14/07/2024: Abbiamo pranzato qui scegliendo il menù fisso a 11€, secondo + contorno + acqua + pane e coperto + caffè. Certo un po’ poco per giudicare un menù vario e completo ma ne siamo rimasti soddisfatti per il rapporto qualità e quantità/prezzo. Nel menù c’è ampia scelta: cibo indiano, pizze, carne, antipasti, primi, pesce, insalatone, insomma qualcosa di vostro gradimento lo troverete e a prezzi giusti. Staff gentile e professionale. Ampia disponibilità di coperti, parcheggio pubblico nei pressi. Pagamento con p.o.s.

04/08/2024: An outdated hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️s ??? Especially the swimming pool on the upper floor! Apparently particularly dog-friendly 🤔 Hotel bathing jetty FORBIDDEN FOR DOGS! Beach bathing on the lake FORBIDDEN FOR DOGS! The predominantly foreign staff are very friendly and extremely hard working!! Management is not very open to criticism!! Price/performance ratio rather bad!! 1 bottle of water in the room € 5.40 ... For 2 people, 4 bottles a day is good value for money!!

03/08/2024: Un caffè al tavolino, da macchinetta delle colazioni (neanche da bar) e SENZA servizio, solo self service costa 2,30 euro. In compenso un cappuccino (sempre self service, no cameriere, no cucchiaino, no salvietta, nada de nada!) 3,70 euro! Caro per il solo fatto di essere al lago di monticolo. Prezzi bar (self service) esagerati, c’è di meglio lì vicino a prezzi più “onesti”. Ribadisco, per me Esagerati, a mai più !!!

28/07/2024: The hotel impresses with its attractive architecture and rich history and is ideally located in the center of Kaltern, where guests even have parking spaces in the courtyard. The restaurant spoils you with delicious dishes, but the portions could perhaps be a little more generous. A rich and individual breakfast is offered to hotel guests (no buffet). The staff is courteous and friendly, especially the senior manager. Overall, this is an excellent place in a prime location.

25/08/2024: we arrive at 6.55am and at 7am we see the door open, it's a shame that after entering we were told we had to wait longer. At 7.10 we went in to ask for some brioches, they only had them empty and for the creams and jams they told us that we only had to wait 5 minutes, we waited until 7.41 for those filled brioches... not recommended and I won't go back again

25/08/2024: We hit the restaurant spontaneously for family dinner, but luckily we've got the table. Cousine is OK and service was pretty fast and friendly, but at the end I've got the proposition to vacate the table and finish my espresso in some other place since our table should have been prepared for another upcoming guests. That's the first time I've had such disappointing experience in reputable restaurant.

25/08/2024: We were so delighted with our first dinner that we went back two nights later. The star of the show was their special for the week, pork knuckle. The goulash was fantastic. Happy with their cheap but delicious house wine, too. Some of the servers are local kids bit they try really hard, overall a great experience.

02/08/2024: I stayed in this hotel for a week with my 2 children, B&B treatment, we found the cleanliness very good, one of the most important things in a hotel in my opinion, excellent. Friendly staff, parking space reserved for customers, good breakfast every morning they prepare pancakes or crepes on the spot. Excellent location, we also made use of the very nice swimming pool and wellness area. Canazei is beautiful as always... the Fassa valley in general... a strategic point for visiting neighboring areas... Among other things, the hotel is located next to the Belvedere ski lifts... certainly convenient even in winter.,

31/07/2024: A wonderful structure in an enchanting place. The staff welcomed us impeccably and made us feel at home. Great attention was paid to my food intolerances and for the first time I was able to choose from many alternatives for both breakfast and dinner. The structure is very well looked after, very clean, the staff are kind, professional, always smiling and available to give information and advice on local places to visit. Special thanks to chef Daniele who amazed us at every meal. Absolutely recommended.

22/08/2024: Took a vegan pizza with us. €15.5 is a high price. Unfortunately it tasted a bit boring because no salt or other spices were used. But service was nice and the pizza was still okay.

31/08/2024: Pizza buona , gentili ....tutto è stato rovinato al momento del conto quando mi hanno addebitato 18 euro per mezzo litro di vino sfuso bianco e 3,80 euro per una bottiglia d'acqua gasata....sommato a due pizze e un caffè ho speso più di 50 euro....davvero SCANDALOSO!!!

28/08/2024: El restaurante Black Hill fue nuestro local de referencia mientras estuvimos alojados en Colfosco durante cinco días. Tanto el servicio, como el local, como la comida son de 10. Imperdible cualquiera de las opciones de pizza, aunque obviamente no pudimos probarlas todas porque nos apetecía probar mucho más. Otras opciones super ricas son el vittelo tonato, los calamares fritos, el trío de albóndigas típicas de la zona del Tirol, la polenta, también muy típica de la zona. En cuanto al servicio, muy rápido, agradable, eficaz y cercano. Siempre está hasta arriba de gente, lo cual indica que tiene mucha aceptación en la zona. Cuenta con servicio tanto interior como exterior. Nuestras felicitaciones por el servicio de todo el personal, especialmente de quien siempre nos atendió, y cuyo nombre, lamentablemente, no conocemos, pero que era un chico joven alto, delgado y rubio. Absolutamente recomendable.

21/07/2024: We came to Rovereto to visit the contemporary art museum (extraordinary) and we ate here. A complete success. The canederli are spectacular and the maccheronini are also delicious. The strudel for dessert was delicious. Quiet, local and very friendly environment. A great discovery!!

22/08/2024: As seasoned travelers for whom gastronomy plays a central role in each of our escapades, we have had the chance to discover restaurants in the four corners of the world. However, the Trautmannsdorf restaurant has distinguished itself as one of the rare establishments that deserves a place of honor in our culinary list. In fact, it is now among the five best restaurants that we have had the opportunity to try during our numerous travels. During our lunch in August, in the heart of the heatwave, we were dazzled by the exceptional quality of each dish. True to our habit, we ordered almost the entire menu, and each dish was able to delight our taste buds with a perfect mastery of flavors and textures. Each bite was a true homage to local cuisine, executed with rare expertise. The service, for its part, was able to enhance this experience. Efficient, fast, always attentive and unparalleled in sympathy, he helped make this moment a memorable one. The setting of the restaurant is also worth highlighting: despite the oppressive summer heat, we were able to enjoy a pleasant and well-kept environment, which invites relaxation and discovery. In conclusion, the Trautmannsdorf restaurant is a must in the region, and probably one of the only ones truly worth the detour. Although we stayed at the magnificent Château Castel-Frasburg, whose restaurant performs honorably (especially the breakfast), Trautmannsdorf undoubtedly stands out as the best restaurant in the area. A place that we highly recommend to all epicureans looking for an authentic and refined gastronomic experience.

30/06/2024: A beautiful hotel from the early 1900s known as the best in the area. Everything is organized down to the smallest detail both for very young customers (small children) and for elderly customers. Large park, swimming pools, reading area in the middle of a large perfectly mowed lawn or in the internal salt flats. 2 restaurants famous for the excellence of the dishes prepared and for the quality. (1 Michelin Star for the 1908 restaurant) Large buffets from breakfast until evening. There is 1 major SPA with sauna etc. Yoga, pilates, aqua gym courses... always special and well-groomed evenings. Large rooms, ditto the bathrooms. Very professional staff, above all very helpful and courteous, to make the customer's stay as pleasant as possible. Also well organized mountain hikes. CdM

25/06/2024: What an amazing experience! Splendid location, great views, and staff that read your mind, getting you what you wish for without uttering a word. Gorgeous attractions and programs for kids, like walking the alpacas Gigi and Phil. Thanks to the house and all the staff! We will be back, hopefully soon!
