25/09/2025: I stumbled upon it by chance thanks to a detour from the highway... Fantastic! Super friendly owners, divine food 😋😋 The potato tortelli with lampredotto sauce were excellent, as was the sweet schiacciata with cream that was calling to me from the display case 😋😋 Too bad I couldn't wash it all down with a good wine because I had to get back on the road 🚘

30/11/2025: I went to this restaurant for dinner for the first time last night, as I was nearby. Even though we'd called half an hour in advance, they confirmed our reservation for two and asked if we wanted to eat at the restaurant or at the pizzeria. We wanted pizza, so they seated us in the ground-floor dining room. The atmosphere was very welcoming, and it was interesting that the restaurant is also a shop selling local products, including cured meats and wines. The pizza was truly delicious, one of the best I've ever had. The quality of the ingredients is exceptional, and the service was very attentive and friendly. I'd just say the pizzas were a little slower to serve after the appetizers, but nothing major. The pizza chef who came to ask how our evening was going, as well as the two waitresses, were truly kind and friendly. I'd definitely go back, perhaps to try the restaurant menu next time.

27/11/2025: We're from Ivrea, near Turin. They took us to "Il Colle," owned by our dear Tuscan friends, and as always when friends from far away come, you choose a place where you're sure to make a good impression. They nailed it!!! Delicious and light potato croquettes! Delicious pizza, where a key difference compared to "average" places is the use of very high-quality ingredients. Excellent service: friendly without being pretentious. Highly recommended!

19/10/2025: Lunch with friends, the food was delicious and the service excellent. The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating to our requests. We had three pregnant women, and they were very helpful in accommodating their requests. The Florentine steak was delicious, as were the other dishes. Recommended!

13/10/2025: I ordered a pizza margarita and got I don’t know what that was. It was a pizza but there was literally water on it. It tasted disgusting. That was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. The woman behind the counter was watching something on her phone and she turned her phone way to loud.

13/10/2025: Unfortunately, the Margherita pizza was swimming in tomato sauce and tasted completely stale. The ravioli still had cooking water on the plate, and there was nothing on the side except Parmesan cheese. It was the worst meal we've had in Italy so far, and in our opinion, we wouldn't recommend it.

09/11/2025: Very good service, excellent food, and a casual yet refined atmosphere. There were five of us celebrating a bachelorette party. They were very welcoming, even though we arrived very late for lunch and made a bit of a racket. We'll definitely be back.

09/11/2025: I read a few reviews and decided, late, to take my friend to lunch here for her bachelorette party. I couldn't make a reservation (which I recommend doing at least the day before) because the place was closed, but the kind and welcoming staff managed to find us a spot after a bit of a wait. From there, we felt pampered in every way, from the attention to the dishes (for some allergens) to the friendliness and Tuscan hospitality shown by the waiter at every course, to the deliciousness of everything we tasted. EVERYTHING FANTASTIC! From now on, it will be a regular stop on our Tuscan trips.

05/10/2025: Meat lovers will absolutely hit the jackpot here! Just looking at the display case will make any gourmet's heart race! Absolute professionalism in the grill, service, and presentation. The restaurant is always busy, which is no surprise given the dishes they serve. In addition to meat, there are also various pasta dishes and other delicacies. A real winner!

09/11/2025: We spent a weekend in Barberino yesterday after reading a lot of positive reviews, and we can only confirm them! A typical restaurant with local products. We had a delicious Florentine steak accompanied by salad, tomatoes, and delicious buttered spinach!!! The hostess is incredibly kind, she makes you feel right at home!! The cantucci biscuits are also excellent!! We'll be back!

28/10/2025: Authentic ingredients. I always eat the pizza, thin and crispy, very digestible, but friends who have tried the cuisine are equally enthusiastic. Highly recommended. Upon request, they can accommodate you in a dog-friendly area.
