29/08/2025: A very pleasant evening in a top-notch setting, we were pampered throughout our dinner, which was excellent! Special praise goes to Anna for explaining and guiding us throughout the evening, and to Diego for his cocktail accompaniment.
22/07/2025: We went to the Zefiro restaurant for a special occasion.
Everything, from the food to the hospitality, was perfect.
The waiters were helpful, professional, and extremely knowledgeable in explaining the dishes the chef was preparing.
Traditional Trentino dishes, revisited with a modern twist! Very interesting.
At the end of the evening, we also had the opportunity to chat with the chef, a very pleasant and, obviously, very knowledgeable person.
We will be back.

Ristorante Hotel Dolomiti al Passo di Lavaze

10/01/2026: I gave it 5 stars based on past experiences, but the Dolomiti Hotel is now reserved exclusively for national Nordic ski teams. It's best to call for more detailed information.

03/09/2025: We didn't stay at the hotel, but stopped in for a quick coffee. The person who served us, who appeared to be the owner or manager, told us she can only accept cash, even though I saw a card reader on the counter with a long receipt sticking out. We ordered an espresso doppio and an Americano. When we asked for the price, she took some time to calculate talking to herself and seemed a bit hesitant. The total came out to almost 7 euros, which seemed high compared to other places we'd visited in the area. We immediately felt we might have been overcharged, possibly because we were tourists who didn't speak German or Italian.
The coffee itself was fine, which is the only reason I'm giving two stars.
21/08/2025: Very friendly service. We and our dog felt very comfortable both times. Lovely shady terrace.

08/07/2025: Pedimos unos cafés, al principio el personal era amable, pero luego se dirigió a nosotros lo que creo que era el gerente (un hombre bajo y medio atrevido) porque jugamos a las cartas durante unos 10 minutos, cuando se dirigió a nosotros y dijo que eso no estaba permitido.
¿No se permite que dos clientes que pagan en un bistró casi vacío jueguen en silencio mientras toman café? Muy decepcionante. Como ex camarero formado, solo diré que la gestión de este asunto es increíblemente mala.
Aparte de eso nuestros capuchinos sabían bien, pero la leche debería haber estado un poco más caliente, pero apreciamos que el personal que lo preparó pareciera hacer lo mejor que pudo : )
17/05/2025: Siamo andati a visitare Thuniversum e ci siamo fermati a pranzo al Bistrot Caffè al Volo Thun.
Avevo già avuto occasione lo scorso anno di apprezzarne la qualità, pulizia e simpatia del personale in servizio. Un particolare ringraziamento a Maira che con il suo sorriso ci ha portato in tavola piatti gustosi e tipici di questo territorio. Grazie di cuore

26/04/2025: Cucina tipica romana in centro a Trento. Tutto molto buono. Porzioni abbondanti. Carciofi alla Giudia perfetti. Tonnarelli alla gricia con carciofi notevoli, polpette al sugo molto buone. Tonnarelli allo scoglio una sorpresa in positivo . In sottofondo musica nazional popolare . Unica nota negativa, il metodo di prenotazione fattibile solo online, non molto comodo .
Considerato che il ristorante è in centro e lontano dai parcheggi, in caso di prenotazione tenere conto del tempo necessario per arrivarci.
Prezzi … un po’ meno nazional popolari …
19/04/2025: Ristorante accogliente, pulito e ben arredato. Il cibo è ottimo, porzioni abbondanti, consigliati sia i primi che i secondi. Molto buoni anche i dolci, in particolare la crostata ricotta e visciole. Il personale è molto cortese e disponibile.
Consigliato a chiunque voglia trascorrere una bella serata e mangiare bene 😊
