30/07/2026: It was perfect in every way. The starter was so visually stunning that we almost hesitated to dig in. The flavors were incredibly sophisticated, with the use of wonderfully subtle mountain herbs. The cheese course was exceptional. The service was impeccable. The moral of the story for us, at least: the French have to go abroad to find truly exceptional fine dining restaurants.

14/05/2026: The welcome was incredibly friendly, even warm. We had made a reservation. We were quickly shown to our table and shortly afterward were able to order our drinks. After perusing the menus, we opted for Kaspressknödel (cheese dumplings) and Herrengröstl (a traditional potato and meat dish). Everything was delicious. However, we did notice that the dumplings could have benefited from a little more sauce. For dessert, we had Strauben and "Hot Love" (a type of fried pastry). Strauben is a deep-fried pastry. Absolutely delicious, definitely worth trying!
All in all, a very nice restaurant with excellent service and incredibly tasty food. Thank you so much, and we'd be happy to recommend you.

07/06/2026: Great place to eat! The location is beautiful and it is very kid friendly. They even brought our son’s meal out once it was ready, even though it was a couple minutes before my husband and I’s meals were ready, which if you’re a parent you know is the most ideal! Everything we had was delicious and the service was spectacular. We would definitely recommend and hopefully will be back someday.

11/06/2026: We ate there on our last visit to South Tyrol and were happy to return.
Even though the restaurant seems like a typical tourist spot, the food is absolutely delicious and highly recommended.
We weren't disappointed the second time around! Incidentally, the tiramisu is the best I've had in South Tyrol so far.
We'll definitely be back for a third time.

10/07/2026: We grabbed gelato here during our stay in Dobbiaco, and I can honestly say it was my favorite gelato spot in all of Europe! We traveled around Europe for a little over three weeks, and this place completely blew me away.
Beyond the incredible treats, the staff were wonderfully kind and professional. I have a severe food allergy to walnuts (noci), and I deeply appreciated how incredibly honest the staff were about not being able to guarantee 100% protection against cross-contamination. After carefully reviewing their menu, I noticed they didn't have any walnuts listed on the menu. I decided to take an informed risk, and I am so glad I did! The gelato was absolutely spectacular, so rich, creamy, and easily the best we had on our entire trip.
