25/05/2025: Restaurant and pizzeria located in San Carlo, on the state road that goes from Terni to Spoleto.
A large, welcoming and well-kept place with ample parking both near the entrance to the place and on the road.
A varied menu for all tastes, very good pizzas, more than decent fried foods, fair prices and professional and friendly service.
After all, if it has been on the crest of the wave for decades there must be a reason..

11/05/2025: Simple platter of cold cuts, not excellent but good, first courses absolutely worth seeing again😔however it's worth the stop just to admire the underground location😉truly atypical and to be discovered in the multitude of details, underneath you discover a small treasure chest

18/06/2025: Siamo andati in questo ristorante su consiglio un gentile cittadino di Gubbio, affamati entriamo fiduciosi e pensiamo di ordinare un menù del giorno è un menù eugubino, acqua e mezzo litro di vino della casa.
PS.
Come ha scritto qualche altro utente di TripAdvisor confermo, la sala era semi vuota "i camerieri giravano a vuoto"
il gestore di sala (proprietario?) anziché prendere l'ordine si estraneava parlando al telefono non curandosi di noi, e già qui..
I tempi di attesa sono stati lunghi..
40 minuti per il primo (strozzapreti al sugo) e cannelloni già pronti e riscaldati..
In somma:
Quantità scarse soprattutto per i secondi uno di cui con proposta di sostituzione (stinco vs. Bonroll) poiché lo stinco non era più disponibile, arrosto di arista tre micro fettine sufficienti per un bimbo di 2 anni .. contorno tre patatine e vino mediocre con tanti solfiti (7 euro 1/2 litro) e dulcis in fundo! crostata Eurospin con marmellata. Nooooo!!! Questo comportamento "cari" esercenti puo essere molto ma molto deleterio e controproducente .. i commenti negativi sono tanti, fareste bene a tenerne conto! Meditate.........

22/06/2025: This is the third time we return, always a high-level experience. A la carte menu with daily preparations. Reservations are required. The mix of appetizers is always the best decision. The meat is excellent and the second courses are very tasty. Compared to other occasions, this time we waited a little longer to eat and the waiter missed an order. In any case, an excellent experience. The outdoor sunset is poetic. We will definitely return. The price is lower than what you would expect from a restaurant of this level.
19/06/2025: Excellent food and wines in a beautiful setting. This is food the way it should be - time, love and creativity. Cannot recommend highly enough.

23/06/2025: Excellent restaurant located in the center of town, right in front of the theater, now closed like many businesses in town, for post-earthquake renovation (after almost ten years!). The restaurant looks good and I ate as a couple in a gazebo outside the restaurant two meters from the war memorial. The wait staff is friendly and kind and the dishes are all tasty, plentiful and respect the tradition of Umbrian cuisine with excellent strangozzi with truffles and everything else. Small dogs can be accommodated and the staff takes care of providing a bowl of water. I highly recommend a visit to this restaurant as it is truly worth it.

25/06/2025: Norcia... You don't pass by chance, you have to want to get there. If you then stop to eat, you begin to love it.
The city is still wounded, after nine years you can still see the signs, but the people are special.
I stopped in this tavern with my family, I ate and I had a great time. Informal atmosphere; attentive, friendly and professional staff; good home-made dishes: platters of cured meats and cheeses obviously, good choice of traditional first and second courses. Everything was delicious. Prices much more than fair, highly recommended.
On the central avenue of Norcia, immediately after the entrance gate to the historic center.

22/06/2025: Family dinner and we are tourists but natives of the area.
Recommended by friends and honestly we were pleasantly surprised by the flavors and dishes.
The menu apparently "trivial" but instead all the dishes balanced and well cooked.
Unlike the previous evening where we were a little disappointed (another experience in another restaurant) we had a great time.
