31/03/2024: There were two of us Easter Sunday evening We took a mixed platter with really excellent local cheeses and cured meats and two VERY JUICY and TASTY cuts (they really melted in your mouth). Just what compliments The wait staff is very young, super trained, attentive to the customer and really very friendly. We highly recommend the place

04/04/2024: Not too big place where booking is very useful if you have to wait a long time. The staff is very friendly, courteous and efficient. The products are really excellent and of great quality. If you are in Gubbio, come and try the Crescia and Bustrengo, they are really excellent!

04/04/2024: Typical Umbrian restaurant in the center of Assisi, near the town square with a very particular environment that tastes ancient and refined at the same time. I tried the Menestrello starter (very varied and with atypical tastings), pappardelle with wild boar ragu and wild boar stew with Testo cake. The next day we returned and I also tried the pizza. Very good, thin, crunchy and digestible. High quality and generous portions. Impeccable service and very friendly and helpful staff. The positive reviews are more than deserved. The prices are also absolutely normal. Exceptional from all points of view.

Only a waitress who is small in stature, but always ready and above all with a smile, is saved, the exact opposite, with all due respect, of an older one who was also grumpy in responding to a simple request.

02/04/2024: Found it blindly and I must say that instinct led us really well, equally excellent food, excellent wine, characteristic place and welcoming staff, average price around €30, two of us had a tasting of cured meats and cheeses, 1 portion of cream crostini of porchetta (to try) 1 pork fillet with Sagrantino, 1 glass of Sagrantino and 1 glass of Rosso di Montefalco, I confirm everything is more than good, very friendly and approachable owners, if I were to pass through these parts again I would certainly return to try the others dishes

05/04/2024: very atmospheric place, very nice staff. We received our order 5 minutes after placing it. very tasty pizza, at a ridiculous price (6€ for a margerita) + draft wine 7€ for 1/2 liter. I highly recommend it 😊
