We'll definitely see each other again...that's a promise and a "threat" at the same time.

09/01/2025: Every time we go up to the mountains it has now become a fixed stop to stop and eat here. Beautiful place, excellent food, lots of choice, friendly staff, excellent prices
07/01/2025: Finally after several attempts I managed to have dinner with family and friends. I understood why it's always full. Very nice place, the staff is very kind and the food is excellent. The roast pork which is their specialty is very good as is the trio from before... in reality it is all well done, combined with a normal price for the area. I have been frequenting the area for some time and this is certainly one of the best restaurants. I will definitely return and recommend it.

I have no words to describe the goodness, care and love towards the landlady's proposals.
I recommend the trio of dumplings, the homemade tagliatelle and the tagliatelle...superb!

22/12/2024: Upon our arrival we were greeted with a truly special proposal: to dine inside a barrel in the snow. We were initially a little perplexed, but it turned out to be a wonderful surprise and a truly unique experience.
The location is extraordinary, a mix of magical atmosphere and intimacy. Despite the particularity of the place, the staff was always present, attentive and helpful, making us feel pampered at all times.
The food? Simply delicious! Each dish was taken care of down to the smallest detail, and the quality of the raw materials was clearly perceived. The cost is absolutely adequate for the excellence of the food and service offered.
An experience that I would recommend to anyone who wants to try something different and unforgettable. We will definitely be back!

06/01/2025: Ho bevuto un punch indegno di tale nome. Ho fatto presente che la qualità è stata deludente ho comunque pagato 10 € per 2 tazzine di acqua calda. Non tornerò.

15/01/2025: Frühstücksbuffet nur mit Kaiserbrötchen, keine Rühreier, keine Spiegeleier, kein Gemüse etc.. Seniorchefin schließt Sauna pünktlich um 18:30 indem sie trotz anwesender Gäste die Lichter ausmacht und die Türen aufreißt. (Öffnungszeiten der Sauna von 16:30 - 18:30). Keine Toleranz und Flexibilität. So etwas geht gar nicht. Kleine Zimmer. Insgesamt zu teuer für die Leistungen welche erbracht werden. Nicht zu empfehlen bei diesem Preisniveau.
15/12/2024: We stayed here on the e-bikes from the Po Valley back to Carinthia because almost everything else in town was full. The breakfast buffet was good (a plus point), the room was more than clear (very small and cramped). We wouldn't have been able to get into the shower if we had had a little more stomach. Overall, this hotel was the most expensive and by far the least recommended hotel for us on the entire trip. The service was rather cold. But that doesn't affect the employees.
The only really good thing about the hotel is its convenient location to the bike path.

23/10/2024: I ordered lasagna based on the photo on the menu and thought that being in Italy it should be good. Wrong. It was about 10mm thick with no discernible layers, nothing like the 50mm lasagna in the photo and it was the worst lasagna I have ever eaten. My wife ordered the salmon pasta and that was even worse than my lasagna. It was dried packet pasta and the only salmon in it might have been the oil from the bottom of the can of supermarket salmon. We went past it in the day and it was busy with people having a drink and thought it must be ok because it was so busy, but that was a mistake. Definitely fine for a drink and probably a gelato, but don’t take a chance on the food.

Tacchino pomodoro is delicious. The portion is small but delicious.
Toilet very clean.

03/01/2025: Locale tipico che abbiamo visitato negli anni . L'ambiente è molto gradevole , il servizio veloce e con personale gradevole . La qualità dei piatti è media , sicuramente il cibo è pesante rispetto ad altri ristoranti della zona . Confermiamo quanto scritto in altre recensioni ossia che i piatti vengono serviti in 5 minuti massimo e quindi non sono fatti sul momento ma tenuti caldi o riscaldati immaginiamo ( abbiamo preso canederli pressati e stinco ad esempio ) , questo sicuramente può causare la pesantezza dei cibi stessi . Il conto è stato per noi adeguato alla cena . Non elegante il portare il conto non richiesto quando sarebbe stato più semplice chiedere gentilmente di liberare il tavolo appena possibile visto che altri commensali erano in attesa , casomai offrendo una grappa o digestivo .

Piatti abbondanti, l’unico neo, il cameriere che ci ha serviti, non era proprio cortese, era freddo e distaccato.

Siamo arrivati alle 13.15 ...ci siamo seduti nel parco giochi (bimbo di 2 anni e 4 anni),stavo andando ad ordinare delle birre e qualche stuzzichino...ma mi ha anticipata il cameriere chiedendoci di uscire dal parco giochi in quanto fino alle 15 si poteva solo pranzare e non consumare un aperitivo (modi poco carini contando che c'era gente intorno a noi)!!! Ovviamente i bambini si sono messi a piangere...ma loro irremovibili ci hanno fatto uscire!!
Trovo che sia fuori luogo il loro comportamento e la loro gestione poco accogliente e poco funzionale..non lo consiglio!!!!!
24/08/2024: Siamo arrivati verso le 17.30, nulla sul menu per un piccolo spuntino, la nuova gestione per chi come me conosceva la vecchia lascia molto a desiderare…nemmeno possibile avere una spremuta di arancia…solo succo confezionato
