10/03/2026: Good location, large and relatively modern room. The bar is well-stocked and excellent value. The spa experience could be improved: the quality of the spa and the range of services (various types of saunas, Turkish bath, etc.) are excellent. Some truly incomprehensible lapses in style: towels are available for a fee (I understand the bathrobes, but the towels are truly incomprehensible—a first in 25 years of traveling the world), no drinks (except from a tap—not even a paper cup), and the ceiling in the Turkish bath is loose and unsafe. It's a shame, because the spa is truly beautiful, spacious, and bright.

08/03/2026: I stayed at the Alpen Hotel Eghel and had a truly positive experience. The property is beautiful, with meticulous attention to detail and a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. The wellness areas, such as the pool and spa, are well-organized and enjoyable. Everything is clean and designed to offer moments of true relaxation. Another great asset is the staff: friendly, professional, and always available. They make you feel welcomed from the moment you arrive. A place I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a few days of relaxation in a well-kept and peaceful environment.

23/10/2025: Unfortunately, I cannot evaluate the actual services that the pizzeria could have offered me, because on October 23, at 1:15 a.m., I went to the pizzeria wanting to take advantage of the services provided, but unfortunately when we arrived it was closed, even though it was listed as open on the website.

12/10/2025: The manager was very rude. I ordered a tiramisu that unfortunately had a very strange taste. I reported this and was told that other people had eaten it and hadn't complained. This was very rude. NEVER AGAIN.

26/08/2025: Sitting at the table, you can't order cones or cups. Okay, so we order two cups of two flavors that were on the menu. The "coffee" flavor wasn't available, so the waiter lists all the flavors, and I choose yogurt and raspberry. He comes back and says they don't have raspberry. I change it to tiramisu and fior di latte. I get tiramisu and pistachio. I point this out, and they take the cup, remove the pistachio, and add fior di latte, making a mess all over the outside of the cup, but they serve it to me like this, with fior di latte and pistachio tiramisu!

20/08/2025: Good ice cream and friendly, cheerful staff. I was served by Savino, who was particularly patient and helpful. One of the best ice cream shops in the area, I recommend it ;)

30/09/2025: Great value for money. Delicious pizza. I'd happily stop by again for lunch.

27/09/2025: We stumbled upon this place yesterday and it was a pleasant surprise. The dumplings in broth were delicious, and the goulash was excellent. We returned today, and the pork shank with sauerkraut was excellent and very filling.

26/01/2026: Dinner ruined. Finding a hair in the food is unacceptable, especially in a high-end restaurant. The staff was unprofessional and almost annoying. Hygiene was poor, highly inadvisable, especially since the cashier acted like nothing was happening and the dish was added to the bill!

23/09/2025: After months of regular shopping, today I was in a hurry to grab something quick to eat. When I paid, I realized I didn't have any cash. I tried to pay by card... and they didn't give me any option. I'll never visit this bakery again; it's overflowing with friendliness, and with today's situation, they've already lost another customer! P.S. Since I can't answer your question, I'll answer it this way. I've been living and working in the village for months. I've been shopping there many mornings, so if they've seen me... don't worry, I haven't been back and won't be back. 😊

13/08/2025: The bread and baked goods are delicious and fresh, with a good variety of choices. However, I find it very inconvenient that you can't pay by debit card or card, but only in cash or via Satispay. In a time when electronic payment is now standard, this limitation can create inconvenience for customers who don't often carry cash. It would be a major improvement to also offer payment by POS.

17/03/2026: I'm sorry to write such a review, but at 10 in the morning you can't find anything savory or sweet, like croissants, sandwiches, pizza, focaccia or anything else... in the center where there are no other places open. A piece of advice, you should have some in reserve.

04/11/2025: A small, charming pizzeria (and bar) frequented by many locals. The service is extremely friendly, and in my opinion, the pizza is the best in the area (Kronplatz, Rasen-Antholz). The Jägerpizza (hunter's pizza) is fantastic.

08/03/2026: Very friendly staff, excellent food. The only thing that needs improvement is the Amatriciana!!! I'll be back to check on the progress.

25/01/2026: We just checked out of our wonderful room here at the Royal after a wonderful week of skiing. We weren't expecting much from reading the various reviews, but we wanted to give it a try anyway given the fabulous location, and we did just fine. Anita at the front desk is very helpful and cheerful and greeted us immediately. A member of staff showed us around to see where the spa, ski room, restaurant, and more were located. Our room was truly huge, with a view of the Boè, clean, warm, and perhaps a little dark, but perfect for us, as we have two children. The dining room was spacious, intimate, and clean. The food was excellent, with many traditional dishes and great flexibility, even with requests for dishes other than the menu, such as desserts and some children's dishes, or special requests based on personal tastes. The "post-dinner" room is perhaps renovated compared to the rest of the hotel, and it's really nice to play cards after a day of skiing with grappa, hot tea, etc. A few small suggestions, if they're welcome: the pool temperature is a bit chilly (they explained it was due to the proliferation of bacteria, etc.), but I think it could be warmed up a few degrees. The games room would have been nice, but there were no rackets and balls for ping pong. Perhaps some other toys would be useful for the kids. The ski room could use a few lockers and perhaps an extra bench. The evening buffet would be nice to expand with local cheeses and cold cuts, as well as the various types of bread. The breakfast room is perhaps a bit small, and the buffet is a bit limited, although you can ask the waiters for eggs, bacon, etc. The table service was a bit confusing, but this is due to the inexperience of the new staff. The location is excellent, very close to the slopes. We'll definitely be back next year because it's truly excellent value for money. Thank you so much, Royal, until next year.

19/01/2026: I was with a group from Poland for New Year's Eve. We had a wonderful time, the food was delicious, the rooms were modest but comfortable, some had balconies. The views were of the mountains, which were illuminated by the rising sun in the morning. The service was great. I recommend it.

03/01/2026: New Year's Eve spent at the Elefant Hotel was fantastic. Friendly service and amazing food, at least for New Year's Eve. Totally amazing. The town is quiet but well-organized. They issue free transportation passes for everywhere on buses, coaches, and trains. I recommend this place.

27/02/2026: We had lunch at Ristorante Artini, and unfortunately, our experience didn't live up to our expectations. The staff is very slow and inattentive to customer needs. The value for money is terrible. We paid €16 for five dumplings... a restaurant to avoid in the future.

15/02/2026: I've been coming to Campiglio for years with many friends, and we've always enjoyed lunches and dinners at Artini. This year, they must be saving money...we've been there three times for lunch, each more disappointing than the last, to the point that we didn't even plan a dinner there. The staff is unspeakable...from the one who almost curses because the ordering phone doesn't work, to the one who asks you to pass her the plates, they only brought 10 covers for 13 of us. Very small portions, high prices, and the food always arrives frozen. It should be deleted...it's a shame because we always enjoyed going there!

14/11/2025: We tried the bar once and found the staff to be less than courteous, almost annoying, and even greeting you with a "ciao" and the hot chocolate was watery. Only the chic atmosphere was pleasant. Failed.

13/10/2025: I went to Riva to visit two friends who were staying at the Bavaria for a few days. We stayed at the campsite for about six hours, and upon leaving, we were shocked to receive the bill for our stay: For two people + parking, 36 euros. In addition, we encountered rude staff. We certainly wouldn't recommend staying at this campsite, and I think there are better options in Riva.
