30/08/2025: Even though I don't drink wine myself, as I often travel by car and don't know much about wine, I like to stop here for a coffee or a juice. The atmosphere is very relaxed and pleasant. I would especially like to mention the great waiter and the chef, who is very communicative and relaxed. You immediately feel welcome. Highly recommended! ☕🍹

28/09/2025: The hotel is centrally located, just steps from the bus stop. The rooms are large and clean, with a truly spacious bathroom. It's a truly comfortable place where guests are pampered. The food service is impeccable. Among the staff, I particularly like Francesca, who was incredibly kind and helpful. I will definitely return to this hotel if I ever return to Canazei.

20/12/2025: There were only a few cold tables. Four of us arrived, and even though there were larger tables, they put us in a swaying two-person table. The place was cold, despite being small and having a pizza oven in the room. I chose the Acquaviva pizza, which from its name should be the best in the place, and asked for parsley instead of basil. They didn't have any, which was strange. I then asked for basil, which was called for in the recipe on the menu, and they told me they didn't have that either. How is it possible that a pizzeria doesn't have basil?! The pizza I received was supposed to be with seafood, but it was basically just tasteless clams and mussels on a misshapen pizza with mozzarella floating in the tomato sauce. In conclusion, a pizza with a crust that was all tasteless. Furthermore, from a restaurant-pizzeria one expects a larger selection of restaurant dishes and not a page where half are salads and the other restaurant dishes (maybe 6/7) of which one is chips, one is additional bread and the rest are practically cutting boards.

13/12/2025: The pizza is delicious! The service is a little slow, but the staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is quiet and very pleasant.

05/11/2025: We had a wonderful time at the HI Hotel Torbole. Our room had a large covered balcony with a beautiful view, and the hotel is in a quiet location, yet you can quickly reach the town and the lake. The panoramic hiking trail near the hotel is also highly recommended. We used the small sauna area with the whirlpool and the heated outdoor pool daily. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good and varied. Our only minor suggestion for improvement: the stairs to the bike room in the basement were a bit difficult for our e-bikes; perhaps another solution could be found for this. Otherwise, everything was great! We'll be back, thank you for everything!

14/10/2025: I had a wonderful time at this hotel, where I spent three nights. The double room we had wasn't very large and had limited space to store your things. The view of the lake was beautiful. My room had a terrace overlooking the lake, but there are rooms that overlook the internal courtyard. The location is a 15-minute walk from Torbole, up an uphill road. The continental breakfast was excellent, and the spa was well-maintained and ideal for recovering from a day exploring the mountains. The spa should be included for all guests at no additional cost.

01/11/2025: Extremely attentive service. The ossobuco was amazing. They also have a very tasty gluten-free pizza. It's much nicer to sit in the back of the restaurant…

28/11/2025: My wife and I had breakfast at this pastry shop one morning at 8:00. The staff was busy, despite the small number of people, and uncommunicative, perhaps because they had only recently opened. The croissants were good, and the cappuccino was average, but in very small cups (mine wasn't even full). Everything was pretty normal, so why only two stars? The reason is that spending €9.20 for two cappuccinos (€2.20 each) and two croissants (€2.60 and €2.20) is, to me, a complete and logical exaggeration. I say this because in the cafés in my city where I happen to have breakfast, cappuccinos range from €1.70 to €1.90 and croissants from €1.30 to €1.60 (baked goods that have not been defrosted), and €1.90 and €1.60 are already above average. The only explanation I could come up with was that workers' wages here are much higher than in Romagna, where I'm from. But then I thought that at the farm where I had dinner yesterday, the prices were actually a bit lower than ours, and so, in conclusion, I believe there's no valid reason that could justify such exorbitant prices for breakfast.

12/09/2025: I only had breakfast, but I want to say that the croissants were really good, soft and easy to digest... Fast service. Recommended for a good breakfast.

10/12/2025: I'm a regular at l'Murin and "La Perla," the hotel it shares management with, and to be honest, I never expected to have an experience like this. On December 6, 2025, I was at l'Murin with my friends for a typical apres-ski. The experience went smoothly until closing time. I was with a friend, and just before leaving, we were stopped by a waiter from the bar who asked me if I liked boys or girls. I should point out that the waiter in question had been very (if not overly) friendly during the apres-ski, as he had made a very playful gesture by climbing over the counter and improvising a dance with me, without even knowing me. I'm gay, and when the waiter asked me the aforementioned question before leaving, I sincerely replied that I liked boys. My response provoked an unjustifiably violent reaction from the waiter, who grabbed my drink, which was still full, and threw it at me, disappearing immediately afterward. At that point, my friend and I asked the bouncer for an explanation of this behavior, asking him to tell us who the staff manager was and asking if we could speak to him about the incident. At the bouncer's direction, we were directed to the adjacent La Perla hotel to ask for the manager, Mathias. Once we arrived at La Perla, after explaining the incident to the reception staff, we asked to speak to Mathias and were again directed to the Murin. Back at l'Murin, we explained what had happened to the bar staff and asked again where Mathias was and if we could speak to him. In response, a waiter at the counter began spraying cleaning product, first on my hands, which were resting on the counter, and then on my face. I was left speechless and unresponsive to my questions about why he was behaving this way. In response, I was thrown out by the bouncers, who also kicked and pushed me out of the bar. After this treatment, I returned to "La Perla" to inform the reception staff about the further scene of violence I had suffered and to ask again to speak to the personnel manager after learning that Mathias was no longer present at the establishment. In response to my inquiries, the staff were unable to direct me to anyone and escorted me outside, promising that they would take the matter into consideration and let us know, since we were guests at their restaurant the following evening for dinner. The next day at dinner, I was even more shocked because no one mentioned the incident or let us speak to the manager, despite having met the employee who had accompanied us outside the night before, promising they would take care of it. I'm writing this review because I'm shocked by the staff's reticence regarding such an incident of homophobic violence, and because their behavior the next day makes me believe the perpetrator went unpunished. I don't pretend to change people's minds, but I expect at least exemplary punishment to be given to those who behave in this way in these cases to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future. Above all, treating the matter as if nothing had happened only encourages future aggressive behavior. I'm sincerely shocked and am even considering legal action, being certain that the aforementioned incidents were captured on video surveillance.

16/09/2025: Very cozy atmosphere with a fireplace, etc. The food is served quickly and is delicious! The prices are absolutely reasonable for South Tyrol! 👍

13/09/2025: Very tasty pizza, very friendly staff. The desserts are unfortunately very expensive. Unfortunately, you can't reserve a table for two people, so you have to get lucky or wait at the bar until a table becomes available. The pizzas and beer are priced similarly to other restaurants. Unfortunately, there is no affordable house wine by the glass, and the bottled wine is relatively expensive.

07/10/2025: All good, except for the furnishings: the chairs in the living room are really out of place!

16/09/2025: Cozy hut; we stopped in for a quick bite at the end of our hike. The apple strudel is highly recommended! They're all dog-friendly, too. The only drawback: I love hot chocolate with milk: they serve it here, too, but only in a small coffee cup. I find the price a bit steep. But it was delicious. It was very quiet when we were there, but we were also late and it was off-season.

07/12/2025: From the kindness of the staff to the attention to detail in the dishes: Nicola and the entire staff were the highlight of this Trentino experience! Quality ingredients, generous portions, and traditional cuisine... competitively priced. Excellent selection of wines, both by the bottle and by the glass. The strudel is unmissable ♥️
