28/08/2024: Traditional, welcoming and extremely quiet restaurant: the two evenings I was there it had very (too!) few customers. The road to reach it is narrow but not busy/challenging and the view of the valley forest is certainly suitable for ceremonies. Simple, quality and well cooked dishes. The pastas, even with chestnut flour, are worth trying. Certainly recommended for those staying nearby, such as at the Il Montale farmhouse, whose owner directed us to this restaurant

15/08/2024: In this restaurant there is respect for food and people, Elide is a great cook and has been able to pass on her skills to her daughters... everything is wonderfully good, prices are more than honest, cleanliness is impeccable, well done, keep it up

24/04/2024: Delicious pizza, one of my absolute favorites, as are the focaccias and everything else. They offer a lot of choice, the counter is a pleasure and there is something for all tastes. Highly recommended!

04/08/2024: Beautiful place. Our number 1 in Marina di Carrara. Delicious pizzas, pasta with seafood, delicious fish and white wine. Wonderful and cordial atmosphere, nice service. We ate practically the entire stay at Bati Bati. 10/10

10/07/2024: Located in a well-kept and well-used historic setting, six of us had dinner in a room all to ourselves. Family-style Lombard cuisine with good raw materials. Accurate service. However, we could expect something more from the menu given the expectations generated by slow food "snails". Reasonable prices.

11/08/2024: Historic restaurant in Bedizzano, which I highly recommend for its pizzas: delicious! It is not for nothing that the pizza chef has participated and won the world championships in the past. The restaurant is on the road, at the beginning of the town. It is very pleasant to eat outside, on the large white marble tables, with a view of the surrounding mountain. Prices of the (special) pizzas are not exactly cheap (around 15 euros), but commensurate with the quality of the raw materials.

27/08/2024: The view you can enjoy from the outside is spectacular! As well as the food! The atmosphere is very rustic, desserts are normal. Particular note for the prices, truly honest! And the chef is a friendly and nice staff.

25/08/2024: Pizzeria near the Marina di Massa water park. Simple but well refined environment, courteous and helpful staff. The range of pizzas (flat and crunchy) and covaccini are very varied, with tasty combinations and all with quality products. Spectacular gluten-free pizza.

26/08/2024: After a chat some time ago about the dishes we like most....... Paella has arrived!!! Last week we had the pleasure of trying this Spanish dish made by the Fattoria. For us this dish is linked to a very important memory; what can I say VERY GOOD!!!! Started with a mouth-watering mussel pepper, then the rich and tasty "paella" and finally fried fish served with a wheelbarrow ;-). For us, their fish cuisine was a very pleasant discovery, having previously tried meat. What can I say, try them and then argue, like me, with your dietician. It's worth it. Nicholas

28/08/2024: Place with a beautiful internal environment and large external terrace, fish eaten, excellent and well prepared raw materials, smart and fast service, excellent pizza too.

27/08/2024: A nice restaurant at the end of Pontremoli, near the hospital, the environment is welcoming, it has a large internal room with many tables and another room under the stone vault. The environment is nice and clean, it is also possible to get there in a wheelchair because it has a large descent to get to the entrance, once inside the floor is on the ground floor, to get to the large hall, however to go under the vault there are stairs, if I remember correctly. The bathrooms are on the same level as the lounge, always easy to access. We took pizzas each, the pizzas are nice and large and stuffed properly, the dough is not excessively salty, they are eaten with gusto. The average cost of a pizza is €10 each but you deserve it. The desserts are also very good. They also have a part of the garden where, if you want, you can eat outside in the summer. Advise!

24/07/2024: We only stopped for a drink but we were so impressed by the service and professionalism of the staff that we decided to also stop for dinner. Excellent pizza with excellent raw materials, a place where I will gladly return. Thank you for the great experience.

28/08/2024: Albergo Restaurant Pasquino in Aulla is an absolute gem! We had an amazing dining experience here, and I can’t recommend it enough. The traditional food was outstanding, clearly made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. From the homemade pasta to the delicious local meats, everything tasted authentically Tuscan. The wine was equally impressive, perfectly complementing our meal. The staff was knowledgeable and helped us choose the ideal wine to pair with our food, which made the experience even more special. The service was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the food and wine they serve. If you’re in Aulla and looking for a place to enjoy traditional Tuscan cuisine with the perfect wine, Albergo Ristorante Pasquino is the place to go. We’ll definitely be returning on our next trip! As far as I'm concerned, I didn't give my best because there were still some particular dishes missing, in short, something other than a "Wow" effect was sought after. But I'm sure it will come out, it can only improve greatly and it's already excellent. I will definitely come back and highly recommend it. Well done!
