28/05/2025: One star is too much for the taste. The wait time was stated as 20 minutes, but it took over an hour!!! Of course, the pizza was ice cold!!! Even though I said on the phone that card payment was not possible, it was not delivered.

26/06/2025: The place is beautiful and the view is amazing, but the coffee wasn't up to expectations. The only redeeming factor is the view. I didn't try the desserts, I just tried the coffee and it was average. The staff is helpful and flexible, and if you want to go up there, there's a 9 euro fee for the ascent and descent, but the route is amazing. There's also a castle you can visit, and then you can continue up the mountain on foot. All of the activities are free.

25/06/2025: Incredible views, mediocre-tasting and expensive food. Come here for the cocktails and the views, not for the food.

06/04/2025: Bar next to the ski school in Selva di Valgardena. Excellent for staying in the center to have an aperitif listening to music and relaxing a little.

26/03/2025: We stopped here for a drink. We had to come inside to order, which the waitress told us when she saw us seated. It was a shame that the men ordered Chardonnay, and the waitress came with the drinks and said no Chardonnay, put a different wine down, and then she was gone. No one asked if that was okay or not. There you go... We found that a bit cheeky. Good music was playing. The waitress didn't look after us. She probably wasn't in the mood. We were alone. Only when more people arrived did she shine with her presence outside. It's a shame. She could have made more sales. I've heard different things, so we stopped here. The waitress speaks English. We won't be back. We didn't feel welcome.

02/03/2025: Ich bin während dem Skifahren hier spontan eingekehrt. Ehrlich gesagt nur aufgrund der Namensgleicheit. Ich dachte, mit dem namen, kanns ja nur gut sein. So war es auch. Ich wurde freundlich begrüßt und platziert. Der Service war schnell, und aufmerksam. Zwischendurch dauertes es mal etwas länger, aber die Terrasse war voll, von daher ok. Die Speisen waren gut und reichlich. Ich denke, da gibt es nichts zu meckern. An die Meckererin den anderen Bewertungen bzgl. der hohen Preise. Leider ist es nicht nur hier sehr teuer geworden und sondern leider überall. Jagertee für 6 Euro, Cheeseburger für 24 habe ich woanders zahlen müssen. Das ist heute leider der Standard. Das liegt nicht an den Wirten, sondern an den exorbitanten Preissteigerungen bei Energie, Personal und Rohstoffe. Was im Supermarkt teurer wird, ist natürlich auch für den Wirt teurer. OK, nach dem Schwenk wieder zurück: Die Daniel Hütte ist wärmstens zu empfehlen. Den fantastischen Blick auf Lang- und Plattkofel gibt es übrigens gratis dazu.

24/12/2024: Rifugio sulle piste lato Seceda con una vista mozzafiato sul Sassolungo e sul parco delle Puez-Odle. Ho mangiato benissimo: primi davvero eccellenti e soprattutto uno strudel di mele (con pasta sfoglia, che raramente si trova in zona) eccezionale. Ragazzi dello staff super gentili, premurosi, cordiali e soprattutto velocissimi. Manca il 5/5 per il listino, davvero esagerato. Ma in ogni caso consiglio senz'altro.

19/05/2025: Domenica dopo avere fatto il giro delle cascate di Stanghe ci siamo fermati presso questo locale. Essendo già affollati i tavoli all'esterno abbiamo pranzato all'interno. Location piacevole, pulita e confortevole con arredamento aggiornato. Abbiamo ordinato un arrosto di manzo e vitello con verdure e riso, mezzo pollo arrosto con insalata di patate, strudel, birra, acqua. Tutto buono secondo le ricette sudtirolesi, ben presentato e curato. Unico difetto è stato il pollo fuori menu, la cui carne odorava di vecchio ed era al limite del mangiabile e in seguito mi ha procurato acidità di stomaco. Peccato! Servizio cortese, pronto e attento. Prezzi trasparenti e congrui con quanto offerto. A parte il pollo, da consigliare come sosta.

30/03/2025: Large room with several tables. We had breakfast before going up to the lifts, the Marilleva 900 ski lift is right in front. The pastries and cappuccino are good. Freshly squeezed orange juice. Prices normal. Courteous and helpful staff. I will gladly return

05/05/2025: La comida era ridícula. Solo probamos 2 favores: salado y amargo. Extremadamente salado para su plato característico: Tripe. Incluso un sabor amargo en su postre que se supone que es dulce. Lo reflejó al camarero pero recibió una respuesta facial "no podría importarle menos". Servicio también malo. Una cara de poker para nosotros una vez que decidimos no pedir el aperitivo. No calificado para un restaurante de estrella Michelin en absoluto. Nunca volverá

27/12/2024: First time in this place. Everything very nice, refined and tasty menu. Very good. The tripe and the ravioli exceptional. Friendly and very prepared staff. Compliments to the chef STEPHAN ZIPPL. 🔝🔝

13/05/2025: The meal wasn't too bad, the prices were reasonable. Very simple and very noisy atmosphere. The restaurant is more suited to families with children. Small problem: the restrooms don't lock.

08/04/2025: This review is solely based on hotel policy as my partner and I didn't get an opportunity to stay at the location. I found out after booking my nonrefundable stay through a third party platform that I am pregnant and for medical purposes unable to travel at time of reservation. My doctor communicated this in a letter to the hotel but the staff were unwilling to cancel or use funds for future travel. It feels rather unempathetic to not acknowledge this need and for these reasons I will not be recommending this hotel now or in the future.

20/04/2025: Capitati per caso per il pranzo di Pasqua con una coppia di amici. Locale semplice. Abbiamo scelto il menù a sorpresa da tre portate. Che dire tutto al top! Qualità, cortesia, ricercatezza negli ingredienti e piatti decorati con estrema cura. Tutto buonissimo da leccarsi i baffi!! Ristorante da ricordare. Complimenti al proprietario!

15/06/2025: At noon it is already full inside and out because the food is good and the prices are fair. You can choose dishes à la carte or the 13 euro menu. The first courses come in two sizes: normal or large, although I found all the dishes abundant.
