02/01/2025: We went for lunch on the 1st of the year and enjoyed a deep and sweet background music (jazz), an appetizer of cabbage with walnuts and cheese, a generous plate of Pici, the wonderful risotto creamed in the form of cheese and some baked potatoes (cooked grandma's way, just right). Chianti wine needless to say and one piece of advice if you are passing by is to stop.

25/12/2024: Tipico locale toscano gestito da giovani bravi e cortesi. Tutti i piatti, dall'antipasto al doce, risultano di ottima fattura in termini di qualità e quantità. Infine un conto onesto con piccolo sconto. Da consigliare vivamente.

21/12/2024: Second best Michelin restaurant I've tried. Had the 8 course (which is more like 11 after all the extras) with wine pairing. Dishes are creative, sometimes adventurous. Even when average there is something to appreciate. Service is attentive but not overwhelming. Wine pairing is great. Prices are unusually affordable for a Michelin star. The atmosphere is okay, the music isn't loud and you can't hear other tables' discussions unless you want to. If you're in the area definitely give this a try. It might not blow you away on all dishes, but it will be a very fine dinner all in all. Oh and for reviewers who said the staff was arrogant, that is far from the truth in my experience. Everyone was friendly.

17/11/2024: We spent a special evening here! Food here is in a league of its own! Anyone who is willing to spend a little more will be offered a very special experience. The bread that accompanies the food deserves a special mention, it is extremely good and homemade!

27/11/2024: We had a magical trip to Dievole summer of 23. Service was impeccable, rooms were large and very well appointed, grounds are beautiful and they have a very good restaurant. It was the highlight of our trip to Italy. Cannot recommend this resort enough.

31/10/2024: There is nothing I can fault about this venue. The setting is beautiful, the rooms are immaculate, the staff are all friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Monika’s food was amazing and Antonio really knows his wines. If you love your food and wine, this place is faultless. We visited Dievole as guests in 2023 and were lucky enough to return to celebrate our wedding here in 2024. Don’t second guess your stay here, you won’t regret it.

17/01/2025: A round of applause to the guys, from the welcome to the service. Friendliness, kindness and professionalism are at home in this pleasant and charming restaurant. Good and plentiful business lunch in a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. You can also buy their handcrafted products. How beautiful these realities are, they are truly good for the soul! Worth visiting is the beautiful Sanctuary of the Madonna della Croce! It would be a shame, then, not to visit the city: Crema is very beautiful, with important buildings and historical sites, it's really worth it!

31/10/2024: What an incredible experience! Immersed in the beauty of Borgo San Felice, this Michelin restaurant delivered a superb combination of elegant presentation with delicious flavors. Guided by Andrea, we picked some phenomenal dishes and of course, San Felice wines. All while sitting outside, close to a pool in the middle of Val D’Orcia… if perfection exists, it must be close to this experience! Thank you!

06/11/2024: Ce fut une expérience hors du commun …le restaurant était complet mais le proprio nous a ouvert la terrasse et nous avons été reçu comme des rois, bulles vin digestif Gaetane est un serveur merveilleux et que dire de sa femme qui est en cuisine. À coté de ce resto il y a des restaurants avec une étoile Michelin mais ce restaurant en mérite 2 …nous étions 4 et nous donnons 4 étoiles ce restaurant était notre étoile à nous Tout est succulent le déplacement en vaut vraiment la peine Je vous le recommande à 1000% Tout était parfait

05/11/2024: Nous avons manger sur la terrasse couverte. On nous a fait une place même si le resto était plein. Excellent service du proprio et sa femme. Les plats locaux succulents, le choix des vins parfait. Nous avons très bien mangé et bien bu ! Des Clients du Québec Canada !

19/10/2023: Lovely restaurant in a rural setting that serves local specialties. We had the choice between various antipasti dishes, meat, fish and pasta. The interior of the restaurant looked authentic and was tastefully decorated. The meal was good value for money, considering they serve pasta with truffles. I personally cannot praise the tagliatelle al salmone with their lemon-y note enough, it was so tasty. The staff were very polite as well.

10/10/2023: Popped in for lunch on way back from a morning out. Not busy so we’re seated and served quickly. The waiter had limited English, but better than my Italian! We had a light lunch, bruschetta, salmon tagliatelle and a seafood risotto. All perfectly fine and under E50

07/10/2023: Red tuna with vegetable caponata a delicacy, superb Sicilian cannoli! Friendly, polite and helpful staff, clean and quiet environment! Thanks to chef Agostino who recommended the dishes to us!! Super Recommended!!!

29/09/2023: We were extremely disappointed with the service which was very rude & loud. Unlike most Italians who try to be accommodating, we were told that we were not being respectful as we wanted just a light snack & not a full meal. The attempt to find a compromise was a disaster!! By this time everyone had lost their appetite, and by the time we got the bill for the drinks we’d ordered beforehand, we were totally disgusted!!

04/01/2025: We went to the restaurant for Christmas lunch with the whole family and we had a wonderful time. Excellent quality food and wines and everything very well looked after. Adequate price and excellent service.

03/12/2024: Had a wonderful stay with my family one month ago. The place is spotless, staff very attentive. Food and wine are delicious!
