26/09/2025: High-end South Tyrolean cuisine. The menu isn't extensive, but the dishes are meticulously crafted. Excellent wines are also available by the glass.
16/09/2025: This was, in recent memory one of the best fine-dining experiences I've had.
The selection of flavours and ingredients came together incredibly well - highlighting both in-season produce, luxury touches and outstanding attention to detail.
Thank you also for the fine service and for making us feel welcome as a family with a young child who was just about barely under control 😂.
The building and decor is also truly stunning. Overall just an exceptional experience.

16/10/2025: We had one of the best meals during our Dolomites trip here - very delicious dumplings made 3 ways, great meat skewer and pumpkin soup. Service was friendly too, highly recommended!
15/10/2025: My sister can't handle such large portions, but the venison with fettuccine and beef gnocchi were both delicious. The red wine was also very good, light and easy to drink. I don't know where I can buy Kornell's Marith Pinot Noir. 😋 The boss also treated us to his own wine. 👍🏼 We ordered 3 dishes and, if I remember correctly, asked for around 50 euros... He charged me 50... which was great.

26/08/2025: My family and I vacationed in Dobbiaco and stayed at this hotel. We had a wonderful time! Excellent food, impeccable service, impeccable cleanliness, and a great location. Plus, there's a wonderful spa where you can relax in the afternoon after long walks.
I hope to return soon!

16/10/2025: A beautifully located restaurant with a fantastic view.
We were there just before the end of the season, so a lot of it was sold out.
That wasn't a problem per se.
The food didn't really impress us either. The Schlutzkrapfen (scraps) were very greasy, and the shepherd's pasta was heavy with tomato sauce and not particularly cheese-oriented.
The service was nice.
14/10/2025: We arrived two hours before closing time, and all we had was chicken fillet and grilled vegetables. Without telling us how much it was, they charged us €30 per person for one dish, even though all the other dishes were between €15 and €25. It was also too salty. Not again!! The conditions were very friendly, though.

30/09/2025: We had a wonderful meal here! Both the starter and main course were delicious and the portions were good/large. We didn't have room for dessert! There were also plenty of vegetarian options, which isn't available everywhere in the area. I was really craving the dumplings and could choose spinach or beetroot instead of bacon. Great service!

03/11/2025: da evitare! non pensavo potesse succedere a questo mondo che alla domanda "può dare una pulita al tavolo che ci ha [lasciato un ricordino] un uccellino" mi potesse arrivare la risposta "adesso porto le tovagliette di carta"... io boh, non so neanche che dire, la ***** rimane lì e ci si mangia sopra secondo loro.
chiesto del sale... "certo arrivo" mai più visto
portato il caffè e nemmeno sparecchiato i piatti vuoti, menefreghismo totale
24/10/2025: To say it's embarrassing is an understatement. The place is dirty, the food stale and of extremely low quality. The staff is unwelcoming. Stumbled upon here is a disaster.

01/02/2025: Dopo essere stati al ristorante vicino al fienile che non accettavano cani DA EVITARE ..siamo stati in questo ristorante.. l’unica nota positiva è la visuale formaggio con polenta fatto con una sottiletta e polenta da supermercato canederli tipici freddi e con un gusto strano. Bombardino completamente freddo.

30/12/2024: che peccato ci vorrebbe poco il ristorante e in una bellissima posizione siamo entrati e si e visto subito che e un posto semplice che mi va bene perché non vuol dire che si mangia male il semplice può essere buono ma purtroppo non era cosi la cameriera era strana mi dispiace il proprietario che io credo che lo era era tutto serio senza un sorriso ed il cibo le tagliatelle mediocri ma il piatto tirolese ne era tanto ne fresco ne buono e lo abbiamo mangiato perché avevamo fame e un po di ragnatele fuori li potreste anche togliere
