01/05/2025: April 20, 2025 A place I visited during my free time after visiting Orvieto. I ordered espresso from the owner, who seemed like a coffee expert, and it tasted great. The table overlooking Orvieto Cathedral has a nice atmosphere.

23/08/2025: This place is perfect for those seeking peace and quiet. The property is completely surrounded by greenery, has parking, and a wonderful spa (for a fee and located away from the main building), accessible via a short 1-minute walk. The villa has approximately 12 spacious rooms; the one I was assigned had a window that offered a splendid view of the surrounding hills every morning. The outdoor pools are surrounded by beautifully manicured gardens. We had lunch and dinner—what can I say? Everything is homemade and made to order. I really appreciated the use of their own and local products, and the prices are more than fair. A generous breakfast every morning with a variety of desserts. Rooms are cleaned daily, and the staff is attentive, kind, and always available. Special mention goes to all the hard-working staff, but above all, I thank Alessandra for her kindness and for making this short stay a fairytale. See you soon.

06/09/2025: We arrived without a reservation, and they gave us a choice of two tables, despite being booked on most of the others. Menu choice was small but varied to accommodate different tastes. All authentic to the region and locally produced. The food was exceptional. No other words for it. The taste exquisite, presentation superb and sizing just right (not too small to leave you hungry, not to large to feel uncomfortable stuffed). I wish I'd taken photos, but I tucked in and couldn't stop till we'd finished. I had sliced steak with salad, my husband had a wild boar pasta dish and lamb chops. Delicious 😋

09/08/2025: I'm not judging the food since we weren't even served it. We booked on July 18th for August 2nd. We arrived and were met by a rather grumpy waitress who asked us if we wanted to eat inside or outside. Shortly afterward, she came out again to ask when we'd called to reserve the table. Finally, the owner came back to us, handing us his phone and saying he'd had plumbing problems that day. It was a shame there were other cars outside... We were so disappointed that we were forced to get a takeout pizza.

12/08/2025: One word: sublime. You don't often find meat like this, and almost never at such a fair price. The tagliata seemed to melt in your mouth and had a flavor I hadn't remembered in years. The grilled potatoes were a real Madeleine, and the platter of cured meats and cheeses spoke of farmers and pork butchers who truly love what they do. They don't have an outdoor terrace like most places in the city; you eat inside under two large ceiling fans, so it's a bit warm in August, but it's absolutely worth it! The service was very competent and friendly. It's a shame we only discovered it at the end of our holiday; otherwise, we would have returned every night to try every offering on the menu. 😋

12/08/2025: Avoid this place if you can. I really wanted to try the Florentine steak, but I wasn't able to. The staff was incredibly rude, had no desire to work, and we waited over an hour. We paid for our drinks and went to eat at another nearby restaurant. I'd also like to point out that friends of the staff/owners are served first, even if they arrive later than other customers. Horrible experience. I only gave one star because it was necessary to publish the review, but they don't even deserve that.

07/07/2025: Dinner with relatives for grandpa's birthday. Great pizza and great selection. Friendly service.

27/05/2025: We ate a pizza on the spot, for dinner! Nice atmosphere, helpful and kind staff, nice background music and we ate well! Fresh ingredients and a lot of variety to choose from! The pizza is not Neapolitan, but not too thin either. Let's say somewhere in between.

22/08/2025: A restaurant right on the street overlooking the lake. The food was okay, though nothing special. A bit of a style-over-substance affair. On the day we visited, it was impossible to order gluten-free pasta or risotto because they were out of stock. They spent quite a while searching the menu to see what they could prepare, and they settled on steak. Prices were higher than in other restaurants. Service was okay, though not everyone spoke English.

19/08/2025: We visited the restaurant twice during our vacation. The restaurant is located next to many other restaurants on a street directly by the lake. In addition to the original restaurant, there is a kind of extension, slightly elevated, resembling a semi-open outdoor terrace. From there, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake and the sunset, whether inside or outside. The service is very good, multilingual, and attentive. However, delays can occur during peak times. The menu is ambitious and combines Italian cuisine with some exotic elements. The quality and presentation of the dishes are very good, but the prices are sometimes excessive. (A starter consisting of three garnished shrimp costs 18 euros.) Update 2025. We had the opportunity to eat in this beautiful restaurant twice again this year. Fortunately, little has changed: the cuisine has maintained its very high standard, and the service is consistently excellent. Due to the location (view of the lake and sunset), the beautiful, slightly elevated terrace, the good service, and the excellent cuisine, I'm happy to upgrade my rating from four stars to five. This restaurant remains my top recommendation for this region.

02/07/2025: Bad experience, run by incompetent girls, ordered a simple ice cream at the table, a waitress left after I asked for it twice. Asked another one who ended up eating it herself. Finally a third girl arrived who managed to do it (hazelnut and chocolate flavored cone). When I went to pay the cashier was on the phone and seemed annoyed too ... highly discouraged

02/06/2025: Known for years, we continue to be hosted with real pleasure in this delightful place, immersed in relaxing greenery, and we are pampered by Rosella's exquisite cakes, by the good wine and oil of our own production, clean and comfortable environment, we will return with real pleasure

02/06/2025: I hadn't been here for a few years I've always had a good time That feeling of a welcoming home I gladly returned and immediately noticed improvements that I appreciated so much and that demonstrate the care and attention that the owners and staff have This time I arrived with my little dog He was in seventh heaven They have a room, no. 1, with access to the garden Milo, my little dog, was delighted also because he was welcomed into the internal spaces. What can I say more than that I can't wait to return The peace and tranquility make this place the hostess Plus... I saw the fireflies I hadn't seen them for years

09/08/2025: Here, the customer isn't always right... quite the opposite. We had breakfast with three friends. One of us left early and paid for everyone without us realizing it. So at the register, we had to pay the full amount a second time. Mistakes can happen, but the truly serious and disappointing thing is that the next day, when we returned to report what happened, they refused to acknowledge their mistake and offer us the breakfast we were owed. For this, you deserve less than one star. It's a shame it's the only bar in a small, charming village.

27/07/2025: Cucina ricercata con prodotti del territorio, particolarmente buoni gli gnocchetti al ragù di Tinca con fagiolina (legume del Trasimeno). Delizioso lo speck di anatra e il dolce di pesche con coulis di mango e gelato alla vaniglia. Servizio impeccabile.

18/06/2025: Decent relais near Todi. The structure has a lot of potential: beautiful rooms equipped with all comforts, quiet environment and surrounded by greenery. Too bad about the services: the pool needs fixing (the rubber in several places has come unstuck); the spa area in addition to having the jacuzzi out of order (due to a fault that they told you was temporary) was not very clean; the cafeteria service during breakfast was very slow... The staff at the reception, on the other hand, were really kind and welcoming.

09/04/2025: Well. I leave this review to touch on essential points. First: I am presented with the paperless menu, orally. Second: I have a chicken breast, some canned beans and some very poor wine. On the profile the range is 10-20 euros, which presupposes a menu including a second course at 20. Bulgarian location, two pieces of chicken and a small plate of beans taken out of a Lidl box, total cost 23 euros. Thought: 23 is nothing but catching the chicken on duty in a place where 6 people for lunch is a luxury, for some people it is a must. I can send a complete list where with 20 euros, itinerant workers eat great. Rating 2. And I will review on the restaurant publication in which I write, negative mention for this place
