05/05/2025: Questo locale potrebbe trarre in inganno: dall'esterno sembra poco più di un bar, con pochi posti disponibili. In realtà offre la possibilità di gustare buoni piatti della tradizione umbra, accompagnati da ottimi vini. Il servizio è molto cortese, il menu non particolarmente ricco ma gustoso. Abbiamo condiviso un abbondante ed appetitoso tagliere "Saltatempo", poi, per secondo, una gustosa "porcaccia con patate" e una tagliata, il tutto accompagnato da un buon Montefalco rosso. Per finire un tiramisù
Consigliato per un pranzo non molto impegnativo. Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo
11/03/2025: Con un collega prima di un convegno ci siamo fermati a fare un pranzo veloce da Saltatempo. Io ho preso l antipasto vegetariano e lui la pizza umbra ripiena di verdure e formaggio, e poi ci siamo divisi un carciofo con pecorino e miele. Due calici di vino con 2 tozzetti al sagrantino a testa e 2 caffè: 60€! L'ho trovato leggermente caro.

02/07/2025: Ottimo ristorante posizionato all’uscita autostradale di Fabro. Cucina genuina curata e preparata buona materia prima. Ottima la carne. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Oltre ad essere comoda la posizione ha anche un ampio parcheggio fronte il locale ed un albergo nello stessa struttura, tutto questo molto comodo per chi viaggia.
18/06/2025: Ottimo ristorante posizionato strategicamente all’uscita autostradale di Fabro. Cucina genuina curata e preparata con ottima materia prima. I piatti a base di carne fanno da padrone nel menù ma anche i primi sono degni di nota. Dolci preparati in casa molto buoni. Personale gentilissimo e molto attento alle esigenze del cliente. Ampio posteggio di fronte il locale.

18/07/2025: Our tour bus stopped in Passignano sul Trasimeno on our way to Rome. We had an hour to wander and grab a bite, and we chise to stop in at Marleybone ar & Coffee. My family ordered a Perugia pizza to share, and it was fantastic! I normally eat just a bit of the crust to avoid the extra calories, but this was so good I couldn't help but eat every bite.
The young woman who served us seemed to be the only one there, but she was great! Also, her English is fantastic, so there were no communication issues with our very little Italian.
We sat outside and enjoyed the views of this terrific little town. It was so idyllic that we've added Passignano to our list of places to visit again and spend more time.

27/08/2025: A nice place not far from the historic center, well-decorated. Clean and tidy, the staff is friendly and professional. The pizza is very good, worth it. The prices are also reasonable. There aren't too many tables, but this is more of a strength than a weakness because it allows the place to remain family-friendly rather than chaotic and crowded.
I also found the atmosphere welcoming and friendly.
Worth it.

The extensive menu ranges from pizzeria to pub,
the dishes are tasty and well-made.
The vaguely Anglo-Saxon ambiance and the soft lighting contribute to the warm and welcoming atmosphere.

04/10/2025: Incorrect service, I ordered a hamburger and it arrived without a hamburger inside. I pointed this out to the waitress, who took the hamburger without even trying to apologize, took it to the kitchen, and dumped the hamburger on my plate without even changing the bun, even though I had bitten into it. She brought the plate back to the table, instead of being asked a little "sorry," she said, "Sorry, what were you saying? I put the hamburger in there." This has never happened before. Incorrect and overbearing. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

17/11/2025: Gorgeous location, a well-maintained country house offering good food and tranquility. We used it as a parking space for our camper, and we had a wonderful time. Water and electricity are included in the price. To reach Spello, you'll need to travel independently or take a taxi. Fabulous cuisine.
20/10/2025: We stayed with them this weekend. The setting is beautiful and well-kept. The apartments are clean and very functional. The farmhouse is surrounded by greenery, far from the hustle and bustle. The owner offers a warm, friendly welcome, always available for a chat, and the wonderful Milù, a lovely Cocker Spaniel receptionist, waits at the entrance. The dining room is well-kept. The dinner was very good, and the breakfast had a wide selection. The waitress was very good. The chef was very friendly and very skilled. A well-deserved 5 stars.
