14/11/2025: A wonderful find in the Greve square. Excellent dinner, food with a taste of times gone by. The peposa was truly succulent. The owners were lovely.

The sign on the wall proclaiming that they had over 300 bottles of wine confirmed this was the place for me, a wine lover. The food was excellent, and the male staff member, despite his young age, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, even helping me choose the wine! The owner of the farmhouse recommended this restaurant, and it was definitely a delightful dinner. I look forward to another visit. 👍👍👍

23/10/2025: We stopped here and couldn't have had a better experience. The view was amazing, the facilities gorgeous, but even better was the service. We had a younger man Alessandro?? who told us about olive oil and wine. He just went above and beyond!

15/09/2025: The food was exquisite! Both the pici with guanciale and the parpadelle with wild boar were spectacular. For dessert I recommend trying the homemade chocolate cake. As for the service, we were served by a man with a very good sense of humor and we had a very enjoyable meal!

14/09/2025: The best food we had in Greve in Chianti, we ordered the Pici and ragu which were so good we came back later that week. The staff is very friendly and joyfull which adds to the overall atmosphere. I would absolutely recommend eating here. Thank you for having us.

16/10/2025: Agriturismo Ulivella is a restaurant offering traditional Tuscan cuisine, with exquisite dishes prepared according to local traditions. The atmosphere is quiet and welcoming, ideal for relaxed conversation. Prices are reasonable. I will definitely be back.

05/10/2025: Lovely place to be!! We stayed in a well maintained vintage style villa, comfortable and clean room. All staff are so friendly and especially the great host Federico who is very helpful during the whole stay. Food was delicious, from breakfast to dinner, well fed there. High quality olive oil, we cannot have enough. We tried different wines from their own winery including the Chianti Classico, absolutely recommend! Wine trekking from the villa to winery is also a nice activity when staying here. Parking available, easy to go from here to nearby area and also only 35 minutes drive to Florence.

20/10/2025: We stayed there for two nights. We appreciated the beautiful and well-kept environment. In particular, the impeccable cleanliness and the size of the bathroom, which was above the average standards of other hotels. The location is ideal for traveling the Chianti road to San Gimignano, which is considered one of the most beautiful roads in Italy.

03/09/2025: Family-run environment, you feel at home, not to mention how good the pizzas are, my partner and I for the two weeks we stayed nearby, we made a regular stop at the Il Cielo pizzeria ❤️ delicious pizzas, truly in my opinion the best pizza I have ever eaten in my life, not to mention the desserts, I fell in love with their berry cheesecake 😍

17/11/2025: We went to Macelleria Cecchini yesterday, and honestly, the experience fell short of our expectations. The heavy social media exposure probably led us to imagine something better, more refined, and engaging. The meat is certainly high-quality, no complaints there. The problem is that it's served almost alone, accompanied only by beans: without at least two or three different side dishes to complement it, it ends up being a bit cloying, meaning it gets boring after a while, despite the quality of the ingredients. The baked potato, which should be a side dish, becomes almost a main course with Chianti butter. The impression is that the "Cecchini" persona and all his fame have taken over the actual gastronomic experience. The wine was the most disappointing: modest quality, especially considering the €50 menu. It's true that you can bring your own bottle, but a better option from them would have been welcome. In short: good, but not great. A pleasant lunch, but far from what we expected after so much fame.
