Dining in this starred restaurant was an unforgettable experience: the best and most fun dinner I've ever had! The chef did not just delight us with his culinary creations, but accompanied us throughout the evening, making the experience even more special. Every dish told a story, every flavor was a discovery. A heartfelt thank you for making our evening wonderful. I can not wait to come back!

Peter Brunel, Master of cooking and the art of hospitality. Yes, because entering the restaurant is like crossing the threshold of the Chef's home: you sit in the living room for an aperitif and then are accompanied to the experience at the tables. Contemporary style, the references to D'Annunzio are evident, like the homages to the poet in the dishes. Many menu options, many tasting itineraries, it is impossible not to please every palate (and pocket!). We opt for a short 3-course menu plus dessert, the unforgettable Rossini fillet (reinvented) and the fish soup. A lot of aesthetic care was taken in the plating, as in the desserts, perhaps more beautiful than good.

At Peter Brunel you will find innovative cuisine that respects tradition and raw materials, an elegant and refined location that at the same time welcomes you as if it were home. Depending on the season you can find different gastronomic proposals, usually three tasting menus plus the possibility of choosing a la carte some iconic dishes designed by the chef. Personally I chose the "The great classics" menu - present in June 2023. An experience out of the ordinary that must be lived. Star more than deserved

A unique experience, these are the words that best describe last night's experience. Incredible place, kind, helpful and always present staff, spectacular cuisine. Almost all the dishes are told directly by the Chef, who with his kind presence tells you about his creation, making you understand his thoughts. These innovative culinary solutions transform simple cooking into art. I hope to relive the experience again by trying an alternative menu to be able to experience other emotions. By far the best restaurant on Lake Garda / true explosions of taste / fantastic service and an all-knowing Somelier gave us a wonderful evening - last but not least a chef who lends a hand and always comes to the tables - grazie mille

Going to Peter Brunel is not a dinner, it's an experience. The evening is structured more or less like this: welcome and collection of your coat, aperitif in the lounge, dinner, digestive/espresso in the lounge. The chef and his staff are always present and so to speak... company. Always professional and highly prepared, in an atmosphere that never makes you feel uncomfortable. The dishes are presented in an - obviously - gourmet way and each one is better than the other. It's difficult to choose between the dishes, but what I loved most is the "Riso 200" (the best risotto I've ever eaten). Fabulous location in every sense (furnishings, cleanliness, arrangements). I really appreciated the Christmas atmosphere (given the period) both with the delicate decorations and with the background music. What can I say, it exceeded my expectations, I will be back and I can only recommend it.

La struttura è elegante e di design e già entrando si respira un’atmosfera che rende il luogo speciale. Il nostro tavolo, posto di fronte la cucina a vista, ci ha permesso di godere di uno spettacolo ancora più avvincente, ma soprattutto di interagire con lo chef, empatico e brillante, grande padrone di casa. Abbiamo scelto il menù “Japan- Tentino-Nikkei” ed i piatti assaggiati ci hanno fatto fare un viaggio nel gusto di queste straordinarie culture, sapientemente accompagnati e coccolati. Piatti della serata, tra grandi preparazioni, il “Gazpacho” e i “Nigiri-Foie gras”. Non solo una grande cena ma un’esperienza appagante. Bisogna tornare per provare gli altri menù… Bravi!

"Nun, wenn ich nur noch einen Wunsch hätte, dann wäre dies, bei Peter Brunel ein letztes Abendmal genießen zu dürfen" sagen diese Worte nicht mehr als jede Beschreibung einzelner Gerichte? Die Perfektion des Gastgebers; ein entspannter Abend in einer wundervoll, nach Themen und diversen Stilen eingerichteten Ambiente (wir hatten den Porsche Bereich), mit einer Perfektion der geschmacklich abgestimmten Gerichte - für den gaumen und den genießer einfach nur ein Traum. Ja, ich gehe nicht auf die einzlnen gerichte ein, obgleich ich bereits mehrfach bei Peter Brunel, ja bei ihm und nicht in irgendeinem Restuarant, zu Gast sein durfte. Jedes gericht, und ist es noch so dezent, hat seine eigene Geschichte und seine unvergessene Art diese Geschichte in Geschgmack, optik, haptik auf dem Gaumen und Eleganz im Abgang zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis zu gestalten. Mindestens einmal im Jahr sind wir hier und doch ist es immer wieder wie ein neues nach hause kommen. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft, Danke für die Konstante an Qualität, Sympathie und Perfektion der Gerichte.
