22/02/2026: Poor-quality, overpriced food: the €10 cheese platter was made with packaged parmesan and mozzarella, carbonara and parmigiana soaked in oil... The bill was decidedly steep!

02/01/2026: We came to this restaurant for Umbria Jazz and had a truly wonderful time. The restaurant is perfect in every way: food, service, location, and decor, everything is meticulously designed. We also chose something off the menu: lentils with sausage, which were truly excellent. The polenta with wild boar, porcini mushrooms, and sausage was simply heavenly. Finally, the desserts: berry tart and tiramisu, both excellent. A truly positive experience: we'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

18/02/2026: It looked so nice, offering simple, tasty food. Imagine the complete opposite, with the addition of a relatively exorbitant price tag, including fake barbecue!

01/01/2026: Unfortunately, feeling hungry, we stopped at this roadside trattoria. If we'd read the reviews, we'd definitely have gone straight there... the prices were completely out of line with the quality of the food and quite unjustified. For example, the €12 slice of bread was clearly served with discount truffle sauce. Personally, I felt cheated. In those parts, opt for a decent, honest sandwich elsewhere.

08/03/2026: We always come to this bar in groups. But this time we came and sat at a table inside. There were people near our table too. They took orders from everyone and served everyone. But at our table, they called us near the register and asked what we wanted to drink. Then, when they prepared our order, they called us 3 or 4 times to take our order. We also spend money on drinks and food like everyone else. The girl's name is Monica, and I hope it doesn't happen again next time.

29/03/2026: We were there today for an aperitif and had the tagliere and two drinks 🍷 The tagliere (mixed sausage and cheese selection) was amazing 🤩🤩 We'll definitely be back!

15/03/2026: Extremely expensive for very little! The price-performance ratio is completely off. We paid €32 for four Aperol Spritzes and €7 for a 0.3-liter bottle of beer! Even the cheese and ham platter was barely worth €29… Prices higher than in Rome or New York! A real tourist trap; if we had known, we would have moved on immediately.

29/11/2025: We went for lunch and the service was great, not to mention the food, good prices and very good quality.

22/10/2025: Disappointing experience at Pozzo Romano We visited Pozzo Romano restaurant with a group of 15 colleagues, but unfortunately, the experience was very negative. The staff was unwelcoming and rushed, with no attention to the customer. The meal was of poor quality, with poorly prepared and flavorless dishes. In a city as renowned for its hospitality and good cuisine as Assisi, we expected much better. We do not recommend this restaurant.

25/03/2026: The burger was good and the price was average. The cured meats appetizer was poor quality. Wide variety of burgers and steaks. The problem is the service and the tables. The tables are too small to fit four people's plates. Service was poor, as the order was forgotten. It was written in small print and arrived after the burgers for the other three of us. Basic location. The tables on the first floor are too close together.

18/03/2026: A 1950s-style American fast food restaurant with friendly staff. They offer pizza, burgers, and various cuts of meat. I tried the pizza, which was very well topped, and the burgers, both very good, with unique combinations. Excellent value.

29/03/2026: The food was delicious. Specifically the steak. I can’t believe how good the steak was, me and my family were just walking around looking for a place to eat and we are super lucky that we stumbled soon this place. The service was amazing. The servers gave us our food within minutes and my daughter was especially happy because she loves bread and their bread was delicious. The atmosphere was absolutely wonderful literally perfect me and my family loved the vibe. I highly recommend eating here.

07/02/2026: I was so absorbed in my delicious meal that I didn't have time to take a picture, but I still think about it even after I came back to Korea. The staff didn't speak English, so I had a hard time ordering, but they were very friendly. I wanted wild boar, but they said they only served meat for dinner, so I ordered lasagna, spaghetti, salad, and a cola. The lasagna was by far the best. They gave us free bread, and we had to pay a 1.50 euro per person seat fee. If you ask for "Coca-Cola," they'll bring you a cola. The three of us paid a total of 49.50 euros.

19/08/2025: Terrible experience, don't go! We ordered pizzas and were served with extremely dry dough, with equally questionable toppings, all incredibly salty, but never as much as the bill! Three 8/10 cm long focaccias with three slices of salami for €18 (as if it were Cracco's bakery!), to be eaten on the side of the road on plastic chairs and tables! The pizzas (called pizzas, but calling them pizzas takes courage) were made with a dry, hard dough, poorly rolled out, and cooked to the point of being practically inedible. For those who think "we're in Le Marmore and therefore everything costs more," it's helpful to know that we paid the same amount in the center of Pisa with the Leaning Tower behind us, but we actually ate a slice of edible, delicious pizza sitting at a table outside. We were expecting a more down-to-earth and affordable place given the location, but we were wrong! Further along is the Conad, where lunch is definitely more edible and your wallet is safer!

19/08/2025: Never again! Inedible pizza, dry and hard, and the focaccias are incredibly salty, both in terms of the dough and the price. A focaccia split in half with three slices of salami costs €6, eaten on plastic chairs on the side of a road. The sign "sandwiches and stuffed focaccias" on the side of the road, a must for those coming from Marmore, is a decoy. Tourists passing by at lunchtime (as we were), attracted by the sign and since there are no other focaccia shops nearby, will stop and order, thinking the prices are reasonable, given the location and the products on display. (NOTE THAT THE PRICE IS NOT DISPLAYED!) At the end, they'll be surprised by the bill, as if they'd gone to eat at a restaurant! Extremely expensive, practically non-existent value for money. Terrible

02/09/2025: The problem isn't the place, it's not the food, it's the staff! I know it's difficult to handle the public, but the waiters who themselves tell you to arrive at 9:30/9:45 PM find seats for three people, and you arrive at that time with a smile, kind and very polite, mentioning that they spoke on the phone and tried to make a reservation, but they told me there was no need for a reservation and to just show up, there was room. In the end, they show up with arrogance and superficiality. The behavior of the managers/waiters themselves makes the place.

22/09/2025: The gelato is fabulous, with a very detailed flavor selection. We also had a tray of almond, walnut, and chocolate pastries. I can only add that they are spectacular!

21/09/2025: Our experience at this establishment was unfortunately negative. The staff proved unprofessional and rude: when we asked for a non-alcoholic aperitif, we were met with judgmental attitudes and disapproving looks, as if an aperitif could only exist with alcohol. This was a misconception and disrespectful, given that in many establishments, it's perfectly normal to offer non-alcoholic options. The tables weren't adequately cleaned, and the service was disorganized, with orders being forgotten several times. The "aperitif" service was also particularly disappointing: a tiny container of chips, completely inadequate for expectations and the asking price. The prices, in fact, were high and unjustified by either the quality of the products or the level of service. This establishment has potential, but its management fails to convey care or respect for its customers.

15/01/2026: While visiting Foligno, this place "called" to us from afar. Looking for something light and easy, we stopped in. The atmosphere is quiet and welcoming, with tables outside. There's no table service; you have to order at the counter first. The piadinas were good—not overly stuffed, but with good-quality ingredients and a very flavorful taste. The draft beer was very good. The place, even inside, is very unique and homey.

13/12/2025: The perfection of simplicity, an Oscar-worthy setting! In winter, complete with a lit fireplace!

05/01/2026: A beautiful place located in Piazza del Duomo. The zabaglione with Sagrantino passito wine is a must-try; it's a bit pricey (16 euros), but it's a unique experience. The dark hot chocolate, according to my wife, a huge fan of the same, is also perfect.

21/12/2025: Unique! Every visit to Umbria is always accompanied by a surprise at Tric Trac. The location, the staff, the aperitif, and above all, Spartaco... These are the reasons we always return.
