15/08/2025: We had a truly generous appetizer of cured meats for two, with half a portion of polenta with mushrooms, followed by an excellent veal chop and two good bottled beers. I highly recommend it.

07/08/2025: Wonderful stay at the Biohotel Panorama South Tyrol – highly recommended! We stayed one night at the Biohotel Panorama South Tyrol in Mals – as a stopover on our Trans Alp tour – and were thoroughly impressed. The hotel impresses with its quiet location, its lovingly designed interior, and an atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. Dinner was a culinary highlight: organic, regional, and lovingly prepared. The staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and warm – we felt welcome from the very first moment. Despite the rain, we were generously allowed to stay longer in the cozy lobby until our shuttle service arrived – a gesture that demonstrates true hospitality. The in-house distillery is also particularly worth mentioning: We had the pleasure of sampling some of the homemade schnapps – delicious and highly recommended. 27/01/2025: Recommended place for those looking for gluten-free options. In addition to gluten-free beer, they make excellent platters of cold cuts and sandwiches with gluten-free bread. Owner helpful and very kind, attentive to contamination. Last but not least: they also serve food very late (we ate at 11.30pm)

06/09/2025: We arrived for dinner. The waiters were very friendly, and the place was average. We ordered a platter of cured meats and cheeses. The cured meats were good, but I would have preferred a variety of cheeses. There were only two that weren't bad, but I expected better. We then ordered pizzas. The ortolane were loaded with vegetables (which according to the menu were supposed to be grilled), which wasn't a bad thing, except they looked more like boiled vegetables than grilled. As for the dough, I wasn't expecting anything different; I understand we're in the mountains after all. For dessert, they served profiteroles. I've had better, but it's still a dessert! If you want a simple meal, it's fine. Prices are average.

05/09/2025: I come here when I'm on vacation. The pizza is good and delivered quickly, and the staff is polite. The space is large enough to accommodate large groups and there's no crowding. Reasonable prices.

21/08/2025: A truly excellent experience at the property! As someone who works in the tourism industry, I can say I'm satisfied with both the property itself and the location. From the room I was assigned, I was fortunate enough to have a view of both the Sasso Piatto and the Sasso Lungo mountains, which in itself is priceless. The service has always been excellent, from housekeeping to reception to catering, as well as the quality of the dinners and breakfast. Recommended!

31/08/2025: Absolutely recommended for orchid lovers. Beautifully designed tour. This is our second visit and we've bought fertilizer again. With regular use, the orchids bloom in their most beautiful splendor for a very long time. Best regards, the Mauer family.

The room is a love letter to Alpine craft: timber walls and ceilings, soft light, and round tables that make conversation easy—more contemporary Stube than rustic chalet, and freshly renewed in the latest renovation. That warm wood sets the stage for a slow, unrushed meal, where attentive service moves at the pace of the table and the wine pairings land like little high‑fives throughout the night. 24/08/2025: The pizza is delicious! The young, professional, friendly, and helpful staff are exceptional. The restaurant is new and conveniently located between Trento and Riva del Garda. Highly recommended!

22/08/2025: I had lunch here with my family. They're omnivores, but I'm vegan, and when we're looking for a place to eat, we always try to find something that has a minimally "inclusive" vision. So, let me start by saying we came here after reading the menu, which, despite not having any explicitly vegan dishes, seemed rather enlightened and open-minded, even including a vegetable tagliata on one plate (albeit accompanied by cheese), which is objectively rare to find in non-specialized restaurants. Unfortunately, however, the waitress was rather rude and dismissive; as for the first course, we barely managed to get a plate of spaghetti with tomato sauce (and after repeatedly asking for plain durum wheat pasta, we were told she couldn't guarantee it was vegan because "it wasn't written on the label"...), which, unfortunately, was not good and very salty; as for the second course, I ordered the plate with the vegetable tagliata, which I paid full price for, even though I omitted the cheese and mushrooms (with butter). When we asked if we could substitute them with something (given the many vegetable sides on the menu), we were told that at most we could use lettuce and tomatoes. What I find most disappointing, beyond the staff's lack of empathy and helpfulness, is that a restaurant that invests in a vegetarian tagliata—thus demonstrating openness and interest, even if only commercially, in vegan clientele—has no concrete offerings in this regard. I therefore suggest adding at least a few vegetarian first courses (currently completely absent) and at least one vegan first course to the menu; and take advantage of the tagliata by offering at least one entirely vegan second course. And a little extra kindness never hurts.

02/08/2025: Lovely, cozy rooms. When it's a bit warmer outside, the room gets warm quickly. Then you have to choose between an open window with the noise from the main road, or sleeping with the air conditioning on. The staff is very friendly and genuine. We had a delicious dinner, and the breakfast was also good. We were just passing through and stayed here for one night. A great experience!

11/07/2025: We've often used the restaurant's cellar for a quick aperitif. They serve excellent wines from their own production, and the staff is very attentive, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. The wines are always accompanied by a small platter of local products. We recently had dinner at the restaurant and were pleasantly impressed. Let's start with the location...even though it's close to a main road, it's extremely quiet and peaceful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The menu, while not offering a wide selection, allows everyone to find their perfect dish. The dishes are excellent; we tried the venison carpaccio and the gnocchi and were pleasantly impressed. Another highlight is the desserts! The semifreddo with peach and lavender ice cream was a real hit with us. I would therefore recommend this place for a simple aperitif or dinner. We will definitely be back.

Nothing is left to chance; everything is thoughtfully designed. It doesn't feel like a hotel, but rather like a home away from home, where you can talk to everyone in a relaxed and open manner. 18/08/2025: We've been here with our motorhome since yesterday and are absolutely thrilled with this place. The campsite offers everything you need for camping. The panoramic view is simply magnificent; you can quickly unwind from the stresses of everyday life. The bad reviews (regarding the prices and the host) are completely unjustified... The food in the restaurant is excellent, and the staff also makes every effort to serve all guests well...top-notch!!! The host, or rather, the site manager, is very accommodating and friendly... The hay schnapps is also very good, by the way 👍 👌 We would camp here again anytime.😍

12/08/2025: Just like when the two brothers ran the small stube in Fai della Paganella, nothing has changed; if anything, the location in this beautiful church square has improved. Fair prices, good food, and, above all, great service from the two owners.
