The team is attentive without being intrusive, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. One thing I particularly appreciate is the timing between dishes, there’s never an excessive wait, which shows how well the kitchen and staff are coordinated. The quality of the products speaks for itself. Every ingredient feels thoughtfully selected, and that care is reflected in the tastiness of every dish. Whether it’s a traditional specialty or something more seasonal, the flavors are always fresh, balanced, and authentic. You can truly taste the difference that high-quality products make. 06/09/2025: Excellent dinner and warm welcome from all the staff. The first courses were good, as was the suckling pig. The menu options at €25 and €30 are very competitive. The wine list isn't extensive, but it has a good selection. Recommended.

09/06/2025: I discovered this restaurant for my birthday celebration. I was even treated to a glass of sparkling wine. Small restaurant with a modern setting. Pleasant and friendly service. I had the 5-course menu. Good wines at all prices. There was a mistake on the order, and the managers immediately corrected it. Thank you again for this kind gesture. Plenty of free parking outside. No Wi-Fi. A good address.

24/08/2025: Nice restaurant, fast service, good food, decent prices. They seated us even without a reservation..👍. They are always full, considering the location on the main road to Austria.

24/08/2025: After many years, I returned and was pleasantly surprised. The pizzas and other dishes were excellent, the service was quick, and the atmosphere was clean. The only downside is that it's practically impossible to get a table without a reservation.

19/08/2025: The service was very fast and the food was as good as you'd expect from a rustic Tyrolean trattoria. Prices have risen somewhat in recent years, but it's also true that it's hard not to leave the table feeling full even after just one dish. A little more empathy from the staff wouldn't be unwelcome, but the four stars are still well-deserved.

19/08/2025: We had dinner at Trattoria Weber and had a wonderful time. Traditional dishes prepared with home-grown produce: the mixed platter of cured meats and cheeses is excellent, the tagliatelle with venison ragù is truly delicious, and the plate of polenta, melted cheese, and house sausage is simply divine. A traditional and welcoming location, with attentive and friendly service. Highly recommended.

26/08/2025: My family and I vacationed in Dobbiaco and stayed at this hotel. We had a wonderful time! Excellent food, impeccable service, impeccable cleanliness, and a great location. Plus, there's a wonderful spa where you can relax in the afternoon after long walks. I hope to return soon! A special thanks to the owners and staff, who were incredibly kind!

23/08/2025: We visited the hotel, but weren’t hosted in the structure. The service was good, and the location was amazing.

20/08/2025: The waitress at the door was rude and arrogant. I thought her attitude was inappropriate. We left.

07/09/2025: A very stylishly decorated restaurant directly across from Lake Dürrensee. We received prompt and friendly service. The food was delicious, too. A definite recommendation! 👍🏼

07/09/2025: On the way to Sancandi, I happened to stop by the lake because it was so pretty. It was a great experience to enjoy the cappuccino, strudel, and croissant while taking in the beautiful scenery.

16/07/2025: Just returned from this hotel, and I have to say it's a very welcoming and friendly establishment. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is very well-maintained, with a varied and generous portion of food. The location is convenient, close to major transport links (train station and bus stop). It was a positive experience. If I ever visit Dobbiaco again in the future, I'll definitely stay here again.
