25/11/2024: Pleasant surprise in Sansepolcro. Restaurant seen on the web... Mi, actually we trusted the reviews of other users, I must say that this time the trust was repaid. Nice and convivial atmosphere, menu with a good choice of typical and non-typical products. Dishes presented well, right quantity and above all very good, starting from the starter to the dessert, even the coffee (which usually leaves something to be desired in restaurants) was good. Service with some small flaws, but nothing major. The only slightly discordant note was the bill, a little high, but, as I repeat, no regrets given how we ate, food made with excellent quality raw materials. Friendly and helpful staff (and chef), ready to satisfy any request, where logically possible. If I were to return to Sansepolcro I would definitely do it again visit. +++++ Unfortunately I didn't capture the dishes we were served with photos, we were more intent on eating than anything else.

07/11/2024: For the second time, Ventura Catering confirmed its extraordinary quality and reliability, this time for our son Leonardo's eighteenth, an event that we organized with Dario. Once again, his professionalism and attention to detail made the difference. The standard of food was excellent, as was the case for the first event. Each dish was prepared with fresh, top-quality ingredients, the variety offered satisfied all tastes with options that satisfied even those with particular dietary needs. For the eighteenth, a dynamic and tasty menu was created that satisfied everyone, from the youngest to the adults. Among the specialties, the sushi island, all the menus offered in the various islands were highly appreciated, even the desserts, fresh and creative, aroused enthusiasm. The quality of service was impeccable. The Ventura catering team managed the buffet and table service with great efficiency, without ever neglecting smiles and courtesy. The organization was, as always, impeccable. Ignazio, Dario and the whole team arrived early to set up the area, managing everything in an orderly and precise way. During the event, every phase was taken care of down to the smallest detail, from the arrangement of the dishes to respecting the deadlines. The coordination with Dario was perfect and excellent, adapting to the specific requests of each event. In both events, the atmosphere was relaxed and stress-free, thanks to their great professionalism. Ventura Catering and all its staff have once again confirmed themselves as an excellent choice for important events. Thanks to the quality of Ignazio's food and the perfection of Dario's organization, which contributed significantly to making Giorgia and Leonardo's eighteenth birthdays memorable.

16/08/2024: We did really well to choose Fattoria di Germagnano for the August holiday. They thought of a format different from the restaurant and more suitable for the occasion, that is, baskets with all the dishes inside, obviously with many of their products, which can be consumed at the tables in the shade of the pine forest or spread out on the lawn with a blanket. kind of picnic. Special note of merit goes to the availability of making a gluten-free variant for me as I am intolerant, but be careful if you are celiac, unfortunately contamination cannot be guaranteed in an event with so many people. The icing on the cake is a nice cheese making demonstration before lunch. The only flaw is perhaps the road to get there which is unpaved, steep and with several potholes, obviously becoming a problem only for those who don't have a suitable car or are not familiar with mountain roads.

23/08/2024: I really had a wonderful evening: outdoor table on a beautiful terrace surrounded by hedges and vegetation. Truly optimal temperature considering the summer period, also thanks to the rain that cooled the evening shortly before. Very good pizza. Friendly staff. The only "flaw" was the rather long waiting times, even though there wasn't a full house. I will definitely go back.
