29/03/2026: 1-star atmosphere. The bar is full of people with alcohol problems. Dangerous scenes often occur! Furthermore, the staff does nothing to intervene or remove some of the bar's regulars who regularly cause trouble inside the establishment.

06/04/2026: Dinner was excellent, with excellent quality ingredients and cuisine. Aside from that, the room we stayed in could use some updating (the shower phone blasted out at 180 degrees, and the electrical outlets in the bedroom didn't work). But what surprised us most was that, since there were two of us, we were forced to either opt for the pilgrim's menu or both of us had to choose à la carte. So we asked ourselves: why penalize someone who chooses the pilgrim's menu if they're sitting at a table with someone who wants à la carte? And what do you offer a pilgrim walking the Camino alone?

27/12/2025: Surrounded by nature, located quite high up, just a short walk from Gubbio, it's the perfect place to stay and explore! The castle is easy to reach, truly large and well-maintained! The rooms are large and spacious! You can book a kitchen if you want to be independent! The breakfast was rich and tasty, with every choice from sweet to savory, even for those with food intolerances! The only downsides were the practically non-existent hot water in the bathroom; there was no pressure, so it came out in a trickle. Showering was almost impossible. Furthermore, there was a large door inside the room in addition to the main entrance, which was impossible to lock from the inside without a padlock. At least, I couldn't lock it at all. Finally, I recommend (and I give this advice everywhere you go, even if you rent a kitchen) checking the pans before using them, as those who stay overnight first either rinse them without soap or aren't experienced enough to clean them, which can be quite a hassle! Everything else was great! I'll be back in the summer to relax in the cool air!

02/04/2026: Excellent place where I always stop on the way to Rome. At the Sarni service stations, many things cost less than elsewhere, like Bounty, Mars, M&Ms, and much more.

08/01/2026: I'll start by saying I don't know the venue, so I can't judge. But as for the catering, I can say it's truly awful. What happened yesterday for the 2025-26 New Year's Eve party at the Fabro town hall was truly absurd for me and many other diners: poor food, cold dishes, and many other negative things I won't list here. While I don't entirely blame them, I also blame the event organizers, because they weren't up to par and weren't prepared to serve more than 350 people. I thought I'd enjoy a different kind of New Year's Eve party, but it was a real disappointment. We celebrated the New Year not with a toast, but with a course of (meat, a kind of puree, and lentils, sausages, and cotechino all mixed together for a price of €55.00). It's the first time in my life that's happened. It's a shame you can't give it 0 stars. A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT.

29/09/2025: Honest review: The appetizer was bruschetta with olive oil without salt (we had to ask for it because the chef had apparently forgotten), the portion of lasagna was really small, and the mixed vegetables were just okay. We had to change the house wine because there was something floating in the glass... the interior location was really ugly, like a poorly maintained neighborhood tavern. The prices were high for what they offer. For me, CROSS X

17/09/2025: Extremely long waits. Wrong dishes. Measly portions. At the mall they make you feel more at ease. In a commercial establishment outside of the quality and price range (which doesn't matter to us if you're going out to dinner), you need a smile and some attitude.........to be erased. If you work only for share capital, it's better to stay home.

06/04/2026: Excellent experience! The location is elegant and relaxing, perfect for both a dinner with friends or a quiet evening with your partner. The food is excellent, with dishes prepared with fresh ingredients! I highly recommend trying the more unique pizzas, like the Contadina! ✨️

25/02/2026: I'm sorry to say that this time I probably didn't get the dish I was expecting. In this case, I didn't like the burger; the meat was too pressed together, leaving no room for enjoyment. It was also very heavy because it lacked sauce and some vegetables. I don't think it's their signature dish, but it's a shame nonetheless.
