One of the best pizzerias in the area. Friendly and quick staff, excellent choice of draft and bottled beers. Very good Roman pinsa type pizza.

Very good pizza with quality ingredients. The service was a little slow, but it was Saturday and with the place full it's understandable. Excellent choice of draft and bottled beers. Very honest prices. Definitely worth returning.

Total chaos on Saturday. They take a long time to serve us and especially after many other tables arrived later. They tell us that the cooked ham is spoiled and they cannot serve us the requested pizzas. The last straw was the caffè latte. Literally toxic. I drank a sip without mixing milk and coffee and, finding it bitter since I don't add sugar, I took a teaspoon of foam. I had never done it. It tasted like spoiled ricotta left out in the summer. Terrible.

It was the only place in San Sepolcro to offer us accommodation at the end of 2023. It's true we hadn't booked, but as vegetarians it's really difficult to find a place in places that organize dinner and fill it with meat-based dishes. Luckily there are still places like 0575 which end the year like all the other evenings and offer the possibility of sitting even without a reservation. So thank you. We wish you a lot of goodness, just as each of your dishes has offered to our palate.

Unica se non una delle poche pizzerie a Sansepolcro a offrire la possibilità di pinza senza glutine, solo nella versione romana però, non nella classica pizza rotonda napoletana.
Cucina: pizza croccante e saporosa, ingredienti accettabili non eccelsi
Prezzi: costo accettabile, rapporto qualità/prezzo buono
Servizio e generalità: pizzeria adatta per famiglie o gruppi di grandi dimensioni. Sala unica grande, in alcuni casi quando piena abbastanza rumorosa. Servizio informale ma rispettoso del cliente

Il locale dispone di numerosi posti all'aperto e al coperto, con un arredamento moderno ed un servizio attento e discretamente veloce. Molto buoni sia gli hamburger che la Pinsa romana (e la Pizza). Il locale è inoltre associato AIC per cui si può mangiare senza alcun problema anche Gluten Free per la gioia di tutti i celiaci.
