28/02/2026: Everything was truly excellent, the owners were kind and attentive, the ingredients were excellent, and it was a truly unique experience.

31/01/2026: I was speechless! My work often takes me out to eat. I visit many restaurants and taverns, but this little eatery is the absolute best for me. Go on an empty stomach and try all their specialties! They're divine. I've never eaten such good freshwater fish. The dish is a thrill. Even the simple side dish is a thrill. A thrill that reminds you of family. True old-fashioned cooking. I also ordered wine, but I preferred not to drink it so the flavor of the fish lingered longer. The next morning, we went to pick up two vacuum-packed trout to take away. I'd say that after 5 hours with ice, they held up well (at a truly fair price). Thanks for a lovely evening! 12/01/2026: We always feel right at home at the Edelweiss Inn. We enjoy the family atmosphere and the fantastic cuisine. Our winter holiday, with challenging hikes, great downhill skiing on the Carezza, and cross-country skiing on the Seiser Alm, was a dream. 21/12/2025: This recently renovated restaurant, located on the shore of Lake Levico, offers a rustic yet modern ambiance. On a night when all the local restaurants were packed, we managed to get a table at Ristorante La Taverna. Service wasn't slow at all, despite the packed restaurant that evening. The pizzas were delicious and fluffy, with a shallow crust. Quality ingredients and prices very similar to the competition. Approved!

12/11/2025: Lake Garda like you've never seen it before. A visit to Peter Brunel's restaurant is a truly unique experience. Since all the tables were already booked for dinner, even in November, we opted for the set lunch menu. We were thrilled. It wasn't just the food that impressed us, but also the calm and collected atmosphere in the kitchen and the service. Thank you for letting us experience this.

10/09/2025: Followed the access road from Val Noana. A steady climb, with sometimes challenging but never impossible sections. The route near the waterfall (a spring of very fresh water) is fantastic, where the road follows a section carved into the rock. Read the explanatory signs! Arrival at the refuge in an idyllic setting amidst flat meadows and dense surrounding woods. A warm welcome awaits. Excellent menu (a trio of delicious dumplings and spätzle) enjoyed at outdoor tables. Prices more than match the setting. Before setting off, weather permitting, sit outside, overlooking the valley's sunny meadows, sip a glass of herbal grappa and... meditate!

It’s clear that the team genuinely enjoys providing outstanding service to their guests. The hostess deserves special praise for being exceptionally accommodating, helpful, and attentive. From the very first moment, I felt warmly welcomed and cared for, with every request handled thoughtfully and with kindness. The cooks were outstanding — the food was absolutely delicious, beautifully prepared, and consistently excellent. Each meal felt special and made with real passion. I would also like to thank the cleaning lady for the clean room. Everything was spotless, fresh, and well maintained, which added greatly to the comfort of my stay. The view deserves its own mention — it was absolutely amazing and truly fascinating. I could spend hours just looking out and taking it all in. In addition, the chapel was a very special place: a quiet, peaceful space where everyone could simply sit, reflect, and find inner peace. This hotel offers much more than accommodation — it offers warmth, care, beauty, and tranquility. I would happily return and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent service, inspiring views, and a place to truly relax.

08/02/2026: Our time in Bad Siess was a wonderful family stay. The guesthouse has a truly special location with incredible views of the mountains and the valley below. Even in winter, the place is easily accessible and a real insider tip for a short break. We were incredibly well looked after by the lovely people at the guesthouse and felt completely at ease. Our little daughter was treated with such warmth and welcomed without reservation. The entire property was spotless and equipped with everything we needed. Breakfast left nothing to be desired, and the quality of the food in the evening was exceptional! We haven't eaten such delicious food in a long time! It all sounds perfect, and for us, it truly was. A fantastic short break all around! Highly recommended!
