I migliori ristoranti di cucina italiana in Trento

20/05/2025: Abbiamo soggiornato due notti allo Chalet Fogajard ed è stato come essere in paradiso. La posizione è unica, la vista da togliere il fiato, davanti allo chalet si ergono imponenti le Dolomiti e uno potrebbe passare ore ad ammirarle. La struttura è un tipico agriturismo di montagna, semplice ma curato in ogni minimo dettaglio. La cucina è di alta qualità con prodotti della zona, tutti i piatti della cena erano ottimi, curati nei minimi dettagli dallo chef. Anche l'opzione vegetariana è stata decisamente molto buona. La colazione molto ricca, con prodotti fatti in casa che ti fanno ricordare gli antichi sapori genuini. Infine, i proprietari sono molto gentili, ci hanno fatto sentire a casa e ci hanno dato ottimi consigli per le escursioni. Torneremo sicuramente e speriamo di riuscire a fare molte più notti.

10/05/2025: Prima volta allo chalet e devo dire che è stata un’ottima esperienza. Struttura molto curata e pulita. Abbiamo optato per la mezza pensione ed il cibo, soprattutto la cena, era ottimo.

22/06/2025: We went to Al Molin for a quick pizza because we had just arrived in Ziano di Fiemme. The owner found us a table even though it was Saturday and full. Very good pizza, we will be back

04/04/2025: Capitati un po' per caso abbiamo apprezzato l’ambiente e soprattutto i deliziosi hamburger, oltre all’ottima birra. Un po' deludenti invece, al di là degli effetti scenografici, i dolci. I prezzi sono altini, ma la qualità li giustifica. Consigliato.

09/02/2025: Locale arredato molto bene e curato nei dettagli, vasta e ottima scelta sul menu’ sia per mangiare che come bevande (ottime le birre artigianali). Il servizio molto attento e cortese. Anche il prezzo e’ giusto e rapportato alla qualita’ unico piccolo dettaglia ma che non inficia la recensione perche il locale non e’ consigliato ma obbligatorio andarci se passate da Riva e’ che avevo prenotato tramite the fork e sull’app avevo letto -20% ma magari mi saro’ sbagliato io.

POLENTA SALSICCIA FUNGHI E FORMAGGIO FUSO IL TUTTO ACCOMPAGNATO DA UN BUON BICCHIERE DI VINO ROSSO . NE VALE LA PENA , IL SERVIZIO E' VELOCE E IL PREZZO DELLE CONSUMAZIONI SONO IN LINEA.

17/07/2025: Excellent location. The Leno River flows nearby. I love the gentle sound of the water. Fresh, fresh water. Friendly and helpful staff. Very attentive to your needs. Excellent hospitality. The appetizing menu is affordable for all budgets. An experience worth repeating and recommended to everyone. Excellent. Also a great place for children and seniors.

16/08/2025: Wonderful place, both Indian and local cuisine. The owners were very kind, offering us a wonderful mountain herb liqueur. I highly recommend it.

16/08/2025: I asked for a takeout pizza the day before and the girl very kindly obliged. Today I made the same request and got a flat NO for no reason. Furthermore, they charged me €1 more for the takeout pizza and I didn't say anything. Shame on you, and come to an agreement: takeout pizza yes or no? That's not how you treat a customer. And anyway, in traveling the world, I've never seen a pizzeria that didn't do takeout pizza. Besides, the pizza was mediocre and nothing special, but it's across the street from the hotel, so it's convenient.

26/04/2025: Il Maso è delizioso ristrutturato e curato e le pizze buonissime tutti super cortesi abbiamo atteso un po’ ma ne è valsa assolutamente la pena!!

10/01/2025: Ristorante tipico in agriturismo, con cucina di territorio: pochi piatti in menù ma genuini e autentici. Abbiamo provato una gustosissima e corroborante pasta e fagioli con maltagliati, cremosa e densa al punto giusto, e un eccellente ossobuco stufato con patate al forno. Molto cordiale la proprietaria e il personale di servizio. Un buon posto per far esperienza, senza troppe pretese, dei sapori trentini.

08/07/2025: Nice place, nothing to say, but the review isn't for the place or the staff. I ordered an aperitif called Hugo, pitiful and insatiable, a tea with old biscuits, a coffee with very old biscuits, and an ice cream. I didn't have a chance to return Hugo because the staff was non-existent. I saw things I never thought I'd see in a place. I didn't know if it was a club or a meeting place. I just can't classify it. People playing cards and clapping their hands, waitresses shouting, one on the shoulders of the other carrying a glass, a customer with the cash register burping like pigs. I'm truly speechless. The people who frequent it are truly strange, and I can't understand how a place like this can still be open.

17/06/2025: I had a sandwich but it was enough to decide not to come back. Terrible quality: worst quality mayonnaise, a miserable slice of overripe tomato and no mozzarella replaced by a cheese similar to tagliotta. Disgusting.

28/05/2025: Finalmente un ristorante dove si mangia bene il pesce, cosa non facile in Trentino. Pesce fresco, cucinato bene, porzioni abbondanti, servizio attento e cortese. Locale interno molto accogliente. Rapporto qualità-prezzo buono. Da tornarci senza dubbio, consigliato.

11/06/2025: Piatti della tradizione regionale, sicuramente ottimi ma non tutti abbondanti. Prezzi medio alti, più da ristorante che trattoria, ma posizione centrale (che si paga!). Acqua imbottigliata e non caraffa - per noi punto a favore dal momento che si paga!
