17/08/2025: We got some takeout pizzas; every time I come back to Moena, I eat a pizza here. The dough was good, my girlfriend's Margherita was good, different from the Neapolitan one but good. My pizza had two small problems: 1. You can make pizzas with boiled potatoes, but they need to be cooked, not almost cooked. 2. There was a hair on the pizza. I understand that can happen, even though it shouldn't, but it's not very pleasant.

16/08/2025: August 13, 2025, I ordered four takeout pizzas for 7:15 PM. I was a bit skeptical given the reviews, but they turned out spectacular, and the waiter was very kind. After parking in front of a private parking lot, he kindly delivered the pizzas to me, saving me from having to park far away. Spectacular pizza with the freshest ingredients, the best in Moena.

23/07/2025: Prachtige locatie, jammer van de service: - Pizza was prima (because Italy) - Schnitzel was middelmatig op z’n best.. Je mocht blij zijn dat het op een bord geserveerd werd, enkel een lap schnitzel en een beetje friet. Geen groente, garnering of iets van saus maar wel €23,- betalen. Met geluk nog een glaasje met sausjes in zakjes erbij gekregen. Was verder prima te eten. - Personeel is het meest onvriendelijke naar elkaar wat ik ooit heb gezien. Elkaar overmatig corrigeren in bijzijn van een klant. Bijvoorbeeld als je ergens wil gaan zitten, we werden gevraagd ergens anders te gaan zitten terwijl er nog maar 1 ander tafeltje bezet was. Ober liep de schenen onder z’n lijf vandaan om 4 tafels te bedienen van eten terwijl vrouwelijke collega enkel een wijntje uit serveerde en druk was met haar hard werkende collega te corrigeren. Laatste hap ging naar binnen terwijl het bord al gepakt werd, dit viel ons bij anderen al op en gebeurde ook bij ons, alsof ze er promotie op krijgen. Afrekenen moesten we blijkbaar voor naar binnen. Ik laat vrijwel nooit een recensie achter maar dit was er 1 voor in de boeken/verhalen op feestjes. Nog nooit zo opgelaten gegeten

19/07/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante per mangiare la pizza, essendo baresi e napoletani siamo molto esigenti😉Ampia scelta. Non ci aspettavamo una pizza così buona, ben condita e cotta a puntino. Locale accogliente con un servizio molto accurato Un plauso speciale ad Angela cortese professionale ed empatica. Ci torneremo con piacere e non è una minaccia😉

26/06/2025: Veramente un bel locale, dove a fianco di piatti tipici della montagna trentina offfrono e anche alcuni piatti per i tanti turisti straneri, sopratutto bikers, che cercano gli spaghetti in qualsiasi parte d'Italia si trovino, Noi abbiamo optato per piatti tipici come i Canedeli al burro fuso (veramente ottimi!) e polenta con varietà di carni arrostite alla griglia, patate arrostite e cavolo cappuccio in insalata. Una cucina sincera, semplice, saporita e ben fatta. Ottimo il servizio, puntuale, senza fronzoli ed efficiente. Belli anche i dolci visti nelle tavole dei vicini, ma noi oggettivamente non eravamo più in grado di ingurgitare nulla...

29/07/2025: A bar on Piazza Duomo, the very center of Trentino, with a beautiful view of the square and the cathedral itself. The espresso was very good; we ordered two glasses of sparkling wine, despite the early hour. The waiter brought us a snack to go with the wine. I can't rate the food; we didn't order anything.

14/08/2025: Excellent service, but the food leaves a bit to be desired. We've always had breakfast and lunch here, driven by enthusiasm for a place with so many vegan options. I'm sorry to say, however, that if this is an omnivore's first experience with vegan cuisine, they'll be very disappointed and discouraged! Breakfast: The brioches are served warm, which is definitely a plus. We had a "normal" one, which was a bit chewy but overall good and well-filled, and a vegan one, more like a brioche than a flaky croissant. The vegan one didn't taste great; it's a sweet bread. The hazelnut cream filling, however, was generous, which earned it a point. The cappuccino was awful; it seemed watered down. Lunch: We tried a gluten-free pizza, which was truly a cloud; the dough was incredibly soft, but the toppings on top left much to be desired. For main courses, a vegan lasagna and a spinach roll. The roll was not bad, with no special highlights. The lasagna with soy ragù, on the other hand, was not so good. It was floating in oil (this confirms what other reviews have said) and was practically a slab of pasta. Béchamel is the easiest thing to veganize, and this lasagna lacked it, and the soy ragù, with soy that was barely visible, probably came from the pre-made jars, which was basically tomato sauce with a few pieces here and there. Lunch was saved by the coffee cream and dessert. My companion had the pandolce, but it was served with powdered sugar; as with the brioche, it wasn't very flavorful; perhaps it could have been better with a filling. I had the linzer, which was truly special, delicious. Recommended.

31/07/2025: Siamo andati per un dolce e un caffè. Bella la location e la terrazza panoramica. Ottima la comodità della seggiovia lì vicina. Totalmente assurdi i 3,5€ per un litro d’acqua, per altro non riportata nel menù. Lo strudel discreto ma….i pinoli costano troppo??????

31/07/2025: Ho trovato un abbassamento della qualità importante . Ci sono stato molte volte negli ultimi anni, ma devo dire che i piatti serviti non mi hanno convinto. Visti i prezzi mi aspetterei di più da primi e secondi . Personale sempre gentile, ma solo con questo la pancia non si accontenta .

10/08/2025: The hotel is in a great location right in the center, a great location but it also has some drawbacks, if you have a room next to the road, there's the problem of cars and noisy engines... The breakfast is plentiful and correct, the service is on a high level, so I recommend this place to all quick travelers

25/06/2025: We had a pleasant stay at the hotel in Bozen. The owners were friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent, situated right in the heart of the city, with the city center just a short walk away. The rooms are simple but very clean and well-maintained. While the hotel isn't the most modern, it is clearly cared for with pride and attention to detail. Breakfast was also simple but fresh and satisfying—just right to start the day. Our room even featured a small balcony, which was a lovely spot to enjoy a quiet moment. Although there is no air conditioning, the provided fan kept us relatively comfortable at night. The hotel is located in a lively and diverse neighborhood that has its own unique flair and energy. Overall, it is a bit pricey, but that's common in all of Bozen.

08/09/2025: We ate sandwiches, first courses, and second courses. The food was delicious, with quality, locally sourced ingredients. A regular stop!

12/08/2025: Avoid!! I didn't think it was possible to mess up a spritz, but obviously it is. The cocktail doesn't taste like Aperol, has no bubbles, and is clearly of poor quality. Definitely a cheap Aperol copy. What's more, we came for an aperitivo, meaning a cocktail and snacks, as shown in a presentation photo. The cocktails were served empty, while the tables next to us were!!! Two tables of Italians; maybe foreigners are treated differently? I really don't recommend this place.

29/08/2025: I arrived for a quick lunch between a train ride and a connecting flight. They gave me a warm, friendly, and kind welcome, making me feel like a princess. Excellent food, generous portions. Fast and professional service. I had a great time.

17/08/2025: The restaurant is located in a side street and is therefore shaded, which is very pleasant given the high temperatures. We sat outside, which has comfortable seating. The service was impeccable, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was also excellent.

05/06/2025: The lady at the counter is not polite and completely devoid of a smile. As good as the croissants are, starting the day with her at the counter is absolutely not pleasant. I pass by the place every day but the desire to go in disappears along with the sulking of the counter clerk.

05/06/2025: The lady at the counter never gives you a smile. The croissants are exceptional but being welcomed by her at the counter certainly doesn't give you a good start to the day. It seems like she's doing you a favor. In Rome she wouldn't have lasted even a day with her sulky face 😅

16/08/2025: Prices weren't clearly displayed: two euros for a coffee, and they also charge you for a glass of water. We didn't receive a receipt, so we had to explicitly request one.

14/08/2025: The hotel has a bar for outsiders. We arrived today, August 14, 2025. There were two tables with people outside. At 4:38 PM, they were served, and without even waiting for them to finish their drinks, they closed the bar! We were arriving at that moment, we would have gladly come in for a snack, especially since it was starting to rain, and we found it closed! The people who were sitting outside and had paid for their drinks were left standing in the rain. Incomprehensible. This isn't entrepreneurship, it's not hospitality, it's just inconvenience and poor service. Never again.

11/03/2025: Location on the top floor of the "Poli" shopping center. Lots of parking. Clean place and very good service. There is the possibility to order quick lunches. Advised!
