10/06/2025: Beautiful experience: the castle was taken over thanks to the initiative of the citizens of Pergine and can now be visited. The bar, restaurant and hotel services have been recovered and continued in this fairy-tale setting. Unlike what you might imagine, the prices are truly 'popular' as there is no luxury and the hotel structure is very simple, within the reach of all those who are not looking for luxury but a truly extraordinary experience in a real and historic manor. The offer of various types of events that can be enjoyed throughout the year is also very interesting. Truly, congratulations and infinite thanks to all those who have been able to make this wonderful recovery possible.

01/06/2025: Today we took a guided tour of the castle, the volunteer who acted as our guide was kind, knowledgeable and available to answer questions and curiosities. The castle is beautiful, with breathtaking views. We will return to try the hotel and restaurant, only one star because it has no TV in the rooms and poor Wi-Fi, it seemed crazy to us, the beauty of the rooms and the hotel does not need either. See you soon!

17/06/2025: Very cool cocktail bar. Very friendly and knowledgeable waiters. They do a lot of their own mixing and can tell you a lot about everything.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm, stylish atmosphere. Located in the heart of the old town, the trattoria is full of charm and attention to detail, making it a truly comfortable place. The food was a dream: fresh, flavorful, and authentic Italian. The fish dishes and pasta were particularly outstanding. You can tell the passion the food is cooked with. The wine recommendation also matched perfectly. The service was warm and attentive without being intrusive—just what you want for a successful evening. For us, it was an all-around successful evening, one we will always remember. If you're in Merano, you shouldn't miss this place. We'd love to come back!

15/06/2025: A bloodbath for two appetizers (good quality), 1 first course (tasteless), a couple of beers and a grappa (I asked for a grappa and the waiter brought me a white grappa without even asking me what I wanted, they didn't even know what the barricade was). Fast and averagely decent service but my wife was left without a placemat, I specifically asked for it but they brought me a plate, the waiters didn't speak a word of Italian and it's unacceptable.

20/05/2025: Super kind and helpful staff! We had to cancel the trip to Riva because of unforeseen circumstances and our climbing tour becoming impossible thereafter. Usually hotels just keep the money and are pretty inflexible, but they granted us an exception and we got refunded, which I found so kind and heartwarming. Thank you so much! We will be back for the tour as soon as stars align! ☀️

16/05/2025: I recommend this hotel for its ideal proximity to Riva del Garda town center: just a 5-minute drive 🚗 and about a 20-minute walk 🚶‍♂️. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and the bed very comfortable—no complaints there ✅. The breakfast is plentiful, varied, and of good quality 🍽️🥐🍉. However, we were disappointed to find that the swimming pool was not available ❌🏊‍♀️, without having been informed in advance. Furthermore, the reception was clearly lacking in friendliness: on several occasions, our greetings went unanswered 🙁. A big thank you, however, to the housekeepers, who are cheerful and professional and provide impeccable service 👏.

21/06/2025: Great place ... out of style. I really appreciated the friendliness of the service and the excellent cutting board (the mustard was great) accompanied by a truly surprising Bocka di Rosa (amber on tap). The Birramisú was also excellent. Highly recommended.

24/02/2025: In una splendida passeggiata alla fine della valle Aurina dove superando la montagna che chiude la valle si raggiunge l'Austria, in questa baita si trova una accoglienza cordiale e buon cibo. Ottimi piatti del giorno ravioli e gulagh con polenta e poi la kaisermart (frittata dolce con marmellata). Prezzi onesti tempi giusti e grappa offerta.

26/06/2025: Had a great meal at this authentic Italian restaurant. The food was fresh, nice and warm and the portions are generous. The pizza had a nice crispy crust and the pasta was well seasoned with enough sauce. Friendly staff and the price-quality is more than fine. Parking can sometimes be difficult due to the limited spaces and the popularity of the restaurant. All in all a top address for real Italian dishes!

02/03/2025: We had 3 people for dinner. We had a tartare starter which was delicious. Then as second courses we took the sliced ​​and the roasted one. Excellent quality Then finally two desserts (a flan and a sacher) also delicious served with real fresh cream. All with 3 glasses of Teroldego wine. I would say the bill is in line with the quality offered. Commendable service. Well done

06/01/2025: Anche dopo tanti anni di frequentazione, tornare al rifugio Tablà è sempre una emozione! Michaela, la sua famiglia e l’intero team ti accolgono nel loro rifugio facendoti sentire a casa. Ottima l’organizzazione nel gestire i tavoli anche nei momenti di grande afflusso. I piatti del menù, cucinati con cura (e abbondanti), sono un vero piacere per occhi e gola. Ai Tablà si saziano i sensi (vista e gusto in primis) e, soprattutto: l’anima e il cuore!

Das liegt nicht nur an der tollen Lage, sondern vor allem an den tollen Leuten, die sich um die Gäste kümmern!!! Danke für wunderschöne Stunden bei leckerem Essen!!! Wird unsere 1 Adresse. Grüße an die Chefin - man muss sie mit ihrer ehrlichen Freundlichkeit ins Herz schließen!
