Hotel Rifugio Dolomia In Canazei

Dopo averci soggiornato una settimana ad agosto 2022 ci siamo tornati anche quest'anno e speriamo di poterci tornare anche l'anno prossimo. Le camere sono semplici ma molto pulite, in mezza pensione c'è la colazione a buffet e cena con possibilità di scelta tra 4 primi e 4 secondi, dessert diverso ogni sera, tutto molto buono. Gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo completano il quadro. Infine la posizione: per noi è un punto di forza, se invece piace uscire dopo cena ci sono 20 minuti di auto per andare a Canazei.

A good hotel to stay overnight. The rooms and the sanitary facilities as well as the entire hotel are already showing their age. But the food, the service, the restaurant premises and the staff are simply great. It is a hotel for the little man where the price is right.

Ci siamo fermati a pranzo durante una gita in moto. Il locale è in una posizione strategica ai piedi della Marmolada e di fronte al lago di Fedaia. Abbiamo ordinato i canederli al formaggio, la zuppa di gulash, un piatto unico di salsiccia e formaggio alla piastra con funghi e polenta. Il tutto è arrivato in tempi brevi ed è stato assolutamente gradito. Menù molto vasto, mangiato benissimo, personale sempre cortese. Ma la nota finale è stata la migliore: i dolci devono essere assaggiati! Soprattutto la cornucopia con crema chantilly. Sicuramente torneremo qui quando ripasseremo in zona.
