14/07/2025: Nos sorprendió para bien , sencillo desde afuera excelente por dentro la calidad y sencillez de sus platos riquísimos una mezcla de sabores hacen algo especial a su cocina
10/07/2025: Fue maravilloso sentarse afuera y observar a la gente. Comida deliciosa, buena selección de vinos, buen ambiente, el servicio fue simplemente maravilloso: ¡gracias Carlo! Si vas en coche, hay un aparcamiento justo al lado del restaurante, tienes que tener cuidado de no pasar por una zona ZTL. Muy recomendable.

08/07/2025: We chose this place after a few recommendations, in general it was ok. Beautiful location, the restaurant for dinner with excellent food and service at del. On the other hand, the breakfast was a bit disappointing. The lady at the reception left us with a bitter taste when we arrived, who didn't really feel like giving too many details, in my opinion she couldn't wait to get rid of us, we encountered the same problem the next day when we went to ask her to change our room because the air conditioning was broken, it couldn't be done and it wasn't fixed even though it was 40 degrees outside. Otherwise it was ok, the location was beautiful, but for some reasons that I listed I don't think we will ever come back
07/07/2025: An unforgettable experience at Dievole Wine Resort!
I thought I’d have to travel all over Tuscany to truly soak in its beauty — but Dievole had it all in one place. Breathtaking scenery, exceptional wine, delicious olive oil, and a peaceful atmosphere that captures the essence of Tuscany. It exceeded all expectations. Truly a hidden gem — highly, highly recommend!

03/06/2025: Locale raccolto e gradevole, personale cortese; abbiamo preso il menù degustazione più completo "greatest hits" (130€).
Iniziamo con alcune amuse-bouche semplici ma gradevoli (notevole il "biscotto" con mousse al baccalà); seguono piatti a mio parere non tutti di livello adeguato: emergono la quaglia con crema caramel ai funghi, il risotto mandorle e fagiano e il superbo petto di piccione con tarte di melanzane e ricotta affumicata; niente di eclatante gli altri piatti e deludente la "zuppa inglese nocciole e salvia", che in sè è interessante solo per l'accostamento di sapori ma risulta piuttosto "povero"; in sostanza una cena piacevole ma l'aspettativa era più elevata.

Non penso di tornare.
Locale piccolo, quasi angusto.
Servizio attento, cucina precisa, ma non entusiasmante. Carta dei vini locale, forse troppo. Tutto bene, ma se devo fare il confronto, non ne parliamo.

13/04/2025: They say they are open all day, till late evening. We modified our route to Siena to eat there, only to discover that the kitchen was closed (at 15.00). It was a big disappointment.
13/04/2025: Both the food and the service were perfect. We arrived without a reservation and they treated us wonderfully.

24/06/2025: It's a special place. Excellent food and pleasant atmosphere. The thick pizza is delicious and digestible. The ice cream is exquisite. The best part, however, is the staff: smiling, helpful, joyful boys and girls. My business lunch when I return to the area will always be here!
07/06/2025: 5 stars would not be enough to describe this place. A place dedicated to inclusiveness where the phrase NEVER ALONE AGAIN fits perfectly into the location.
An environment that is simple, well-kept and well-kept. Young and very friendly staff.
I recommend the guided tour of the Basilica (which is a hidden and little-known gem, not only for its history) and then stop for lunch at the Casa del Pellegrino.
A very positive experience.

31/10/2024: What an incredible experience! Immersed in the beauty of Borgo San Felice, this Michelin restaurant delivered a superb combination of elegant presentation with delicious flavors. Guided by Andrea, we picked some phenomenal dishes and of course, San Felice wines. All while sitting outside, close to a pool in the middle of Val D’Orcia… if perfection exists, it must be close to this experience! Thank you!

07/07/2025: Hands down the best stay at a hotel I have ever had.
The place is absolutely gorgeous, with rooms that are clean and comfortable, and staff who are on hand to help with anything.
The food at the restaurant is also great, excellent quality and a real Tuscan experience.
Cannot thank the staff enough for making us feel so welcome and providing such an amazing experience. Cannot wait to come back!
30/06/2025: Fabulous, relaxing holiday. Easy travel to places of interest. Accommodation was 5 stars as were the staff. Food excellent. Would highly recommend a stay there. Location and scenery were amazing 👏

19/06/2025: The restaurant of this agriturismo has a breathtaking view of the hills of Castelnuovo Berardenga that will leave you speechless. The view is simply stunning, a perfect place for a gastronomic break immersed in nature. The menu is well-curated, with dishes that reflect authentic Tuscan cuisine, and for those with special dietary needs, as in my case as I am celiac, gluten-free pasta is available, which was a great addition to our dinner. The food was fresh and authentic, and the service was attentive and courteous. A truly pleasant experience, a must-do if you are in the area.
05/05/2025: Beautiful place and a fantastic view. Our room was like a small house, so cool! Nice restaurant, but make sure to make a reservation if you stay the night. They found room at the restaurant for us, but with our bicycles in the evening, it would have been difficult to bike to town for dinner. I’d love to visit this area again. The bicycling is fantastic

09/06/2025: Purtroppo non ho avuto il 'piacere' di soggiornare qui. Questo grazie alla infantile non professionalità di chi ha risposto al telefono per prendere la prenotazione: essendo quest'ultima impegnata in un "check-out di un matrimonio" (legittimissimo), mi è stato detto di inviare una mail per prenotare, e che intanto la prenotazione per quella notte (a prezzo doppio concordato, visto l'affluenza prevista) mi sarebbe stata bloccata. Immediatamente invio la suddetta mail, il tutto per vedermi rispondere il giorno dopo che non c'è disponibilità. Alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni per telefono, mi è stato risposto male e mi è stata addirittura data la colpa a me. Inconcepibile.
Alla signora che mi ha risposto: Impari a rispettare i suoi interlocutori e soprattutto a riconoscere i propri errori, sarebbe bastata una richiesta di scuse.
26/04/2025: Ho trovato il prezzo elevato per quello che offre: 150€ al giorno la camera per due con colazione. Pulizia camera sufficiente, frigor e cucinotto non adeguato (era una “suite” ma solo di nome, di fatto una camera con mobili tarlati e polvere) Ho cenato nel ristorante della struttura e la “Fiorentina” a 65€/kg costa più che a Milano. Servita fredda l’ho fatta riscaldare altrimenti faceva senso. Due camerieri assolutamente tonti e impreparati: 2 ore seduti per un antipasto e la fiorentina, alla rimostranza che la carne era fredda ha risposto che loro la servono così!
Fattoria solo di nome, non abbiamo visto nessun animale da fattoria se non due cani
L’ottima idea di aver inventato gli agriturismi per recuperare cascine abbandonate e rivitalizzare l’agricoltura km 0 ormai è superata da: “caccia al turista” o “mattanza”

06/05/2025: Locale assolutamente genuino e verace in provincia di Siena. Titolari autentici e molto cordiali, ovvero il signor Sauro, sua moglie e sua figlia. Servizio molto buono. Si mangia molto bene con piatti della tradizione toscana fatti con passione.
