24/02/2026: The staff are polite and friendly, and they were very helpful in organizing our wedding anniversary surprise. The internal and external acoustics of the rooms are very good, the cleanliness is excellent, and the restaurant offers great meal options. The breakfast is good and meets expectations well. The only downside was the lack of parking spaces, as on our last day we ended up parking improperly in a private space next to the hotel because the hotel parking lot was completely full.

10/01/2026: Excellent hotel, highly qualified, friendly, helpful staff.
Exceptional services, top-notch spa, and the restaurant could be exceptional if there were labels for the products displayed at the buffet.
Some flaws, in my opinion:
Cell phone reception is poor inside the hotel; the Wi-Fi definitely needs improvement.
The bathroom finishes aren't 4-star; I have photos if needed.
The pillows could be improved; after a prompt response, they immediately took action to resolve the issue.
Without these points, it would be truly TOP.

19/11/2025: Great for a hot chocolate (wide selection of flavors), an aperitif, or lunch/dinner. In short, you can spend hours enjoying the lake view. Highly recommended!
26/10/2025: Convenient location for a walk to the lakes, you can eat inside or out, and the food is good and reasonably priced.
Across the street is a children's playground.

28/02/2026: A traditional, beautiful, clean hotel with very friendly staff. The price is excellent, and I assure you, I asked for quotes in Trentino and no one offered such a bright room, of that size, with half board (and very good food), and in that location for a similar price. A twenty-minute drive takes you to Ortisei and Monte Pana, which is a perfect destination for families with children.
Highly recommended!

28/02/2026: Comfortable hotel with kind, welcoming owners who are always available to meet any needs. Excellent cuisine, including gluten-free options. We were welcomed and pampered, especially by dear Nelli, who, despite being the only one serving dinner, was always impeccably precise and super kind. We hope to see the same staff again next year! 😊

16/09/2025: After a strenuous climb, we reached the hut in the rain. Due to the weather, we extended our stay by one night. We were very pleased with the facilities and, above all, the delicious and plentiful food. The hut's host family welcomed us warmly, and we felt very comfortable.

We found ourselves in a very homey and comfortable little place, with exquisite dishes cooked with love by the owner, a caring and loving person. The quality-price ratio is unmatched these days. Everything was excellent, we'll be back!

11/10/2025: We stayed here for two nights to explore the hometown of my grandparents - Cagno and Revo. A superior plus corner room with a balcony overlooking the lake. What a view!!!!
Best materials were used to build this room. Outside blinds that are open and closed and lowered and raised remotely. Quiet room with comfortable bed. Lay in bed , open the blinds and see the lake out one window and the mountain out of the other.
We ate 3 meals at the restaurant and all of the food was delicious. Even had made to order scrambled eggs for breakfast.
We travel a lot in Europe and in the US. This is the best room and stay that we ever had!

Unfortunately, I found the pizzas awful. Ignoring the fact that they were very thin and crispy (since many people like them that way), both the Parmigiana and the Margherita with prosciutto were very flavorless.
I plan on returning to try the cuisine, though.

02/01/2026: High prices and rude service. I was prevented from taking away the bottle of water I paid for during dinner with a curt "no" from the staff, for no reason. This is unprofessional behavior and completely contrary to basic customer courtesy. If you pay for something, please know that they won't let you take it with you here.
17/12/2025: My daughter and I fondly remember the time we stumbled through Rabland early one morning, hungry and searching for breakfast, and then stumbled upon this place. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you again most sincerely, as breakfast is usually reserved for guests staying at the guesthouse. We immediately realized that the owner was a very dedicated and extremely intelligent person. Since that day, we always stop by whenever we're in the area and enjoy the brief but meaningful conversations over the delicious meals. It's so wonderful that places like this still exist – where values and mutual respect still matter. We'll gladly return, and I'm already looking forward to our next visit!
