20/06/2025: Ideal for cycling and hiking. Clean and well-maintained. Rooms could be a bit larger, especially the bathroom, which is more suited to slim people. My wife wanted a softer mattress, which was promptly resolved. The waiter loves his job and enjoys it.

07/01/2025: Vado in questo ristorante da una decina di anni ed in passato mi sono sempre trovato bene, da quando è cambiata la gestione la qualità del cibo è peggiorata, ed i prezzi sono saliti alle stelle: 2 hamburger e due succhi di mela caldi 71,00€ ed il servizio è pure disattento, prima si entrava in un ambiente famigliare ora sembra di entrare al McDonald's peccato perché era un posto fantastico nella bellissima Alpe de Siusi!!

La sala ti apre le porte del paradiso in una assolata e calda giornata di dicembre ..consiglio la polenta a gorgonzola e porcini ( divina ,gli gnocchi alla rapa rossa e la tagliata di manzo ..per concludere un meraviglioso strudel veramente indimenticabile ...prezzi adeguati alla location e al cibo ottimo

27/02/2025: Dopo averlo scoperto scendendo con gli sci abbiamo deciso di pranzare nel bellissimo rifugio. Fuori si deve attendere che sia assegnato un tavolo. L'interno è stupendo, rustico ma di gran gusto. Il menù è tipico e i prezzi sono alti, le foto presneti testimonino la frequentazione di molti personaggi famosi. Le prozioni sono molto abbondanti: in 3 avremmo dovuto prendere solo 2 piatti. Abbiamo mangiato un ottimo carpaccio di cervo, piatto perfetto, una gulaschsuppe molto speziata e aromatica che abbiamo lasciato in parte e tagliatelle con ragù al coltello di selvaggina, molto buone anche se dal gusto troppo dolciastro. Le tagliatelle erano abbondantissime e non leggere, infatti la digestione è stata impegnativa. Il sevizio è molto attento. Con 2 piccole birre, una cola e un buon strudel abbiamo speso 79 euro. Sosta molto piacevole.

23/02/2025: Chalet curato, caldo e rilassante. Molti tavoli a disposizione interni ed esterni ma subito serviti da personale preparato e cortese. Primi piatti serviti in padella, secondi abbondanti e gustosi , qualità prezzo uno dei migliori all’ Alpe di Siusi. Toilette particolarmente pulita e in ordine e non è scontato considerando l’ afflusso di sciatori.

10/06/2025: Sunday afternoon, where do you go for a hot drink after going to the theater when everywhere is full? We ended up here, like other families… super nice waiter, nothing to say. Nice environment in itself, but with terrible acoustics. The bar bill was a blow to the heart: €6.50 for a slice of Sacher, €5 for a hot chocolate, €4 for a hot tea… I'm sorry, but you can also pluck the chickens at the markets like this, but a family from Trentino will definitely not come back here again. Too bad. UPDATE: the Fiorentina bar as such no longer exists, it has been converted into a place that, from the outside, seems inviting. I haven't had the chance to try it yet, so I won't express any opinions!

01/03/2025: Posizione eccellente! Cibo ottimo ! Servizio ottimo ! Cordialità e Gentilezza di casa ! Immerso nella natura , poco distante dal centro di Corvara ! L’atmosfera serale è strepitosa ! Ma da non sottovalutare la giornaliera, dove si può godere di giornate soleggiate. Grazie a Tiziana , che con la sua solarità ha reso il tempo trascorso nel rifugio ancora più bello !

05/05/2025: Location incantevole a bordo fiume, arredamento interno caratteristico e accogliente, porzioni abbondanti, menù tipico e variegato. Previsto anche un menù con più assaggi dei vari piatti tipici. Davvero da segnalare l' estrema gentilezza di tutto il personale; avendo noi un cane parecchio pauroso, ci hanno riservato una saletta e hanno fatto di tutto per metterci a nostro agio. Prezzi onesti. Torneremo sicuramente e consigliamo di andarci!

28/03/2025: A distanza di un anno esatto dalla scorsa visita, siamo arrivati alle 12 in punto e in 10 minuti è arrivata la grigliata mista con patate, pancetta croccante e polenta con formaggio. Ordine minimo due persone, al costo di 28 euro a persona, come indicato chiaramente nel menu. Carne eccellente, in primo luogo il vitellone/manzo; a seguire la salsiccia e le costine pari merito. Patate con pancetta croccante, polenta e formaggio fuso ugualmente molto buoni. Verdure alla piastra di accompagno godibili (peperone, zucchine e cipolla). Piatto che sfama, ma non esageratamente abbondante, Giusto, comunque. Il cameriere Gigi sempre simpatico ed efficiente. Si ricordava di noi e del fatto che fossimo celiaci. Anche i compagni al tavolo condiviso erano simpatici. Come la scorsa volta, consiglio di venire presto se volete evitare file. Bravi, di nuovo 👏

06/06/2025: Most waiters are nice. Only one waiter is rude. I started to order, this guy was like I’ll be back in 20 mins without any explanation. Another waiter helped me to order food. I ordered a cup of tea and refill water after pay. He came to me and ask me to pay the refill water for 1.5 euro. That’s ridiculous. I spent 70 euros in the restaurant already.

06/06/2025: We went to this place and ordered two tagliatelle with deer meat. With two Cokes, the total was around €64. We paid €70 in cash — and they just kept the change. No one asked if we wanted to leave a tip, no receipt was offered, no explanation — nothing. They simply took €6 more than the bill without saying a word. This is unacceptable and feels like a blatant scam. On top of that, the staff was incredibly rude. When we walked in and politely asked if there was a table for two, we were told to sit right at the entrance — despite the entire indoor area being mostly empty. It was in the morning, and it was cold. The wind kept blowing in, and they clearly didn’t care about our comfort at all. For a restaurant of this size and location — in the heart of Seceda — this kind of attitude and dishonest behavior is just disgraceful. Be careful. This place takes advantage of tourists and treats guests with no respect whatsoever.

29/04/2025: da 30 anni frequentiamo val Rendela e decine di volte siamo stati ospiti del Ristorante, il passato oltre alla qualtità del cibo anche il servizio era impeccabile, ultimamente è cambiato molto, credo che sono aumentati molto il numero coperti ma non altrettanto la qualità, escluso i salumi che erano buoni il resto deludente, tagliata insapore e grigliata povera e poco invitante, oltre al problema che abbiamo ordinato dei tagliolini ai porcini chedendo di non mettere prezzemolo, arrivati con

03/02/2025: Sono almeno 20 anni che vengo in questi luoghi meravigliosi e dove ho sempre mangiato molto bene . Dall'anno scorso è cambiata gestione e sinceramente sono rimasto molto deluso. Cibi freddi precotti e congelati con un sapore indescrivibile, e dall'aspetto inquietante. Non riesco nemmeno ad immaginare chi ci sia incucina a preparare le pietanze. Non credo tornerò mai più e spero che ritornino alla qualità di un tempo anche nel loro interesse.

22/04/2025: Gentlemen, excellent value for money. Then we can discuss everything and talk about everything. But a cut for 19.00 euros with perfect cooking and excellent quality is not for everyone. Personally friendly and kind. Owner available and polite. Clear menu and clearly visible to all those who subsequently dispute the prices. It would be advisable to read before ordering.

17/04/2025: Homemade ???? Strudel approx. 3X4 cm small, burned and warmed in the microwave. Vanilla sauce apparently made from a tube consisting of approx. 90% fat. Really very disappointing for a specialty from South Tyrol. Apology was accepted but we still paid the full price of €6.50.

28/12/2024: Visa and MasterCard logos on the door, terminal on the bar, but when leaving they demanded cash and some Chinese guy drove me 5km to the ATM!!! 😱 Crazy company, never again!!!

14/12/2024: A scam!! If you don't arrive at the opening you don't eat the sushi, they fill the trays at the beginning and don't add anything until the end of the service. There was the sushi chef who was walking around the place with his hands in his pockets, at my request/complaint about the lack of sushi he got to work and every dish he prepared he passed in front of my table and told me in an almost annoyed tone "here, I prepared this", it must have happened 2/3 times. Then I don't even talk about the fried foods, soy spaghetti so watery that it seemed like soup, shrimp and other dishes full of salt and pepper, almost inedible. In a good sushi place I usually force myself to finish the bottle of water there instead after 2 dishes it was already empty, you know they use the trick of saltiness to make you thirsty, drink more and therefore consume fewer dishes. DO NOT GO THERE
