28/12/2025: Dinner with friends. Service was practically nonexistent, despite the small number of us in the restaurant. Customers were not taken into account; we had to call every time to get what was missing. The food was good, but nothing exceptional. The location was beautiful, with convenient parking nearby.

08/08/2025: Questo ristorante è una certezza. Lo frequento da anni e non mi ha mai deluso. Quest’anno abbiamo provato un ottimo filetto alla brace, tenero, saporito e cotto alla perfezione.
Personale gentile e accogliente. Location carina sia all’interno che all’esterno.
Consiglio tagliolini al tartufo, carne alla brace e la degustazione di dolci davvero superlativi!

30/03/2026: The building is so basic (in the negative sense of the word) and devoid of decoration (aside from a few scattered crucifixes) that it feels like a medical facility. I could have overlooked this—although aesthetics still play a key role in a hospitality facility, in my opinion—but not the rock-hard bed and pillow, terribly uncomfortable.
The breakfast, boasted to be homemade, offers many options, but all are mediocre.
The only redeeming feature is the exterior, with its ample parking and garden, convenient for those like me traveling with a dog (allowed, 15 euro supplement).

04/04/2026: A fairly standard location inside a museum, cold at that. The dining room is fairly anonymous, and the only waitress was slow. The pizzas are very varied, apparently too much to handle...
BE CAREFUL NOT to ask for Coke on tap, because they'll bring a liter of Coke for €10 (not listed on the menu, but it will be included on your bill without a problem). Overall, the pizzas aren't bad, perhaps a little heavy; not highly recommended. The price is still reasonable, €17 per person including fried food, but the €2 cover charge for pizza service is high.

31/12/2025: A family-friendly atmosphere in Spoleto's main square. The bar is always well-stocked, with a wide variety of excellent pastries, a well-kept exterior, and a comfortable, welcoming interior. The real added value, however, is the staff: always smiling, courteous, and professional, they're excellent.

And when I called to ask how the pizzas were, after an hour and a half delay, I was told that the pizzas arrive when they're ready.
How can you serve the public in 2026 under these conditions?
And not even a "sorry."
Really, a disgrace.

01/03/2026: Incompetence and a lack of professionalism, coupled with a swanky atmosphere. I ordered two bottles for a birthday, complete with a "finger" on the menu. They were brought two bottles of the same type of wine but at very different prices. The bill magically rose from €50 to €180.

01/03/2026: Steps: (1) the waiting time from the order, 1 hour just for the appetizer, steps (2) that the service was not excellent, they forgot to bring us some dishes, but standing there eating while there is a coming and going of people with shopping bags, pizza boxes, baby bottles, who pass by you, because customers of the hotel (which is located above the restaurant) pass by on their way to their room, absolutely NO and absolutely NO! The sushi was good but too expensive for the quantity and quality

14/07/2025: A. Good farmhouse. I only went to eat. I didn't stay overnight. I have to say, the atmosphere is nice and friendly, full of kittens that keep us company. We ate outside. The atmosphere is nice. I think the prices are a bit high for the location. The starter was 18 euros and wasn't very rich. The menu on the blackboard was a few nice dishes to choose from, cooked quite well. I'll post some photos so you can get an idea of the dishes.

20/03/2026: The place has reservations available from Wednesday. I've already tried to book a table for Saturday three times, plus all my friends who try individually. They never answer and the place is always full with booked tables. I wonder how it's possible unless you have the right connections to manage it.
21/02/2026: Excellent music selection, expertly crafted drinks, and a great atmosphere. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable. Highly recommended for a long aperitivo or after-dinner drink!

The venue, located on Via Nievo in Casella, has parking, various spaces for enjoying coffee and aperitifs, a corner for celebrating birthdays, TV for sporting and other events, as well as an area dedicated to those who want to spend time having fun playing cards! A place to spend peaceful moments of relaxation!

06/09/2025: We arrived without a reservation, and they gave us a choice of two tables, despite being booked on most of the others.
Menu choice was small but varied to accommodate different tastes. All authentic to the region and locally produced.
The food was exceptional. No other words for it. The taste exquisite, presentation superb and sizing just right (not too small to leave you hungry, not to large to feel uncomfortable stuffed).
I wish I'd taken photos, but I tucked in and couldn't stop till we'd finished. I had sliced steak with salad, my husband had a wild boar pasta dish and lamb chops. Delicious 😋
09/08/2025: I'm not judging the food since we weren't even served it. We booked on July 18th for August 2nd. We arrived and were met by a rather grumpy waitress who asked us if we wanted to eat inside or outside. Shortly afterward, she came out again to ask when we'd called to reserve the table. Finally, the owner came back to us, handing us his phone and saying he'd had plumbing problems that day. It was a shame there were other cars outside... We were so disappointed that we were forced to get a takeout pizza.
