30/03/2025: As always a certainty when you stop at this mountain hut both to buy cheeses and to have lunch. All of course at km 0 .... For the cured meats and cheeses I think my photos speak for themselves. The service is also good. Fast and courteous. I forgot the cake with orange slices on top is excellent. Recommended. Good prices

07/03/2025: We stopped for lunch after a nice snowshoe hike in the area. Emanuela and her husband are fantastic hosts and the dishes are all very good (from minestrone to gnocchi, not to mention their cheeses and cured meats). Final gem, a delicious orange cake! It's worth the visit!

29/03/2025: Desidero segnalare una grandissima delusione, da presa in giro. Trovo il locale sempre accogliente e con buon cibo. Mi duole però segnalare come il servizio di delivery (soprattutto negli ultimi mesi) sia completamente diverso rispetto all’esperienza in presenza. Ho ordinato oggi con Deliveroo alcuni piatti. Molta delusione. Soprattutto per il Gran Tagliere Forst. Composto da, secondo descrizione ufficiale, “speck, luganega trentina, carne salada, mortandela nonesa, roast-beef bbq, accompagnati da Trentingrana 36 mesi, Puzzone di Moena con salsa rafano, mostarda di pere e zenzero”. Foto da listino di un tagliere spettacolare. Che in presenza nel locale viene servito come in foto. Costo pagato oggi 25 euro. Cosa mi è arrivato? Quattro fette di carne salada, molto scura, “riposata” diciamo, con tre sottili scaglie di grana sopra. Neanche un bar di periferia lo propone. Niente speck, luganega, mortandela, trentingrana, puzzone, rafano, mostarda, zenzero. Niente di niente. 25 euro??? È la prima volta che mi succede? No, la terza, su questo piatto in particolare!!! La terza!!!! Perché, fidandomi della qualità di Forst, ho continuato a dargli fiducia. Sbagliando. Alla grande. Non avevate gli altri ingredienti? All’apertura di sabato, dubito, ma anche fosse, avvertite il cliente, si può fare, anche attraverso la piattaforma Deliveroo. In generale, in altre occasioni di consegna, sciattezza. Altre volte ho fatto segnalazioni su Deliveroo, dove rimborsano. Desidero segnalare qui per permettere ai responsabili del locale di essere a conoscenza dei fatti. Siccome non voglio credere che sia una politica aziendale per “fregare” i clienti, vi suggerisco di prendere provvedimenti interni. Danno di immagine, non da poco. Lato mio, non ordinerò più a domicilio.

25/03/2025: Chi va a Trento dovrebbe dedicare una serata per cenare qui. Serenità, familiarità e cortesia uniti ad un menu legato alla tradizione ed a birre che non tradiscono il palato. Fatevi stupire

22/02/2025: Me and my wife spent a week at Hotel El Ciasel i February 2025. We had a super nice stay! Nice room, very good food and very good service. And location is perfect, it's close to the ski lift, ~300 meters. The SPA area is small but nice. Grazie mille!

10/02/2025: Nicely located if you're going skiing. Close to the lift going up and in a quiet area. Nice italian food and very friendly staff. The breakfast buffet offers a nice variety of cold cuts, eggs, yoghurt etc. Very nice and spacious ski storage room. This hotel is perfect for going skiing in Canazei.

13/03/2025: Food is delicious simple recepies done perfectly with much care the atmosphere is warm as you are treat as family when visiting plus just one step outside and you find yourself on skislopes amazing

11/02/2025: We went for lunch today with my family. Very welcoming environment with a beautiful fireplace in the center of the room. Very kind and professional guys. Flash Service! Mouth-watering goulash!! Highly recommended!

18/04/2025: Dishonest structure! We were unable to stay in the facility because following an advantageous cost booking made well in advance, the facility, close to the date of stay, claimed that the credit card guarantee (agreed payment to be made on site) was not valid, which is absolutely not true as it is functional and has a high credit limit. The same room was put back on sale at a 60% increase in price. We later discover by reading other reviews that this is a widespread practice by the hotel. Be careful not to find yourself without a reservation under the given date

10/11/2024: Beautiful hotel, fairytale-like, immersed in a hilly panorama to enjoy when you wake up. Wide choice for both dinner and breakfast, all very good and with generous portions. Excellent service. Highly recommended!

01/03/2025: Siamo stati a pranzo in questo ristorante essendo di passaggio da Trento. Locale molto carino, servizio gentile e professionale, ma ciò che spicca è la qualità dei piatti! Uno spettacolo! Tagliatelle al cacao al ragù di cervo deliziose, dessert spettacolare. Ottimo. Prezzo corretto! Da tornare

05/02/2025: Ristorante consigliatissimo, sia per l'atmosfera che per il cibo! Polpo morbidissima e gustoso, il semifreddo alla grappa di moscato qualcosa di spaziale!

26/03/2025: The food is not very good. I recommend buying your own. They usually bring the food cold and unfinished. The hotel roommates say that you won't eat your food from their evening menu, you'll rather go on a diet. Breakfasts are good and normal

12/03/2025: The hotel has older equipment, the walls and floors have visible marks of time, but everything is clean. We were lucky to have a large room with an extra bed, but the shower is small. Service, reception very nice, smiling and helpful👍🏻. Wellness two saunas and a whirlpool for 10 euros per hour was very nice. The location of the hotel is great for skiers, 200m from the slopes, no need for a ski bus. The disadvantage is not locking the ski room at night, we were worried about the equipment.

09/03/2025: Came to this restaurant by chance while looking for dinner. Although not reserved, we had no problem getting a nice spot. Service very friendly, careful and professional. Pizza belissima!!!! The vino rosso recommended by the waiter was very good! Conclusion.....cozy restaurant that I can highly recommend!!!!

19/01/2025: Io mio marito e mia suocera, abbiamo trascorso 2 giorni a Gennanio, davvero piacevolissimi le camere arredate con gusto, materassi davvero confortevoli, colazione e cena strepitosi, tutto fatto da loro. Claudio in cucina ed Elena sua moglie in sala sono di una gentilezza ed ospitalità che non è scontata. Se poi si è amanti degli animali il giro in stalla è assicurato. Abbiamo anche acquistato i loro prodotti, speak, formaggi d pancetta. Buonissimi! Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente.

11/12/2024: Luogo tranquillo non occorrono formalità ambiente caldo e accogliente. I piatti serviti rispecchiano la cucina povera e tradizionale trentina ricca di aromi:zuppa di goulash ,fagioli,carne salata, e polenta, accompagnati da vini rossi e bianchi sinceri. Un plauso anche al gestore per l'ottima cordialità e grazie ancora per il"cicchetto" offerto a fine cena.

25/04/2025: During my holiday at my friends's 🇮🇹 we went to the local bar Velvet every day—and it quickly became one of my favorite spots. Mornings started with a lovely Italian breakfast of fresh filled croissants and perfectly Italian coffee. In the afternoons, a quick espresso kept the day going, and in the evenings, I enjoyed a relaxing aperitif. What really made the experience special was the warm hospitality from the owner and the welcoming atmosphere. It became a place where I could unwind, laugh, and enjoy the local vibe. During my holiday at a friends house, I went to the Velvet bar every day, a place that quickly became one of my favourites. The day began with a delicious Italian breakfast: fresh croissants and perfectly brewed coffee. In the afternoon, a quick espresso to recharge your energy, and in the evening a relaxing aperitif. What made the experience truly special was the owner's warm hospitality and welcoming atmosphere. It was a great place to relax, laugh and enjoy local life. A real highlight of my holiday!
