14/07/2025: A. Good farmhouse. I only went to eat. I didn't stay overnight. I have to say, the atmosphere is nice and friendly, full of kittens that keep us company. We ate outside. The atmosphere is nice. I think the prices are a bit high for the location. The starter was 18 euros and wasn't very rich. The menu on the blackboard was a few nice dishes to choose from, cooked quite well. I'll post some photos so you can get an idea of the dishes.

22/11/2025: A must-visit if you're in Perugia. Having a cappuccino and cornetto for breakfast is a truly religious experience. The best cornetto in Italy. And the cappuccino is incredibly creamy. A place you'll definitely want to return to.

05/12/2025: We spent a truly pleasant night at this agriturismo. The hospitality was impeccable: the owners are welcoming, helpful, and eager to make guests feel at home. The room was spotless, meticulously maintained, and very comfortable, ideal for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was one of the highlights: varied, plentiful, and prepared with homemade products. The freshly baked cakes and cookies were delicious and added a special touch to the experience. I sincerely recommend this place to anyone seeking tranquility, authenticity, and personal attention. 16/11/2025: My mother and I always go for Sunday lunch whenever we can because the food is delicious and high-quality, especially the fish dishes. The waiter Massimo is very friendly and professional, making you feel at home. Highly recommended.

16/04/2025: This is the second time I've gone in the afternoon during opening hours and found a sign saying "Closed today at 1 PM." I may have been unlucky twice in a row, but that means it's not something "special" or that it "never happens." Obviously, I wasted my time today too...

05/04/2025: I discovered this place by chance, and almost by chance I found myself taking a pastry-making course dedicated to the presentation of Colombe...also by chance I shared this experience with delightful people who love pastry like me (even though I will never be, and never want to be, a pastry chef). I can say that it's no coincidence that the owner Caterina Tripaldi, her brother Giacomo Tripaldi, and their young assistants run this place with love and sacrifice, nurturing it just like their sourdough starter, the star of all their creations. I loved this experience, and even though I don't live near the pastry shop, I will return as often as possible, even with my family, because everyone should be able to enjoy Caterina's hard work. Thank you so much, Caterina, for passing on so much passion and, above all, your precious recipes!

19/11/2025: A historic pizzeria, among the longest-running in Perugia. A welcoming, yet not overly modern, 1990s-style restaurant with friendly, helpful, and welcoming staff. Excellent customer service. Plenty of space in the two rooms on the basement level: be careful if you have mobility issues, as there are stairs to climb. Thin and crispy pizza, well-cooked and well-seasoned. The fried appetizers are well-executed, and the crostini are delicious. Good selection of wine and beer. Plenty of parking outside, even though the area is very busy and there are many cars. Conclusion: the years pass, but Aix remains a reliable place! Well done.

25/09/2025: I was invited by some friends to dine at the Perugia Tennis Club restaurant. I have to say, five stars aren't enough! Everything was delicious, even the wine list, while not extensive, was excellent. Patrizia, who looked after us, was truly a pleasant surprise: a very cheerful and cheerful person, always ready to please and offer advice. I will definitely be back and highly recommend!

27/06/2025: We stopped here for dinner, parked the car, and attended a concert at the Basilica di San Pietro. The food was very good and reasonably priced, and the owner was very friendly.

18/09/2025: We chose this property for its historic character and its pool. We used it for about two hours because it was full of mosquitoes, and we and other guests had to flee. The area could be disinfected so guests can enjoy relaxing by the pool, but instead we had to go up to our room and then leave. The lobby cleaning was a bit unnecessary, and we would have liked a check-in to be done with a smile. The room and breakfast room were dimly lit, and there was no large mirror. Excellent Italian breakfast. We checked out with a smile, asking: "Are you not using the pool?"... Positive notes for the three of us: historic structure, breakfast, proximity to Orvieto. I'm attaching a photo.

24/06/2025: Came here by chance while traveling, as it is close to the highway - but I'll come back for a vacation for sure after seeing this unique building and the lovely town it is in. People are friendly and laid back, the room is large and has AC, the hotel is clean. Total hidden gem! Highly recommended!!

03/05/2025: I saw other reviews complaining about the road, but since I don't have a Ferrari, I made the trip anyway. And I was right, because when I arrived I found a very well-kept place, with very clean rooms, which is not a given. The owners Mario and Anna, with the help of Luca, welcomed us warmly and had us dine at their place. A surprise fixed menu for 30 euros all-inclusive: appetizer, first course, second course, side dish, wine, water, dessert, coffee, and liqueurs, all homemade and, to our immense pleasure, excellent and plentiful. In addition to his kindness, Mario entertained us by telling us about the dishes he prepares and all the herbs he uses like an expert. You can see he does it with great passion. Anyone who comes to these parts is definitely recommended to stop by and see for themselves that what I said is true. Congratulations, we had a great time.

08/08/2025: Questo ristorante è una certezza. Lo frequento da anni e non mi ha mai deluso. Quest’anno abbiamo provato un ottimo filetto alla brace, tenero, saporito e cotto alla perfezione. Personale gentile e accogliente. Location carina sia all’interno che all’esterno. Consiglio tagliolini al tartufo, carne alla brace e la degustazione di dolci davvero superlativi! Complimenti!

05/08/2025: Reading some reviews, I'm sad to note some criticism of the location, but I'd argue the opposite... the property overlooks the Umbrian hills, within easy reach of the region's most characteristic places, such as Perugia (45 minutes), Spoleto (30 minutes), etc., given that the Umbrian landscape brings with it both remoteness and the view of the countryside, all to be enjoyed. As for the property, nothing to complain about... very beautiful. OH... JUST FOR... the "disastrous" road is the ROAD OF SAGRANTINO... so it would be like criticizing the cobblestones of the Appian Way!!!
