04/10/2025: The restaurant looks like a sewer, the service is terrible and slow, the food seems like something out of a horror movie... I wouldn't recommend this place for anything in the world... by the way, the tablecloth is passed from one customer to another.

24/09/2025: Authentic Chinese cuisine prepared with passion by a Hong Kong-born owner. The siu mai are the best in South Tyrol—fragrant, juicy, and unforgettable. The menu is varied and carefully curated, with dishes that convey true Chinese culinary tradition. Fast and friendly service, a welcoming atmosphere: a must-visit for lovers of authentic Chinese cuisine. All at very reasonable prices.

30/08/2025: Pleasant atmosphere, very good food, fabulous desserts, fantastic staff, very patient, polite, and always smiling. We've been coming to the Fassa Valley for five years, and we've been stopping at Baita Ischia for five years, and it's always a pleasure to go! Congratulations!

13/08/2025: Refreshment point next to the Campitello playground/adventure park. The facility is nice, with a spacious outdoor area with tables and umbrellas, and a children's playroom inside. The restrooms are large and clean, including a changing table. Friendly staff. We stopped for a snack, and had an excellent slice of Sacher torte and a strudel, making it worth a return visit!

29/11/2025: I can't rate the food because the dessert I chose wasn't available. The view is gorgeous.

25/11/2025: It was closed when I visited in November. I walked along the road next to it; it took me half an hour to get up. The view is amazing.

09/08/2025: Oggi con una comitiva numerosa siamo passati al Rifugio Rudi,a causa della giornata calda molti avevano bisogno di riempire le borraccie,ma il titolare ce lo ha negato a molti. L'acqua non si nega a nessuno,non ho mai grazie a Dio avuto un esperienza pessima come questa. Pessimo.

09/08/2025: Visto il caldo oggi durante una pedalata tra amici chiediamo di riempire le borracce d'acqua...ok risposto che l'acqua costa...mai successo nei miei 15mila km anno in bici... Sicuramente non mi fermo a mangiare

17/02/2025: Unfriendly, incompetent, and slow! Not recommended. We wanted to have lunch with our children and sat down at a free table. We were ignored for more than 10 minutes, then the waiter came and said the table was reserved – he couldn't tell us in advance (but he could tell other guests). He didn't want to find another table for us, so we left… A PURE WASTE OF TIME!

18/08/2025: Unfortunately, it's the only place where you can stop for a break. The dishes are all pre-cooked and not very well made. You have to wait in line to pay, and it's self-service.

08/12/2025: If I could give zero stars, I would. In all the years of my life, I haven't seen anything like what happened to us yesterday. We booked for 1:50 PM, and patiently waited because we saw there were a lot of people. But you walk in and they don't ask you anything; they don't even consider you, so there's zero hospitality. We wait more than 15 minutes and they don't ask you anything at all. Meanwhile, people keep arriving at a certain time, so we ask and point out that we booked. We discover that many have booked and there's no free table. But at a certain time, they tell us that there's time to free the table. Well, we waited 10 minutes, then they tell us the same thing again, and so on three times. Unfortunately, yesterday was a very busy day, because otherwise we would have gone elsewhere, and I even tried, so we waited very patiently. Finally, they tell us there's room and take us to the table, but surprise... we can't fit... it's a table for 4 and there are 5 of us, and there's no way five of us can fit in. Well, that was the last straw. I can't describe how angry I was, and honestly, they ruined our day. I'm so angry. I've never seen such incompetence and such audacity to keep telling us the table was free when it wasn't. They would have looked better if they said I didn't have a seat.

07/12/2025: The place is beautiful but with cracks in the wall, only two waiters who don't understand each other, the food is quite edible!! =🤮

19/08/2025: When we come to Polsa we often come here. Although the food is ok, service is "so so". This morning we came to have breakfast and sadly enough my son and I were looking for a trash can in the outdoor eating space. None in sight. We actually noticed how much trash was left on the sides of the propriety. Sad to see for an immaculate are as such. And this is not the only time we noticed this. It seems though, this is a reoccurring event and noticeable and typical in many places in Italy: no trash bins available. Would be to sad to leave photos

19/07/2025: Locale molto accogliente e con ottima cucina. Consiglio i ravioli tricolori, che oltre a ispirarsi ai colori nazionali, sono effettivamente anche molto buoni. Conto nella norma, considerato il contesto turistico.

23/04/2025: For anyone who heard the banging from the kitchen, it's upstairs, connected by a latch and is managed by two people. There's only one wine and dessert fridge. Who knows where it went?

12/02/2025: For us, a stay in Riva always includes a visit to the pizzeria La Leonessa. The pizzas are very good and offer excellent value for money.

10/07/2025: Mange dejlige retter på menukortet og vores oplevelse blev ødelagt lidt af, at personalet havde meget travlt og ikke var særligt servicemindede. Vi ventede meget længe på at få regning og ville egentlig have haft dessert, men blev aldrig spurgt.

07/06/2025: L'interno del locale è molto carino. Le pizze le abbiamo mangiare giusto perché eravamo affamati. Il dolce, uno strudel, per nulla all'altezza con decorazione di panna che non sapeva di nulla. Il personale? Pessimo.

06/11/2025: Chosen for its vegan dishes, I had a great experience, both for the friendly, family-like welcome and the selection and quality of the food. Located in the historic center of Rovereto. Highly recommended!

05/10/2025: The spinach pie and lasagna were okay. We ordered natural orange juice and for 4.5 euros I expected something tasty and not juice that had the peel squeezed into it, which created a yellow and bitter drink. What completely spoiled the experience of the visit was the presence of folded paper boats on each of the tables calling for the liberation of Palestine and support for the ridiculous flotilla to Gaza. I have no idea if the owners themselves decorated the tables with this but there is no doubt that they were aware of its presence every time they cleared the tables. Their right to hold one opinion or another is reserved for other places but not for a business open to the public. Shame
