24/02/2026: Just an awesome hotel with a really cool sauna and a cool restaurant! We were here for 3 days. Even though we drove 40 minutes to Val Gardena every morning, the road was with beautiful views. The pizza in the restaurant is great. After skiing, we relaxed in the Sauna with relaxing music. There is a fast charging station for electric cars 5 minutes from the hotel. The room design is modern. Top for this price!

31/12/2025: I went during the Christmas holidays and I have to say that even though I've been coming to Brunico all my life, I wasn't familiar with it. The best apple mulled wine I've ever had. Inside, you can grab a quick bite or enjoy a meal. You can also buy all kinds of groceries, including a whole corner dedicated to creams and home fragrances. The place is on a street parallel to the main road, so don't miss the opportunity to try it.

18/12/2025: Excellent regional products, made with love. Great selection. There's plenty to try and unique gifts. The products are of very high quality. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. Not to mention the online shop, where you can bring a piece of South Tyrol home. Just take a look. It's worth it!

04/01/2026: As a Roman, getting a pizza in Trentino is always a challenge, but they exceeded my every expectation. The pizza was crispy to perfection, fragrant, and light. Perfectly topped, it wasn't too heavy to digest. It's a shame I didn't live closer; it would have been one of my favorite pizzerias! Definitely worth returning.

25/02/2026: We weren't guests at the hotel, but just went for lunch during a day of skiing. It was a pleasant and delicious discovery to find a vegan restaurant in the heart of the Dolomites. Perfect service, a location with a breathtaking view, and quality, tasty, and original food. We had spinach spaetzle, crispy dumplings, and for dessert, a delicious enormous vanilla and chocolate cookie. Everything was truly delicious and original. I recommend everyone to try it. Whether you're vegan or not, it's a place worth trying!

24/02/2026: Unfortunately, I didn't stay at the hotel, but I did have dinner at Chef Charami's Omnia restaurant. The restaurant offers a completely vegan tasting menu, like everything else in the hotel. The warm and relaxing welcome was breathtaking, with a breathtaking view of the Siusi Alps. The beautiful interior, with its eclectic style. But let's move on to the food. What can I say? An unforgettable experience. I, who follow a primarily plant-based diet, rediscovered flavors I hadn't tasted in years, moving me to tears and taking me back to my childhood. The chef perfectly conveys her story, her passion, and her love for cooking through her dishes, combined with top-quality techniques and ingredients. A special thanks also to the restaurant manager, Anna, who is incredibly kind and sweet. I hope to return very soon. Thank you. Future is vegan and famale

The portion sizes were also perfectly proportioned, ensuring we left feeling full and satisfied. The very fair price-performance ratio deserves special mention. For the quality and quantity of the food, it's more than reasonable. The ambiance is beautiful: cozy, authentic, and with a genuine Italian flair that makes you feel instantly at ease. Add to that the very attentive and courteous service, with a great eye for detail. All in all, we had a truly wonderful evening and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

09/09/2025: Perhaps because we were having dinner before closing time, the waitress rushed us to order at 8:30 because the kitchen closed! "At 8:30!" The menu was limited and completely inconsistent with the published menu. It lacked vegetables and legumes, offering bland options like soy, tempeh, seitan, carbonara, etc. They were cooked well, yes, but if you go to Lidl, you can find everything and cook it at home in minutes. This is meant as a tip for the management. Vegans want to eat traditional Italian dishes, all veganized, of course: tortelli, polenta, mushrooms, strangolapreti, canederli, etc. So, from two chefs who have been VEGAN for over twenty years, a three-star rating is primarily for supporting a cuisine free from suffering.

01/01/2026: We had lunch on New Year's Eve. Due to preparations for the New Year's celebration, the menu was a bit smaller than usual. Nevertheless, there was plenty of choice, and the food was excellent. The Kaiserschmarrn was incredibly fluffy and delicious. The other dishes, like the pasta of the day and the cheese dumplings, were also very tasty. Service was very quick, and you can even enjoy the sunshine on the terrace in winter.

29/12/2025: What I like most about this bar is that you immediately feel at home ❤️ The modern atmosphere offers both indoor and outdoor space. It's centrally located and accessible to everyone, regardless of age, and accessible for those with mobility issues. The staff is fast and very friendly. I enjoyed both lunch and, on some evenings, drinks and happy hour. Thank you so much.
