19/05/2025: Great location on the main square, but inside a plastic tent, in an environment of sophisticated intention, with a contrasting result. With good background music, the menu arrives with sweet and sour recipes, with a gourmet touch. After an exhausting wait, and 3 baskets of excellent bread and homemade breadsticks, the dishes are presented with slightly small portions. The first courses turned out to be of excellent quality. While the artichoke (ino) was also excellent. Fantastic chocolate cake. The Catalan cream unfortunately half liquid and half lumpy, was a bit of a disappointment. Prices in line.

29/03/2025: New experience at Chianti Soul Kitchen with the owner Maximilian and the chef Giada. A wonderful ambiente with an excellent service, you feel welcome as a guest and as a friend. We had as a starter (antipasto) the „gamberi rosso crudo“, which an explosion of different tastes and flavors created by Giada. She loves to experiment with combinations of different flavors and that makes this kitchen unique. The duck („petto di anatra“) with potatoes was amazing, perfectly seasoned and pink meat! Wonderful! The wine selection is legendary at Chianti Soul Kitchen. We love to be there!

13/04/2025: They say they are open all day, till late evening. We modified our route to Siena to eat there, only to discover that the kitchen was closed (at 15.00). It was a big disappointment.

15/03/2025: Sarò sincero. Non penso di tornare. Locale piccolo, quasi angusto. Servizio attento, cucina precisa, ma non entusiasmante. Carta dei vini locale, forse troppo. Tutto bene, ma se devo fare il confronto, non ne parliamo.

09/05/2025: It is far away from city, but we drive so it is not a problem. The resort is relaxing, the environment is typical Tuscany style with tall trees. It is still the most memorable moment of our italy trip. We joined the wine tour, we didnt pay at last, not sure of it is because we bought a lot in the wine shop

28/04/2025: Wonderful wine resort nestled in the Chianti hills. Fantastic welcome from all the staff, beautiful rooms with attention to the smallest details. Breakfast and dinner with great attention to the quality of the raw materials, all accompanied by excellent wines entirely produced by them. Absolutely to return.

The service is professional and attentive to customer needs. The bill, in line with the high quality offered, is overall modest, especially if you choose an appetizer, a first course and an inevitable meat course. Advised.

31/10/2024: What an incredible experience! Immersed in the beauty of Borgo San Felice, this Michelin restaurant delivered a superb combination of elegant presentation with delicious flavors. Guided by Andrea, we picked some phenomenal dishes and of course, San Felice wines. All while sitting outside, close to a pool in the middle of Val D’Orcia… if perfection exists, it must be close to this experience! Thank you!
