21/08/2024: The service is A+, tables are set correctly and attention is paid to order and cleanliness. Breakfast and dinner were rich and good, but you can never please everyone anyway. Traffic, as someone complained, is like in the country during the day, so it's not normally loud. In the evening it is quiet. Some guests don't know how to behave, they think they are alone, but the hotel can't help it. Boss has a memory of the finest. From day one, she was able to remember the needs of her guests. One star deducted, why? Hotel has no air conditioning. So the intermarital conflict was already resolved. (What did you book there???) Rooms are and will remain heated up. If the outside temperature is still 31°C at 11pm at night, you know how hot it is in the rooms. There was also no fan, so I had to cover myself with a towel soaked in cold water. Even my wife, who prefers to walk around in a hat and scarf in the summer, was hot. At times we slept with the room door open so that there might be some draft in the room. If not air conditioning, we would have liked at least a fan. We will visit this hotel again, but definitely not in midsummer. It has a very nice pool with a view of the valley, and the relaxation area is also great. There is a big plus point: it is a child-free hotel. Only from 14 years old. No shouting and raving, you can really relax and unwind from everyday life.

08/07/2024: Central location in the wine-growing region for (motorcycle) trips to the Dolomites and Lake Garda. Very well maintained hotel with high quality cuisine. The very attentive, approachable and humorous employees are exceptional and amazing, regardless of their background. A distinctive culture of hospitality can be experienced here.

27/08/2024: We went on a bike tour of the Dolomites with ten friends and stayed one night in the Putzer (B&B). The hotel has a nice and interesting atmosphere with its own brewery. Classy furnished rooms. Everything is tip top. There is nothing to complain about in terms of service or food. Unfortunately the hotel is on the main street. If you have a room facing the street, you have to close the window at night or you'll notice a lot of traffic. We found breakfast and dinner a bit expensive.

07/08/2024: Nice but small place, perhaps a little too big given the central location and the crowds present. Poor service, unacceptable waiting 20 minutes for an order and almost an hour to receive the dishes. Nothing to say about the pizzas, large and very good. These details need to be fixed which would make it much more pleasant.

17/08/2024: Arrivati alla malga abbiamo trovato tutti i posti occupati, ma la cameriera (gentilissima) ci ha fatto attendere solo 10 minuti e ci ha assegnato un tavolo. Piatti ottimi, ma prezzi un po’ alti per una malga accessibile con gli automezzi.

14/07/2024: Atmosfera molto accogliente. All'esterno è fantastico, si mangia sotto dei glicini (se non sbaglio) molto belli, i tavoli sono ben distanziati, la musica di sottofondo è rilassante e di classe. Abbiamo preso il percorso di lago e ci è piaciuto molto, i piatti sono molto equilibrati e si sente bene la qualità degli ingredienti e soprattutto del pesce, in quanto i sapori sono in armonia tra loro e non si sovrastano l'uno con l'altro. Anche il servizio è stato eccellente e professionale, ti servono sempre con i tempi giusti e sono tutti molto gentili e disponibili. Complimenti alla chef e allo staff per l'impegno e la passione

05/08/2024: Ottima esperienza. Ci siamo stati per il compleanno di nostra figlia. Piatti tutti molto buoni e un'ottima qualità degli ingredienti. Abbiamo chiesto una torta per l'occasione e ci hanno preparato una Sacher buonissima. Il personale è stato impeccabile, gentile, disponibile e anche simpatici. L'ambiente è tipico Trentino, ben curato. Consigliatissimo. Grazie!

20/07/2024: Cena di famiglia, abbiamo optato per il primo turno 19:15-20:30 e ci siamo come sempre trovati molto bene Menu vario ma estremamente curato Piatti tipici, grandi classici anche rivisitati (sempre super la pasta fresca ripiena), piatti per vegetariani e vegani. Tutto molto abbondante. Complimenti

15/08/2024: We spent last night with them. Excellent service, very polite. New room with air conditioning. We were able to park the motorbike covered and safe. Excellent breakfast, the owner was alone and went out of his way to please everyone. Price more than fair. Highly recommended Mauro and Loredana from Verona

15/08/2024: Very clean and tidy facility. The rooms are as in the photo and are equipped with air conditioning. The rooms are very clean. Welcoming and very friendly staff. I recommend the stay, also for the excellent location.

22/08/2024: Unfortunately the pizza was a Pinsa, which was probably frozen. Nothing against Pinsa, but if pizza is on the menu, I expect it too. Slices of ham were way too thick and not very tasty. Very thick dough and overloaded! It's a shame, there used to be great pizzas! Service was very friendly!

17/07/2024: We were last in Algund about 10 years ago and also at the Bruthendler. We designed the outside area to be very modern and stylish. You sit very well and the service staff is very attentive. Food and drinks very tasty and reasonably priced. At the end there was a delicious drink on the house. We just arrived yesterday and will definitely visit at least one more time

28/08/2024: I stopped today and honestly overall it's ok, menu of 12 excluding drinks but a quarter of a red wine for 4 euros seems excessive to me.....if it happens again I'll stop there again but the wine nooooo🤣
