08/09/2025: I wanted to respond to the POS review... first of all, we don't need anyone to give us a chance, since during the summer we serve more than 2,000 people with 5/6 negative reviews!!!!! Too bad satisfied customers never write... perhaps... it's easy and cowardly to hide behind a PC or a cell phone and denigrate the people who are working!! It was a truly gratuitous review since you tasted the ferruginous water for free and lingered at our outdoor tables all morning, drinking what??... for 7 of us, a coffee ☕...... thank goodness very few people from Romagna are like that!!!... Shame!!! N.B: To get the POS we tried many times with technicians, 📡 antennas, etc., but the valley is narrow and closed and only allows minimal reception, not enough for the POS... anyway, in the mountains it is good or advisable to bring a little cash!!!!

07/09/2025: We decided to give this place a try despite the numerous negative reviews we'd read in the previous few days. When we got outside, we were surprised: "Due to poor cell phone coverage, we can't accept payments by POS terminal." This excuse barely held up ten years ago, let alone now that it's 2025 and there are refuges at 2,500 meters that readily accept any type of payment. The result: we (fortunately) opted for the alternative just three kilometers away, where we had a wonderful time.

14/08/2025: Mediocre food, just enough to keep you from starving, hospital-quality risotto, non-existent service, you have to get up to get the vegetable condiments.... Old and dirty place. The atmosphere was dull, but we ate and got soaked, then ran away without drinking coffee. There was no staff on duty, and the chef was dripping wet as he served the tables. The owner was smoking at the counter while preparing drinks and coffee... definitely unthinkable. I would have run away after the first courses, but I stayed out of politeness... speechless.

17/02/2026: I don't think the negative reviews apply to this place. Home-cooked food, tried-and-tested dishes, and high-quality local ingredients. Never disappointed! The place isn't trendy, but simple, for those who appreciate substance over appearance.

29/12/2025: Don't even think about going there! I waited half an hour and they refused to serve me. They were rude and uncooperative.

11/12/2025: More than a hit-and-run bar.... Run away is enough! Blonde girl with a queue behind the counter with a dislike and almost zero professionalism... Coffee served that looked like dirty water and even tasted the same! Who do you put behind the counter????

05/02/2026: A waterfall bar – how wonderful is that? That's something I'd love to go to! It's absolutely beautiful, and often you just need that little hunger-satisfying feeling, and the name of the place definitely plays a part. I especially like this one, and the drinks are fantastic – not just for the holiday photo album, but certainly everything is a treat for the palate and the eyes. A highlight of the day after a wonderful hike to the waterfall! I highly recommend it... Congratulations on your wonderful idea for your bar!

28/12/2025: Clean, fast, good food. Harsh reviews for nothing. We went in with a bias, but left quite satisfied. A 5-star rating is a positive one for the slanderous reviews, which were unnecessary.

19/08/2025: I agree with all the negative reviews; there's no point repeating what others have already said. It thrives only on people unaware of the terrible quality of this place and on those who settle for less when the two neighboring restaurants are full. It should definitely be closed.

22/12/2025: Loved the food and the vibe of the hütte, just wish the prices were a little lower.

21/12/2025: They served us after a table that had arrived after us, making us wait a good 45 minutes. The dishes arrived at different times (two of the six people ate after the others had already digested). Prices were higher than the average for the area, but above all, they were exorbitant for the quality of the food offered: we paid €20 for the Tyrolean rosticciata, which was presented to us as a plate of pork and potatoes, but unfortunately, only a plate of potatoes arrived (and not even a good one...). Water was more than €8 and bread more than €5 (by the way, we asked for more, which never arrived and they included it on the receipt... fortunately, the €11 for bread didn't go unnoticed; once we pointed it out, they removed it from the bill.) Overall, terrible, I strongly advise against it (especially given the quality of the food).

21/01/2026: Even though they have placed a parcel collection point, the guy at the counter is very rude and impolite, it seems like he's asking him who knows what, avoid him if you can.

22/12/2025: I don't usually leave negative reviews; I prefer not to, but when it's necessary, it's necessary... Google's opening hours never match actual opening times, and when you find the shop open, you're met with rudeness and indifference. Working with the public is definitely a profession that requires a lot of patience and kindness; if you don't have these skills, you'd be better off doing something else.

13/03/2026: The knife is the victim of pizza. Violent submission to slicing. Use your own. Otherwise, the food is out of the microwave. We need to call the tax authorities (#help)
