31/08/2025: Well-stocked shop and helpful, friendly staff. Quality local products. Impeccable table service. Unfiltered Forst beer, rare to find, is available. Excellent sandwiches for a quick lunch, and strudel for dessert. A gesture of kindness that speaks volumes about the staff: my daughter left one of her dolls in the shop. We had thought it was lost, so we returned on the way home to spoil a sandwich, and surprise: the waitress gave the doll back to my daughter with a smile. A simple gesture of honesty and kindness that speaks volumes.

03/11/2025: da evitare! non pensavo potesse succedere a questo mondo che alla domanda "può dare una pulita al tavolo che ci ha [lasciato un ricordino] un uccellino" mi potesse arrivare la risposta "adesso porto le tovagliette di carta"... io boh, non so neanche che dire, la ***** rimane lì e ci si mangia sopra secondo loro. chiesto del sale... "certo arrivo" mai più visto portato il caffè e nemmeno sparecchiato i piatti vuoti, menefreghismo totale

24/10/2025: To say it's embarrassing is an understatement. The place is dirty, the food stale and of extremely low quality. The staff is unwelcoming. Stumbled upon here is a disaster.

20/09/2025: We stopped for dinner without reading the reviews, and that's our own fault. After all, we had a first course, a second course, and two beers for €53...that's a lot of money. But the service is unacceptable: the waiter wasn't uniformed, and the place was dank, unclean, and messy. Never again! My fault.

10/06/2025: Sunday afternoon, where do you go for a hot drink after going to the theater when everywhere is full? We ended up here, like other families… super nice waiter, nothing to say. Nice environment in itself, but with terrible acoustics. The bar bill was a blow to the heart: €6.50 for a slice of Sacher, €5 for a hot chocolate, €4 for a hot tea… I'm sorry, but you can also pluck the chickens at the markets like this, but a family from Trentino will definitely not come back here again. Too bad. UPDATE: the Fiorentina bar as such no longer exists, it has been converted into a place that, from the outside, seems inviting. I haven't had the chance to try it yet, so I won't express any opinions!

25/06/2025: Locale adiacente un piccolo campeggio molto rustico costruito internamente di tronchi di legno cucina tipicamente trentina piatti abbondanti meritano minzione le tagliatelle spesse e ruvide con ragù di selvaggina!!! Prezzo nella norma

25/08/2025: Beautiful, traditional, family-run restaurant. You're welcomed like family with a smile and kindness. The food is truly delicious and home-cooked. The prices are very reasonable. We had a really good time and I highly recommend it for a traditional meal.

28/07/2025: Ich hatte das Restaurant aus meiner Kindheit in guter Erinnerung. Leider wurden wir an dem Abend sehr enttäuscht. Sowohl, dass für einen zweiten Teller (der zu spät zum teilenden Gericht kam) wurde etwas berechnet als auch der „Willkommensdrink“ der als Gast des Hotels umsonst sein sollte. Als wir das mit dem Drink anmerken wollten, wurde der Chef ausfallend und laut und hat (vermutlich!) das Getränk aus der Tasche seiner Mitarbeiterin (die den Fehler wohl gemacht hat) zahlen lassen. Die Mitarbeiter rannten rum wie aufgescheuchte Hühner, bei dem Chef und der ständigen Angst im Nacken wohl kein Wunder! Leider ein rundum katastrophaler Abend! Essen war ok! Große Portionen, allerdings keine besonders gute Qualität. ✌🏻

26/07/2025: Wir hatten den Ruster Biergarten eigentlich in schöner Erinnerung – mein Mann war früher schon mit seinen Eltern hier, wir waren mehrfach mit unseren Kindern da, und diesmal wollten unsere inzwischen erwachsenen Kinder ein weiteres Mal gemeinsam dort essen. Der Anlass war der 60. Geburtstag meines Mannes Leider wurde der Abend eine große Enttäuschung. Das Essen war bestenfalls durchschnittlich – eher Masse statt Klasse. Das Personal wirkte durchweg hektisch und angespannt, was wohl auch mit dem äußerst unfreundlichen Chef zusammenhängt. Es entstand der Eindruck, dass das Team regelrecht Angst vor ihm hat. Ein kleiner, aber bezeichnender Punkt: Für einen zweiten Teller zum Teilen einer Vorspeise wurden 1,50 € berechnet – mit der Begründung, dass es kein Gedeck gibt. Das mag formell stimmen, aber in Lokalen, die ein Gedeck berechnen, bekommt man dafür üblicherweise einen Brotkorb mit Öl oder Butter – hier gibt es nichts dergleichen. Auf der Rechnung war zudem ein kleiner Fehler. Als wir höflich um Korrektur baten, hatte man das Gefühl, dass die sehr freundliche junge Bedienung den Fehler aus eigener Tasche begleichen musste – was uns sehr unangenehm war. Als wir schließlich das Gespräch mit dem Chef suchten, wollte er erst gar nicht zu uns kommen. Auf unser Bestehen hin erschien er doch – jedoch ausfallend, respektlos und in einem Ton, der völlig unangebracht war. Wörtlich sagte er: „Dann schreiben Sie doch eine Bewertung!“ Dieser Satz spricht für sich – Gästezufriedenheit scheint hier keine Rolle zu spielen. Offenbar verlässt man sich auf täglich neue Kundschaft. Sehr schade – ein Ort, den wir einst mochten, hat sich für uns leider komplett verändert. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen – und können es auch niemandem mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen.

23/01/2025: I had already been to this place a few years ago, and I liked it. But last night I probably ran into an unlucky evening. First of all, they tell me that the dishes in the kitchen are not there because there is no cook... Oh well… I order a cutting board. However, a platter presented as a mixture of cured meats and cheeses, in which you put three small pieces of a single cheese, is not exactly the best. And the wine, a bubble that should have been served cold, was instead brought to me at too high a temperature. I finish the platter, and sip the wine, but I realize that, even though it's only 9.40pm, I'm left alone in the place and they're starting to clear out, making me understand that I basically have to get out of the way. So I get up, pay and ask for the invoice, but they can't get it to me for inexplicable technical reasons, after half an hour of trying, claiming that they've just changed the software. No evening, here...

10/01/2025: Nice place, good and plentiful aperitif (6 euros), good food especially the mustard potatoes. Small negative note: the goulash arrived lukewarm.

01/06/2025: I WOULD LIKE TO NOTE THAT MALGA SUSINE IS CURRENTLY CLOSED We wanted to go today to spend a few quiet hours with the kids because we remembered it as a great place for families, but we were saddened to find it completely closed and abandoned! Luckily, we were able to find a new location, but it's very disappointing. At least we could have reported it here on Google. Like us, other cars stopped, thinking the facility was open, because the signs along the road are still there and say it's open.
