07/10/2025: Fantastic hospitality, thanks to the manager, who was helpful, cooperative, and did his job very well. I was with friends, and we ate (even too much), and all the dishes were very tasty, from the appetizer, salami, porcini mushrooms, first course, second course, and dessert.

23/07/2025: A simple, down-to-earth place, with a family-style, yet somewhat makeshift, unpretentious atmosphere!
You can eat both meat and fish, but always without any pretension (fried anchovies, mussel soup), which in my opinion are always incredibly fresh.
For me, one of my happy places 🏠🥂💯

27/08/2025: We ate wonderfully: tagliatelle with venison ragù, tagliatelle with fir pesto, and out-of-this-world porcini dumplings!
Compliments to the chef and the service.
Highly recommended!

24/05/2025: Nonostante in lista, l'attesa è stata breve. Il cibo è buono ed il servizio tipico di una malga super frequentata. Non è stata la prima volta e non sarà l'ultima. Prezzi adeguati, servizio senza grandi pretese, personale gentile nonostante l'affluenza.
23/02/2025: Non vi so dire molto perché essendo arrivati in sei al tavolo, alle 14.10, ci è stato detto che erano disponibili solo panini e dolci. I dolci erano buoni. Secondo me dovrebbero avvisare che la cucina è chiusa dalle 14.00.

15/07/2025: I have to compliment the guys in this management who, at least for me, make one of the best pizzas in Pinzolo (even if it's takeaway). Well done.

Unfortunately closed, with no further information about when or where it will be. The road is also used as a race track, not ideal for hiking.
Could have been a nice place to rest on one of the last days of September in bright sunshine.
20/09/2025: Excellent food and very friendly staff.
It's a shame the train doesn't stop and only goes to the cabin above, where there are so many, so many people.
My advice is to walk from the parking lot below and stop for a meal here. The view of the Catinaccio is beautiful.
There's a charming little church next door.

23/10/2025: Unfortunately, I cannot evaluate the actual services that the pizzeria could have offered me, because on October 23, at 1:15 a.m., I went to the pizzeria wanting to take advantage of the services provided, but unfortunately when we arrived it was closed, even though it was listed as open on the website.
12/10/2025: The manager was very rude. I ordered a tiramisu that unfortunately had a very strange taste. I reported this and was told that other people had eaten it and hadn't complained. This was very rude. NEVER AGAIN.

28/07/2025: Frozen lasagna for €12...
We actually wanted to order food for three people. All three of us chose lasagna. The waitress barely spoke English and apparently didn't understand that we were sharing ONE LASAGNA??!! After 40 minutes, she brought us ONE piece of frozen lasagna divided into three (approx. 2x4cm...).
We then wanted to pay for the drinks we'd already had and find another restaurant. The waiter advised us never to come back and asked what he should do with the frozen lasagna that had been warmed up for 40 minutes...😂
We happily comply with the waiter's request not to come back.

21/09/2025: We dined at this restaurant two nights during our week-long stay in the beautiful Ortisei and were completely satisfied both evenings with the excellently cooked, top-quality dishes, the perfect wine pairing recommended, the intimate and characteristic setting, and, above all, the exquisite welcome from the very kind owner and all the young and friendly staff...see you on our next stay!
