19/11/2024: Siamo stati per cena in una serata tipicamente autunnale. Il locale è sicuramente più bello in estate che non all'interno, ma resta comunque accogliente. Non male gli antipasti, ottime le puntine. Ottima carta dei vini anche con offerta non toscana, nonostante sia tipicamente turistico. Staff davvero cordiale e gentile. Conto un po' alto, ma ci sta vista la location.

17/11/2024: Then we ate and drank very well. They have wines from the Lamole cellar located practically next to the restaurant. In short, 0 km wine. Delicious meat, excellent starters and also the service, despite the crowd we were looked after and looked after with kindness and efficiency. The only slightly negative note was that the tables were really close together. And that didn't make me crazy.

13/10/2024: Three-star hotel restaurant. We only stayed one night, because we were passing through. Clean, very comfortable room, with small balcony, safe, hairdryer and fridge. Parking space on the street, in front, reserved and free. It is located in a hamlet of Greve, called Chiocchio. The owner, Mr. Francesco is a wonderful, passionate and competent host, a professional sommelier, full of precious advice on wine and otherwise. We will definitely be back to try the restaurant. An affectionate greeting and thanks again for the very welcome suggestions which made our stay, although short, even more interesting and intense.

11/12/2024: Hi, my name is Niccolò but everyone knows me as a pupil. I have a small restaurant business in Fucecchio and today with my partner we came to visit this exquisite joker from Chianti.... I can only give 5 stars because no more can be given. ..because we had a great time...a very familiar atmosphere and high quality products...but in my humble opinion we are there in terms of quality for money...and then what can I say Gregorio, an excellent person...a little crazy but a great host together with his family... what can I say... Pupillo thanks and highly recommends this little corner of good food to everyone.

12/11/2024: Don't trust appearances and try this place that will surprise you. The cuisine is excellent, the staff trained and helpful, the environment ordinary. Without any problem, trust the sommelier who will be able to recommend the right wine for your desires, without spending a fortune. Of course you pay for all this, but at least you do it satisfied with the offer.

19/10/2024: A local wine shop recommended this ristorante for its pasta but everything was fantastic. We ate there 2 of our 4 nights in Greve. Roberto was the main server and was accommodating, kind and knowledgeable about wine pairing. The food was elegant, comforting and simple, using top notch local and seasonal ingredients. Of course it had an awesome wine list showcasing Chianti Classico and Riserva. Nice digestifs and desserts. I know tiramisu is ubiquitous in Italia but theirs is truly is excellent. Try the peposo or the stuffed guinea fowl with potatoes. For pasta we had tagliatelle with porcini and a pappardelle with roe deer.

27/08/2024: Ho messo 4 perché i tagliolini al tartufo sapevano un po' di poco... Ma i pici all'aglione erano strepitosi, così come anche il peposo!!!! Non sarà stato di classe ma la scarpetta l'ho fatta! Ambiente soft e camerieri gentilissimi. Ci torneremo volentieri!

06/12/2024: Un posto nel cuore Uno dei ristoranti che preferisco di più del chianti è sicuramente ‘Vitique’. Personale all’altezza della proposta, cibo di altissimo livello e vino adeguato ai piatti serviti. Torno sempre volentieri in questo ristorante e spero tanto di poterci tornare in estate per provare il loro menù estivo.

03/11/2024: Ci è stato consigliato da un mio amico che lavora nel settore alberghiero e della ristorazione proprio nei dintorni. Ambiente elegante curato anche nei minimi dettagli. Personale davvero qualificato e molto attento. Ci siamo anche soffermati a scambiare qualche chiacchiera visto che eravamo gli ultimi. Abbiamo preso il menù degustazione al tartufo bianco, un viaggio nel sapore che "Bonta Infinita". Davvero complimenti! La cosa che mi ha stranita è che ancora non ha una stella Michelin. Eccellente! Ci tornerò con estremo piacere.

30/10/2024: Charming welcome! We were warned that there would be a bit of a wait and we were served within minutes! Very good cuisine (a perfect piece of beef with a generous garnish of porcini mushrooms, excellent desserts, all served quickly, ideal when you are on a bike. Bravo to the two ladies who run the establishment.

04/09/2024: Highly recommended! Very good wine selection by the proprietor, mostly Tuscan wines. We missed our wine tasting elsewhere and decided to have a few glasses of wine here. This turned out to be a blessing in disguise, as our server was friendly and very well informed and expertly guided us through 5 different wines. Even the proprietor is really friendly and knowledgable. The picci was perfect. We bought a bottle of chianti classico at the end of the evening. We also had the good fortune of meeting a Panzano vintner, who seemingly regularly comes by, which by itself is a great review for this enoteca. A great evening!

18/11/2024: One of the best pizzas of my life, both the more gourmet and the more classic one, with tasty and above all light dough and excellent toppings and quality ingredients. The desserts are creative and really good, with delicious dessert wine pairings. The interior of the restaurant is well kept and very well looked after, the exterior as well although more rustic. The only flaw if we want are the surroundings of the place, the slightly scruffy ones of a provincial road. However, it is less than half an hour from Florence, and easily accessible, with ample parking. Given the goodness of the pizza, the trip is more than worth it. The service was courteous and precise. The price is quite high for gourmet pizzas, while the normal ones have an average price. I recommend getting one and one to split, so you find the perfect balance. I can't wait to go back to try the seasonal pizzas.

03/12/2024: An organic farm to table shop where the quality of the ingredients are fresh because they come from the shop's own farming areas. The menu changes seasonally. The location of the shop is on a hill, so you can see the view without anything blocking your view. Gives a very Tuscany feel. The wine from the shop's farm is delicious and there are many types to choose from. The shop is beautiful, airy, and open. When we visited, there was a workshop for the children to join in the activities. Good service staff, polite, ready to give advice. After finishing your meal, you can still buy selected products from the restaurant to take home. Be it olive oil, wine, honey, etc. It's not the first time we went. And it's definitely not the last time.

27/11/2024: Absolutely stunning!!! We didn't do the wine tasting here but were able to grab a bite to eat and ordered a bottle of wine in their stunning restaurant. The grounds here were simply amazing and the views were breathtaking. We had a bottle of their chianti classico and wow!!! The wine was out of this world and very reasonably priced. We also ordered a couple of pasta here and both were very good. Overall, a great place! Highly recommend

22/11/2024: My husband and I had our wedding there in late September without seeing the castle before. We were blown away of the service, the beauty, and food and wine! Everything was just amazing and we are already looking to return and relive some of those memories. We even hosted a wine tasting the day after the wedding and our guests absolutely loved it! We couldn't recommend it more and if you can make a stop here on your adventures, DO IT, you will not regret it.

30/11/2024: Wow, wow, and WOW!! Just take me back to this place right now!!! It was one of the best dinner we had in Italy and the price was beyond reasonable. They had champagne on the table for everyone when we arrived and also some dessert wine towards the end with our tiramisu! Just heavenly! We ordered a bunch of pasta, the one with the mixed seafood and ones with the claims and their pizza and yum! Everything was sooo good!! The portion size were bigger than other Italian places as well. The service was very friendly. A gentleman even came out of the restaurant to tell us exactly where to park. Oh and the restaurant itself was so cozy and beautiful. The desserts were so delicious as well!! We really enjoyed our time here!! Thank you 🙏

25/11/2024: El gran menú es impresionante y la calidad de la comida es de primera categoría. El restaurante en sí es acogedor y romántico. Este es uno de mis restaurantes favoritos en la Toscana. La pizza sin gluten era deliciosa y el filete de trufa era el mejor que tenía en la región. El personal fue amable y paciente con nuestro grupo de 16. Estamos muy agradecidos. ¡Gracias!

11/12/2024: I had the opportunity to visit this butcher's shop, known nationally and beyond, during lunch at the Officina della Bistecca, a restaurant where Dario Cecchini offers cuts of meat selected by him; the experience begins in this shop, where you are welcomed with a good glass of wine and crostini with Chianti butter (flavoured lard), and then continues in the restaurant opposite. The owner is courteous in stopping by to greet and exchange a few words with guests; in the meantime you get lost among the many specialties on offer, perceiving the history, tradition and passion that permeate this butcher's shop. Exclusive vacuum-packed cuts, sauces and other typical preparations in jars such as Carne in Galera, Peposo and Francesina are available; in addition to meat specialties, other selected products are available such as Pasta, Beer, Wine and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. After lunch, before leaving Panzano, we stopped to buy some products for ourselves and our loved ones; the prices are not low but the quality is guaranteed. Definitely worth visiting, a small gem among the many beauties of Chianti.

10/12/2024: I arrived at lunch prepared and full of expectations, in fact I had seen several videos about the butcher's shop. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by a small crowd, the diners were in fact flocking to the street in front of the butcher's shop to enjoy the aperitif based on lard crostini or wild boar and Chianti pâté. The lard crouton filled the mouth while remaining delicate and the drinkable wine made it even easier to drink. At 12.30 sharp Dario himself rang the bell and called back with his funny and picturesque ways. Once seated at the table we had the opportunity to taste some of their dips, all based on fresh vegetables. After a very short wait, the queen of lunch arrived at the table: meat. It all started with a well-seasoned and enhanced tartare which in terms of consistency, flavor and taste was one of the best (if not the best) of my life. We then continued with the ass carpaccio, also to my liking with extremely soft meat. Then came the sniper cuts, all of great quality and with an incredible flavour. We then continued with the Panzanese steak, a fibrous and tasty but never tough meat, one of my favorite cuts, and then concluded with the Florentine steak. I have never eaten a Florentine steak of this goodness and above all cooked in that way. The meal then concluded with coffee, vin santo and oil cake, the latter in particular was incredibly good. In short, I recommend everyone to go there at least once in their life to enjoy the highest quality meat combined with a convivial and at times absurd atmosphere.

27/08/2024: Beautiful view, but food leaves something to be desired. We went based on a recommendation from an Instagram blog, but apparently it was a "bought" review. Worst food I tasted in Italy. Bruschetta with tasteless tomato and pure garlic. The pasta looked like it came from a package bought at the market and the seasoning from the strong sauce too. The only thing that was worth it was the view, but that's the case in other places too. I don't recommend it.

26/08/2024: Nice environment, helpful and friendly staff. There were two of us and we opted for a 1kg 600g Florentine steak cooked rare (obviously) it literally melted in the mouth from how tender it was, delicious in every respect, for a side dish we chose delicious roasted potatoes with rosemary and for dessert two superlative tiramisu. Super recommended for us and we will definitely return.
