02/11/2025: We had lunch with a group of 11 at this restaurant, which we chose based on its excellent reviews. I must say we had a really good time... excellent food, friendly and helpful staff... tasty first courses and delicious platters of cured meats, cheeses, and crostini... excellent value for money... we even got a discount... highly recommended.

31/10/2025: Absolutely one of our best favorite places. Incredibly fresh and delicious food! Service is Top 10+. We enjoyed everything so much that we traveled almost an hour 4 days in a row to Rifugio restaurant.
When we are back in Tuscany we will definitely come back here 😊

30/08/2025: We were there last night and were greeted by a family-friendly, informal atmosphere that's hard to find. The menu is the same for everyone. The appetizer immediately won us over, and the other dishes were a confirmation: simple, authentic, and homemade with locally sourced ingredients. The portions are generous and the prices are fair. They were very kind and accommodating to our one-year-old's needs.
We'll definitely be back!
25/08/2025: We went last night for the first time, intrigued by the excellent reviews the place has.
I can confirm the excellent home cooking, the kindness and friendliness of the owners.
They take care of everything and look after you until the end.
Their dogs were so welcoming; they kept us company throughout the entire dinner.
The place is spectacular...
A paradise surrounded by greenery, far from everything.
Recommended for those who love nature, tranquility, and above all, good food.
Added to the list of places we'll definitely return to. 👍

07/09/2025: Pleasant atmosphere with well-spaced tables. The best wild boar in the Maremma is served; anything on the menu is a surefire hit. I prefer the pappardelle with wild boar and the wild boar stew. The side dishes and desserts are also excellent (especially the Vino Santo ice cream). We went with our little girls, and they ate everything. A must-try if you're passing through.

29/09/2025: It's worth opening the rather inconspicuous little door. Behind it, you'll find bright rooms and an excellent kitchen, complete with a wine cellar, and friendly, competent, yet unobtrusive service from the chef himself. A truly positive experience in every respect.
12/09/2025: We decided to spend an evening at this historic restaurant in Montemerano.
The location is truly unique, in a beautiful village. The restaurant is also warmly and elegantly decorated.
The service was extremely friendly without ever being invasive, a real credit to a restaurant of this kind.
The dishes were all satisfying overall, although from unique restaurants like this, you always expect something more, something that goes above and beyond and remains memorable.

23/08/2025: We stayed at Paola's agriturismo for six nights, a strategic location for visiting the Argentario, Maremma, and inland Tuscany. The property is run by Paola and her family, all wonderful and very welcoming! The rooms are clean and spacious, with a beautiful garden outside, and each room has its own outdoor table and chairs. You can also dine there; Paola asks you what you'd like in the morning and has it ready for you in the evening. We recommend the wild boar! It's truly a beautiful place, you'll feel right at home. Highly recommended!

15/05/2025: Bellissimo ristorante con pochi tavoli elegantemente apparecchiati, consiglio la prenotazione.
L’ambiente è accogliente e il titolare molto gentile e davvero competente, pietanze raffinate e ingredienti di qualità.
Abbiamo ordinato antipasto toscano con affettati/formaggi e crostini con lardo di colonnata al tartufo, tutto veramente buono.
Primi piatti con pasta fresca “pici” ottimi e i dolci ricercati. Anche il vino della casa molto buono.
Ci torneremo.

02/11/2025: A lovely trattoria to eat at.
The food was really good: delicious pappardelle, fantastic wild boar ragout, delicious crostini, mind-blowing pappa al pomodoro, very good appetizers. The beans tasted like they came from a can (a shame) but were delicious. The chicory was flavorful, and the Vin Santo was extremely alcoholic. I don't know, it just didn't convince me.
I wasn't crazy about the cantucci either, but that's a matter of personal preference.
The coffee, bread, water, and excellent olive oil were delicious.
I found the bread refill during service really pleasant.

14/10/2025: Wouldn't recommend coming here, very rude staff pretending to not understand English or what I wrote to them via google translate. Basically they took 5 euros for a "pomodo salad" which was just a few tomatoes cut up. The pizza was ok.
11/10/2025: Last year there was a different team. The food was excellent. The service was outstanding.
But this year, unfortunately, everything has changed. A new team. The work feels like a factory line. No enthusiasm. No respect for the customer. And the food was absolutely disappointing.
Sadly, this pizzeria now feels more like a beer pub, where the quality of the beer doesn’t depend on the people who serve it.
