I migliori ristoranti di cucina italiana in Trentino-alto adige

01/07/2025: Ormai Tastiko è IL POSTO dove vado sempre volentieri sia da sola magari solo per un dolce e un caffè, sia in compagnia per pranzo, cena o aperitivo. Questa volta ero con amici e volevamo fare un aperitivo all’esterno. Abbiamo sperimentato la nuova formula bistrot, molto informale, che ci ha permesso di mangiare bagel, taglieri e i deliziosi camembert bites e i funghi croccanti (tutto messo in mezzo al tavolo e condiviso) accompagnato da un’ottima birra. Io ho preso la Leffe.

27/11/2025: A themed venue, with plenty of old photos and memorabilia hanging around. The food is plentiful and tasty. The atmosphere is never noisy, and the music is excellent.

04/12/2025: We stayed at this hotel, whose rooms are excellent, the facility is well-maintained and welcoming, but the service and staff are truly unsatisfactory. After dinner and payment, I told the owner (or I think he was) that I had a wonderful time but had just one complaint: that paying €5 for a bottle of water seemed a bit excessive. His response was that I pay €3 on the highway and don't get clean bathrooms, whereas in Sicily he himself paid €4, and that the water he serves comes from his private tap, which cost him a million euros, and that those are the prices he decided to impose. I think it's good manners and good manners to listen to the guest, who, in this case, had stated that they had a wonderful time but had just one complaint, which was intended more as an observation than a criticism. Responding with arrogance and condescension suggests the need to rethink the way one conducts one's professional activity, because the client shouldn't be the one to point out that an observation should always be accepted, regardless of how it is used.

31/10/2025: This is a lovely, family run hotel and you can see that in the attention to detail. Its a little outside Sterzing, but up a bit in the mountains with a fab view, especially the next morning when we walked out of the hotel to discover snow on the mountain tops. We had a big room (the sofa could have been used for 2 kids) and everything was super clean. The small sauna area was a very welcome surprise after a long car journey. And the food! Wow! I took the 'Surprise Menu' in the evening which is literally what it says. I was asked what I most definitely wouldn't like to eat, but after that I had no clue what I was getting. It did not disappoint! The breakfast was gorgeous too, with lots of fresh fruit and fresh local eggs. All yum!

15/09/2025: “We are on our honeymoon and the restaurant welcomed us with flowers and drinks , which was sweet gesture. . The food was delicious — we had burrata, steak, and spaghetti, and the steak was the best! The atmosphere was excellent. Special thanks to the ladies working here, they were all amazing and their smiles made our night even better.”

12/09/2025: We were introduced to this restaurant by our hotel concierge; it's located on the lakeside, and needless to say, the view is enchanting. The ladies working there were incredibly kind: they explained the food on the menu to us, explaining every detail. There are some places where you know you'll eat well, and indeed, we did: everything was superb. The wine list isn't bad either. The selection isn't extensive, but it's absolutely satisfying. I read someone complaining about the prices, which I find absolutely fair for the chef's skill, the enchanting location, the presentation of the dishes, and the staff. If I may, I have one criticism: the cutlery, so beautiful but so uncomfortable. A magnificent evening. Thank you.

07/12/2025: I discovered this place by chance while strolling through the streets of Bolzano during the Christmas holidays. I had polenta with sausage, goulash with dumplings, and strudel—all excellent. I found the place to be cute, and the staff were helpful. I recommend it.

06/12/2025: Reportable. I almost went to the emergency room due to the incompetence and, above all, superficiality of the staff. I wanted a dessert. The restaurant didn't display the names of the desserts or the ingredients. The waiter told me there was a chocolate cake. After I pressed him about the ingredients, he told me there was also blueberry jam inside. He repeated this two or three times. Since I'm allergic to many fruits, I insisted to be sure it was blueberry. He confirmed. He brought me the cake. I tasted a piece and noticed that the jam was light in color. It obviously wasn't blueberry. I called him back. He told me it could be MIXED JAM. And I was told IT WAS MY FAULT FOR NOT TELLING THEM I WAS ALLERGIC. I had to rush out and go to the hospital. Obviously, the cake wasn't included on the receipt. Perhaps to avoid consequences. The rest of the coffee and hot chocolate (obviously not even half drunk) were included and paid for.

13/04/2025: Locale perfetto per ogni tipo di occasione.. anche per toglierti la voglia di mangiare del buon pesce. Ordinata, per non correre il rischio di non trovarla, abbiamo mangiato un ottima ed abbondantissima frittura di pesce, asciutta e buonissima, per finire con dolci che squisiti è dir poco. Lo staff sempre gentile e professionale. Come sempre consigliatissimo!!!

19/03/2025: Siamo tornati dopo una prima esperienza positiva e confermiamo la nostra scelta. Personale accogliente, gentile e preparato, cucina strepitosa. Abbiamo scelto la carne salada tipica, una tartare di manzo, un pasticcio con broccoli e carne salada ed il piatto del giorno fenomenale, con pasta fresca all'uovo, condita con punte di asparagi, gamberi e guanciale. Altro punto forte il pane made home. Avremmo voluto assaggiare anche i secondi, ma le porzioni hanno messo a dura prova anche noi buongustai. Bravi ragazzi!

10/10/2025: The only downside was that it was over an hour away from the center of Ortisei, but the service and breakfast were excellent.

02/10/2025: Beautiful hotel! We stayed here for three nights and would like to thank you for the wonderful time. The room, with a balcony, is very large and nicely furnished. We also really liked the bathroom. It's very nice to receive a friendly welcome and information about the surrounding area and the facilities on site.

08/08/2025: Four of us dined at this restaurant with a fixed menu. All traditional Ladin dishes. Personally, I would end the dinner with a dessert other than the one they served (fritters with blueberry jam or apple puree), perhaps a sorbet or fresh gelato to finish the meal. The service was quick, and the lady who served us carefully explained each dish. Parking is exclusively for the restaurant. The Cancin with ricotta and spinach is highly recommended: you can season it with poppy seeds or parmesan cheese. The shank was delicious and almost melted in your mouth. Definitely a place worth trying!!!

27/11/2025: We ordered the Regina Pizza. We asked for well done (for extra crispy). Pizza came out in 6 minutes, not crispy and just warmed. I suspect the basic pizzas were pre-cooked and kept warmed, then they toss on the additional toppings to cover the various pizza flavors. Definitely not made to order, and not crispy. Flavors were decent, but in Italy, it’s too competitive to recommend this restaurant.

20/07/2025: Bellissimo posto, ottimo cibo. Peccato per la lunghissima attesa per i nostri piatti, 2 ore e mezzo per poter riuscire a mangiare una pietanza, nonostante avessimo fatto la prenotazione

13/07/2025: Malga raggiungibile in poco tempo con sentiero semplicissimo da Passo Lavaze', a quota 1750 mt. Struttura caratteristica, con parco giochi esterno e pista da bowling per bambini. Mangiare molto buono e prezzi in linea con le altre malghe della zona. Ho provato i canederli, ottimi! Personale gentile e sorridente.

17/06/2025: De lunch in dit restaurant was een mooie ervaring: de Zuid-Tiroler keuken op een hoger niveau dan je meestal langs de weg treft. Zeer verzorgd restaurant met hotelkamers. De bediening was goed. De menukaart is gevarieerd (niet vooral vis zoals je op basis van de beschrijving zou verwachten) met enkele vegetarische gerechten. Van amuse tot en met dessert allemaal mooi gepresenteerd en erg smakelijk. Zeer goede prijs-kwaliteit.

19/04/2025: E così questo locale Ci ha visto tornare, ci ha visto tornare talmente volentieri che torneremo ancora quest'estate e torneremo ancora per il mio compleanno, perché quando entri in un posto e la magia ti avvolge allora vuol dire che sei nel posto giusto!! la cucina è impeccabile : la carne che ho mangiato oggi si tagliava solo guardandola, gli antipasti che ti portano prima che arrivino i piatti sono squisiti e il cestino del pane? Vogliamo parlare del cestino del pane ? Pochi ristoratori secondo me hanno capito che e' una delle cose più importanti su un tavolo... Tutto vorresti che non finisse mai ... e poi il dolce e poi quei divanetti comodi e poi la mise en place così elegante E poi i calici di vino e le chiacchiere. ..... il tempo che passa e tu vorresti rimanere lì !! Ecco , io credo che la ristorazione sia questo: un misto di professionalità di sorrisi di cibo di qualità delle materie prime di sacrifici di un rapporto qualità prezzo corretta ma anche di quella sensazione quando arrivi al dolce di aver voglia di ricominciare !! non posso che dire complimenti ! Non vedo l'ora di tornare Arianna e mamma di Verona
