15/06/2025: There was no one on the terrace, the service just walked past our table and completely ignored us (girl with short black hair and tribal tattoo on arm) while she was setting other tables. Then she found her phone more important than providing us with a drink. No one came to take our order. After fifteen minutes we just got up and left!! Service really a 0. A waste of such a beautiful location!

20/06/2025: We went there for dinner during our first night at the adjacent ChocoHotel, not knowing where to go to eat. A very pleasant discovery: good food, very kind staff, really delicious desserts. The tagliata was really delicious and even the cod, different from what we were used to, amazed us. The cost per person is not very high and the quality of the food fully justifies it: it is a restaurant that I definitely recommend. The restaurant has sober furnishings and plenty of space to be able to relax even between the tables. The parking lot is shared with the ChocoHotel. If you are a guest of the hotel, you can decide to include the meals consumed here in the final bill or you can pay directly. What we took and how much we spent: 1X water €2 1X coffee €1 1X side dish chicory €4 1X side dish baked potatoes €4 1X sliced ​​beef €18 1X cod €12 2X desserts on the trolley €12 2X dinner cover charge €4 Total €65 for two people

17/06/2025: Restaurant located at the Chocohotel. We tried the choco menu, so I can't comment on the rest of the dishes. As far as we're concerned, the food was nothing special: very flat flavors and above all in none of the dishes (except for the dessert) was there a taste of cocoa. The goose ham carpaccio is ruined by the salad, which wants to be gourmet (with peaches and cocoa drops), but instead seems like one of those salads from a canteen buffet. The cocoa tortello with buffalo ricotta, butter and sage was good, but without any strong flavor. The stewed priest's hat was hard and difficult to swallow and the cocoa and rosemary sauce was non-existent and tasteless; not to mention the accompanying herbs/spinach that seemed to have just been taken out of the fridge and without a shred of seasoning. Of course, for €50 per person we couldn't expect much more. Only positive note, the staff was very friendly. I would not recommend it.

11/05/2025: Every time we come to eat at Tao, which recently renovated the premises, it is an excellent time spent in a comfortable and relaxed environment where you can enjoy not only good quality sushi, but also excellent Chinese and Thai cuisine. If you want to spend a carefree and simple time enjoying good Asian food advise.

08/03/2025: Io non sono la classica italiana che tra le mille pietanze andrebbe sempre sul sicuro con una bella pizza. Non la amo se non é come la voglio io, e raramente la finisco tutta. La mia cena é iniziata benissimo con un ottimo antipasto, offerto dalla casa, perfetto da accompagnare alle chips scrocchiarelle e deliziose (arrivate ben calde e contrastavano perfettamente il fresco sapore della mousse di ceci). Il personale é molto cordiale e gentile. Ho ordinato una “margherita sbagliata” ed é stata la scelta più giusta che potessi fare. Non ho mai mangiato una pizza così buona, un impasto perfetto e ottimo per chi come me spesso non digerisce bene alcuni impasti di pizza troppo pesanti. Un’originalità che sposava perfettamente il gusto, mi ha fatto divorare la pizza prima di tutti e averne voglia di un’altra. Consiglio vivamente.

14/05/2025: Bonito lugar en la plaza principal teníamos el cerdo local con panes planos y tomates en brochette, que era muy sabroso. Bueno para un almuerzo ligero.

23/04/2025: A mio avviso la migliore norcineria della zona. I salumi sono lavorati e confezionati dal proprietario nel suo laboratorio di Norcia. Si trovano prelibatezze rare: salumi di cinghiale, di maiale brado, pecorini e legumi. Il ciauscolo è impareggiabile. Ho acquistato spesso tartufi freschi (uncinato e estivo) sempre eccellenti. Mai preso panini, ma io a Spoleto ci vivo e il panino me lo faccio a casa.

Starting from the food, the organization, the staff and the availability, everything was perfect! The care with which Mrs. Vittoria managed the tables and location far exceeded our expectations. A summer evening, barefoot on the lawn with a unique atmosphere, music and an exceptional dinner, meant that after 25 years we found ourselves fulfilling a dream again. 05/05/2025: The owners seem really nice people, but when we entered around 18.30 h., they did not seem to expect guests. We were sitting alone in a very large dining hall. Because we were suspicious about the quality of food, we only ordered antipasta (bruchetta), which was just eatable. We also ordered a draft beer (Heineken), which was so sour that it was undrinkable. (We come from beer-consuming countries, Belgium and the Netherlands, and are knowledgeable about how beer should taste.)

02/05/2025: La sua priorità è alla cassa ... Per ordinare si può sperare che dopo 20 minuti qualcuno si avvicini al tavolo dove ti ha invitato a sederti. Se invece decidi di non aspettare oltre e fai per andartene in silenzio, per cercare altrove almeno un poco d'acqua, il cassiere ti prende pure a maleparole. Tuttavia, fuori è un incanto estivo e riprendi quantomeno a respirare.
