21/12/2025: All staff were very friendly throughout the stay. The rooms are fine, nothing extraordinary, but perfectly adequate. What really stands out is the location — right by the lake with true ski-in / ski-out access, which is excellent. The spa is beautiful, the food is outstanding, well above typical hotel standards, and they also have a wine cellar with a knowledgeable sommelier who can recommend very good wines. A great stay thanks to the setting, service, wellness area, and food quality. Highly recommended.

17/11/2025: Everything is new and very clean. The sauna, swimming pool, and whirlpool are perfect for relaxation. The hosts are very welcoming, and dogs are welcome. The food is excellent – ​​all in all, a wonderful stay.

13/09/2025: Exceptional risotto and ravioli with mountain pine, plus a phenomenal Caesar omelette in a traditional South Tyrolean version. The dishes are presented in a very aesthetically pleasing and appetizing manner, and the price reflects the quality. This place deserves special attention from families with children, as there are plenty of attractions nearby. It was a pleasure to eat and relax here.

We were welcomed and pampered, especially by dear Nelli, who, despite being the only one serving dinner, was always impeccably precise and super kind. 30/01/2026: Dinner with my husband. Everything was perfect! Modern and refined, friendly and attentive service, excellent food, vast wine selection... in short, a restaurant with a capital R. We'll definitely be back!

24/01/2026: This was the first disappointment of our week-long trip to the Dolomites. We ordered a 1kg Tomahawk that was honestly awful—much of it was unrendered, chewy fat and hard gristle. The meat itself was very chewy as well. When we complained, the management was very dismissive, telling us that "it's not a fillet," as if we didn’t know the difference between marbling and inedible waste. The cabbage salad was so salty it was inedible (though they did take this off the bill). We also asked for gluten-free bread when we sat down, but it never arrived. Most of the staff were okay. The only things we liked about this place were the setting and the fries. I'd suggest skipping this spot. All other restaurants we went to in the area were much better.

04/02/2026: Best food in Stern. Excellent service. We only went there for a meal. Best location.

17/02/2026: We reserved a table in advance twice, but when we arrived, it was occupied by other customers, and we had to wait 30 minutes. Once seated, we ordered, and the wait was incredibly long; other customers who arrived after us were served first. Terrible service. Same experience twice.

09/03/2026: I love this Hotel but the service was terrible when I visited solo last week. I had to wait so long no eye contact walked by me many times. Felt so uncomfortable . In the end instead of lunch I opted for espresso and dessert espresso came 10 minutes later the dessert no apology no explanation. Very disapointing
