07/06/2026: Pros: - Beautiful facilities - Free parking - Modern and clean rooms Cons: - You must wear a pool cap if you want to use the swimming pool, which I've never seen anywhere else in my life. And of course, if you don't have one (which I best most people don't carry around when they travel), you have to buy one at the reception - Pool closes at 6 pm...this is super early for a sunny and warm place like Marsala - The air-conditioning in our room wasn't working properly, as well as the hot tub...

06/06/2026: What a stunning place, incredibly beautiful gardens, a gorgeous pool, the hotel and the Igloo bungalows; it is too much to mention. So beautiful and an incredibly good breakfast. The staff was amazing. They really help you with everything; nothing was too much trouble. It is still a bit of a drive from Marsala, about 10 minutes by car. Once again: it is a dream destination.

08/04/2026: I was there last year, beautiful romantic view!! Too bad the pasta was full of sauce and tasteless, I was disappointed.

13/07/2025: We booked for Friday evening, July 11th, they reserved a table for us, and when we arrived, the restaurant was closed. Luckily, there's a fishmonger next door. The restaurant was closed, so we decided to call back. I wondered if they said the place was closed. What was the problem? I didn't waste time calling back.

18/01/2026: I just waited too long for dinner. That's my only flaw. Because the pizza was fantastic, with fresh, tasty ingredients. The seafood risotto was a masterpiece of pleasure.

06/05/2026: The place is decent, the service is good, but the food sucks. I had some bread that tasted like medicine or chamomile tea, the pasta was decent, the fries were frozen and almost raw, while the schnitzel tasted like bread and had very low-quality meat. Plus, the forks bent easily.

08/02/2026: Last night we ate pizza at VITAMIA, but I have to be honest... we arrived with a reservation for the first sitting, so at 8:15 PM, and exactly an hour later, they politely kicked us out because the next customers from the second sitting had to be seated. I was honestly disappointed, and to this day I have to give this pizzeria very few stars. Decent service, but not very friendly towards the people working the cash register. The pizza was average. The gesture of turning customers away after 60 minutes was terrible.

12/06/2026: Overall, the food was tasty and unique, but in my experience, I noticed that the baked potatoes served to me hadn't been prepared recently, probably the morning or the day before. The octopus salad was tasteless, as was the octopus itself. The fried calamari seemed a bit bland. The calamari was rubbery, flavorful only with lemon on top, perhaps lacking salt. The fries were probably from a bag. Overall, not bad, but there's much better, and I wouldn't return. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

26/03/2026: After placing our order, the wait for the pizzas was particularly long. After a considerable amount of time had passed without receiving our order, we asked the waiter about the condition of the pizzas. He told us that, since we hadn't ordered an appetizer, we would have to wait our turn like other customers. This explanation was given without much consideration for the inconvenience caused by the already prolonged wait. After about two hours, the pizzas were finally served. Of the four pizzas ordered, only two were properly prepared, while the others had clearly undercooked ingredients, making them inconsistent with our order. The dessert service was also unsatisfactory. The chocolate cakes arrived raw and cold inside. One of the desserts was sent back and later returned simply reheated, without a replacement. Even after this intervention, the problem was not resolved. On that occasion, the owner stated that the dessert couldn't be cold because the dish was warm, expressing disappointment rather than actually verifying the complaint or apologizing for the inconvenience. At the time of payment, the staff was unfriendly, referring rudely and inappropriately to the desserts not being included in the bill, and showing no concern for the overall negative experience. Overall, the experience was characterized by excessive wait times, obvious organizational shortcomings, and unprofessional, as well as rude, customer service. It was an experience that completely failed to meet our expectations.

22/02/2026: An elegant and well-maintained restaurant in the heart of the city, run by a family that has traditionally run the business. It also serves a pizzeria, so much so that they spend a lot of time doing takeout and home delivery. The fish-based first courses and meat-based second courses are also excellent. The appetizers are also worth trying, including the ever-popular panelle and bruschetta.

19/02/2026: Honestly, I was a little put off at first by the venue's lack of modernity, despite its great potential. However, the family-like welcome, the warmth of the fireplace, and the truly well-made and delicious pizzas changed my mind. I'm marking it down as one of my favorite places to return to.

09/11/2025: I've had the opportunity to use La Cialoma's services several times, both privately and commercially. The food is good, with relatively well-crafted dishes, while the prices are significantly higher than the quality/price ratio. The service provided by the wait staff could be improved; it's a bit slow considering the price of the dishes. Meanwhile, the quality of service provided by the management, who should be setting an example, is quite lacking, if not nonexistent...and quite rude at times. It's a shame!

20/10/2025: We went on a monday night. We ordered two cocktails, bruschetta, shrimps, tuna steak and roasted potatoes and paid 90 euros. When we wanted to order, half of the stuff on the menu was missing. The cocktails were incredibly average with little alcohol. We got 2 types of bruschetta’s although the menu promised 3 types but at least they were good. My tuna steak was overcooked and full of bones. My girlfriend had shrimp which were 25 euros and she only got four. The only thing that was really good was the roasted potatoes. When we wanted to pay we had to wait for 15 minutes because all of the staff were ignoring us. Overall a bad experience.

10/05/2026: Here we just wanted a cappuccino and a drink after a walk in the city, so we sat in the garden, it took about 20 minutes for the waiter to come to us. In addition, the lady seemed to really not enjoy her job and was very annoyed, so it took another 20 minutes for her to bring us all the drinks. She forgot one coffee. If someone doesn't enjoy their job, they shouldn't do it and should either close the business and go somewhere to get a goat or simply take a different approach to it, but I wouldn't recommend this, everyone waited there for a long time.

16/05/2026: We came here earlier as customers for coffee and snacks, then returned a little later and asked to use the restroom, only to be told "customers only." We tried explaining that we had already been customers and that the older lady I was with simply needed to use the restroom after having coffee there. Unfortunately, the man we spoke to was very rude. I've stopped here many times over the years with guests visiting Erice and have always brought business to this place, but after this experience, I'll avoid returning if customers are going to be treated this way. It feels like all they care about is making a euro. We came here first as customers for coffee and snacks, then returned shortly afterward asking to use the restroom, but we were told "customers only." We tried explaining that we had already been customers and that the older lady I was with simply needed to use the restroom after having coffee there. Unfortunately, the man we spoke to was very rude. Over the years, I've stopped here many times with guests visiting Erice, always bringing customers to this establishment, but after this experience, I'll avoid returning if customers are treated this way. It seems like all they care about is making a penny.
