (che qui chiamano in un’altro modo) ripiene di crema, ottime!! Aperol spritz preparato alla perfezione. Ma non è tutto, il pezzo forte è stata la gentilezza delle giovani ragazze ci hanno coccolato per tutto il pranzo. A presto.

25/02/2025: I ask for an orange juice (8.30 am) and they serve me an "already squeezed juice that they kept in the fridge" So... the juice must be made express... I'm sorry if this is the first negative review of the place, but having it in that place is always not good. The juice must be made express!!!!

01/01/2025: Malgrado la cucina eccellente, ottime le tagliatelle al tartufo e la focaccia, a causa della scortesia di una delle cameriere che ci ha servito, non torneremo più. Vorrei distinguere tra una cameriera bionda, molto carina, gentile e sorridente e l’altra che ci ha accolto che non ci guardava nemmeno in faccia. A quest’ultima ho domandato come fosse un dolce che aveva un nome umbro che non chiariva che tipo di piatto fosse e senza quasi guardarmi in faccia mi ha risposto: “è un tipico dolce umbro”. Senza aggiungere altro. Che bella scoperta! Ho dovuto rifare la domanda suggerendo delle possibilità: “si ma com’è? È una torta, un tortino, boh”. Risposta: “sì un tortino tipico umbro.” Ovviamente nessuno ha preso il dolce. Oltre a questo, la porta dietro di noi (fuori c’erano 0 gradi) era sempre lasciata aperta, senza che nessuno si curasse del nostro benessere. Se fossimo stati serviti solo dalla ragazza bionda, saremmo probabilmente rimasti soddisfatti e saremmo tornati. L’assenza totale di cortesia e professionalità della cameriera mora con i capelli raccolti che ci ha seguiti maggiormente, ci h fatto uscire scontenti malgrado la bontà della cucina. Peccato

11/03/2025: In viaggio verso Orvieto ci siamo fermati per pranzo a Fabro viste la buone recensioni del locale- Dotato di un bel parcheggio. Abbiamo mangiato degli ottimi crostine e una buonissima grigliata di carne mista- Da consigliare

02/02/2025: ottima sosta anche se i tempi di attesa sono un po' lunghi crostini cardi e freddi 7 euro filetto al pepe verde OTTIMO 22 euro tagliata ai funghi porcini BUONO 26 euro conto totale 71 euro... buono per una sosta

14/04/2025: It was the second time in this structure, the main house and the garden were very beautiful, the larger rooms were nice even if less poetic than the stone house, but the thing that ruined the stay was not being able to enjoy dinner at the restaurant of the structure, the bad thing was that during the booking phase I had specifically asked if for the evening of the stay it would be possible to eat in the structure like the previous time, having been enthusiastic about the cuisine, the answer was yes yes then when we arrived at the structure and asked for the time of dinner we were told that it was closed on restaurant and that we would certainly have found where to eat in Cascia without even a suggestion or apology. Good breakfast but a little poor considering that perhaps it was just us, the service would need to be reviewed if with few guests instead of making them feel pampered it makes them feel a little tired.

17/11/2024: Family weekend dedicated to discovering places.. discovered by chance thanks to friends.. suggestive and very quiet location a few km from Cascia. Mini apartment really well cared for and pleasant. Too bad we couldn't try the restaurant. Simple breakfast but with homemade products.. very kind owner. We will definitely be back..
