05/05/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante per cena. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene: si poteva apprezzare la qualità dei prodotti e la cura nel prepararli; le porzioni giuste e calibrate.
Consigliati i pici! Purtroppo non possiamo dare cinque stelle a causa della freddezza (o maleducazione) con cui siamo stati accolti e che ha contraddistinto il servizio di tutta la serata.
Se il cibo ci avrebbe spinto a ritornare e consigliare, il servizio non ce lo farà fare.

10/06/2025: After a walk around Montepulciano ended up at this restaurant. In retrospect an exceptionally good choice. On the advice of the extremely professional waiter, I tried a local wine that perfectly matched the taste I described that I like.
In addition, it also went well with the dish I chose. I had the sea bass and my girlfriend the pasta carbonara. These were both exceptionally tasty, really enjoyed the food. Relieved with a delicious dessert, these were also incredibly tasty.
The only thing I had to note was that you could not give a tip via the pin (which I would have liked to do, hence this extensive positive review). Highly recommended! I would eat there again in a heartbeat.

07/07/2025: Beautiful rustic, traditional restaurant; conveniently located on the road as we needed lunch on our drive- it’s not your ordinary stop over spot which is what makes it also a plus!😌
Food was amazing; flavour, service and timing was great.
We were there around 3pm on Monday so it was very quiet which we loved.
Highly recommend! Must be such a vibrant energy during the busy times.

26/05/2025: La comida era buena. Sin embargo, el servicio fue indiferente y no muy atento.
Traté de averiguar por qué y de repente me di cuenta de que no éramos italianos!
Nos sirvieron un vaso de rojo en lugar de la rosa que pedimos y pagamos por un agua que no recibimos.
Si eres británico te sugiero que lo evites.
Como nota positiva, la ubicación y la vista eran fantásticas, pero nos sentimos decepcionados por la sensación de que no eramos realmente bienvenidos.
21/05/2025: Mi marido y yo visitamos este bar/restaurante para una copa por la tarde y probamos algunos de los vinos locales. Aunque no pedimos ninguna comida, el personal era amable y nos proporcionó algunos bocadillos de cortesía y vimos salir algunas comidas de otros clientes que se veían deliciosos. Ojalá hubiéramos tenido tiempo de volver para otra visita y comer, pero desafortunadamente no lo hicimos. Pero si visito Montepulciano de nuevo sin duda volveré.

24/05/2025: Pranzo con i cugini in questo locale sabato 24 Maggio ; locale pieno per un “novantesimo” più altri tavoli e quindi molto ‘rumoroso ‘ . Però arrivati i pici al ragù di chianina tutto è passato in secondo ordine: pici da urlo , porzione decisamente abbondante e super conditi di ragù. Di secondo una tagliata molto tenera e saporita ( magari un po’ piccola ) e patate fritte. Tiramisù deludente , poco inzuppato e crema ‘ piatta ‘ . Caffè molto buono . Servizio in sala e in cucina molto efficiente, tre camerieri per un centinaio di persone molto svegli e gentili . Conto onesto , ;0 euro a persona . Ottimo per gustare specialità della zona

19/04/2025: Llegamos aquí cansados y hambrientos. Nos alojamos en una villa cercana y la mayoría de los lugares están cerrados después del almuerzo. Fueron muy amables y nos hicieron los platos como lo solicitamos. Tuvimos un bebé con nosotros y queríamos plato de pollo. La comida era fresca y servida con una sonrisa.
11/12/2024: Locale tipico anni 80, nel bene ma sopratutto nella genuinità dei toscani.
Le pizze sono discrete, con i tevoli tutti occupatiu il servizio si rallenta prezzi molto buoni.

The first course was tasty and the portion was generous, but I can't say the same about the appetizer (€12 for a small amount of pecorino and a slice of prosciutto) and the meat, which were a bit sparse. Prices are, I think, in line with other restaurants. Service was okay.
12/07/2025: The food was average and rather limited, and the atmosphere wasn't very clean. Not bad, but not very good either.

18/06/2025: I stopped for one night in this hotel (Saturday 14 June) passing through for a motorcycle tour. Not a very modern structure, single room but with double bed, air conditioning, TV, mini bar, terrace, in short for the more than fair price! Bistro service with à la carte menu or restaurant pizzeria practically in the same structure (next to the hotel). A special thanks for having let me park the motorbike inside the hotel courtyard in total safety.
06/06/2025: friendly and helpful staff, Mrs. Costanza is a legendary motorcycle and GP enthusiast, always available to our needs, the rooms are clean.

do not confuse the three-star hotel with the three-star trattoria, they are called the same but the quality of the trattorias is very questionable.

22/06/2025: We were a party of 7. While we did need to use some Italian (just download Google Translate if you don't know Italian), it was some of the best food for the value we've had in Italy.
