18/01/2026: It's not a restaurant for those accustomed to good Italian cuisine. The menu, in my opinion, doesn't reflect what the region has to offer, and our truffle-filled first course was unfortunately very bland. It's a shame, because the location was beautiful.

29/12/2025: Wow, what an incredible restaurant! The food was amazing; I've never had such a big steak! The fish platter was also delicious. The atmosphere is very cozy both inside and out, and the service is friendly. We'll definitely be back.

05/01/2026: The food is delicious and beautiful and warm and welcoming. Unfortunately we went there to book and they didn't give us a table reservation. Then we went back after the aperitif and they made us wait because everyone had a reservation.

28/02/2026: Our hike today was deliberately from Meltino to San Genesio via Gschnoferstall, where we stopped for lunch. I had pasta and it was delicious and the beer and service were great. We recommend everyone to stop here!

18/01/2026: A cozy place with good food, more on the homely side than savory. The ravioli was very tasty, but the penne ragu was very average (not enough sauce for the pasta). The panna cotta was delicious. I think it's worth checking out and trying it out for yourself.

16/01/2026: The food was good, but unfortunately it wasn't worth the price. The burger was dry and there was no sauce inside, so the overall impression was rather average. For a burger for €17, I expected more. However, the atmosphere of the restaurant and the service were very pleasant.

16/02/2026: A very nice, inviting, and welcoming hotel. You arrive and immediately feel at home. The staff are incredibly friendly, competent, and professional. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. Breakfast offers a good selection, and everything is fresh and delicious. Dinner is very innovative, interesting, beautifully presented, and extremely tasty. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would gladly return.

08/03/2026: We had lunch at this farm and found excellent local cuisine with friendly and fast service.

01/02/2026: We spontaneously decided to spend a night here and received a truly warm welcome. The rooms are tastefully and modernly furnished, yet with a touch of tradition. We were particularly impressed by the location: from the breakfast table, you have a breathtaking view of the surrounding vineyards. Furthermore, Brixen (also suitable for families with children: our son is 8 years old) is about a 20-minute walk away and definitely worth a visit. We will definitely be back :-)

10/01/2026: The food and staff are top-notch, but the property could use a makeover. We stayed at Hotel Pachers for New Year's Eve with our dogs. The food and staff deserve a special mention: the food is simply sublime, varied, and refined, and the staff is young, highly trained, and very polite. Unfortunately, the property was a bit disappointing for a 4-star hotel. We were assigned a room in the older section: spacious but with dated and worn furniture, a small closet, no minibar, and cleanliness could also be improved. The spa was also undersized, with cold pool water. The location is convenient for exploring nearby towns, but less so for those who want to get skiing right away, and it doesn't offer a view. Although they do allow dogs, they don't offer anything for them, like beds, bowls, etc., which we've found in other hotels. Overall, we had a wonderful 4 days, but compared to other 4-star hotels in the area, the property (in the unrenovated section) is a step down.

08/03/2026: We stopped for lunch. The staff were friendly and the place was welcoming. The dishes were excellent and plentiful. The venison and rabbit were good, as were the strudels.

21/10/2025: Since we went there on weekends (end of September ) Rifugio was closed. But the view from here was breathtaking.

07/02/2026: We've eaten here several times and were really impressed by the Indian and Italian cuisine. I had tagliatelle with bacon and saffron, chicken tikki masala, mutton korma, gnocchi with mushrooms and gorgonzola. Everything tasted really good, the service was very friendly and the dishes were served quickly.

28/12/2025: Here for dinner, we enjoyed excellent dishes (the risotto and venison were delicious), tastefully prepared (both in form and substance) and carefully served by courteous and attentive staff, who were never intrusive. All in an elegant and relaxing atmosphere. The bill was absolutely in line with the quality of the offerings.
