16/01/2025: A bit rustic but true place. The service is very fast, kind and always attentive to customer needs. The pizza is very good, the dough is crunchy and well cooked, it doesn't leave you feeling thirsty as dough is too salty and it doesn't leaven your stomach, leaving you bloated. The products are of high quality. Excellent value for money.

10/11/2024: BAD experience, TO FORGET: Table booked for 8.40pm, after about half an hour a waiter arrives to ask us what we wanted to drink and if we wanted some starters... After an hour (counted) the appetizers arrive and then the order for the pizzas is taken... Another hour passes, until the waiter comes with a Margherita (there were 11 pizzas booked) asking what the remaining pizzas were, because they had, according to them, lost the order (After about an hour of waiting... .). Then one of us asks the waiter how it was possible that in all this time no one had come to request a new order... Result? The waiter, in an almost annoyed manner, responds by stating that it is not his fault that the order was lost, but that of whoever wrote it... Finally the pizzas arrive, but a further problem arises: they forget one (further asking the customer the taste of the pizza). After 15 minutes (it still had to be prepared) the latter also arrived and we began to eat amidst the SCREAMS that came from the kitchen and cashier staff (they communicated with each other without any kind of respect for the customers around). Furthermore, since there were so many of us, there was a place at the head of the table which was very uncomfortable as every waiter who passed bumped into the chair or even the shoulder of whoever was sitting there (ME). REPORT OF THE EVENING: WE ENTERED AT 8.40 PM, WE GOT UP FROM THE TABLE AT 11.30 PM. Really a shame, given that the pizza was also "good" but it wasn't even possible to enjoy the evening due to all these inconveniences.

07/11/2024: Excellent quality raw materials, relaxing environment and very efficient staff. We absolutely didn't expect to find so many things all at once! The octopus with potatoes is highly recommended!

20/10/2024: Very lovely place and warm service. Food was superb !

12/10/2024: the pizza was good but tiny, the price of €7 for a pizza with ham was absolutely unacceptable.

22/10/2024: We were staying in the village and enjoyed the Millepini restaurant. Whether it was the dish of the day or the menus on the menu, we enjoyed ourselves. The staff are lovely, the setting is magnificent (400m altitude) and great value for money.

10/11/2024: This is the worst place ever… The pizza is drenched in oil; it looks and tastes like a frozen pizza. The carbonara is the driest pasta I have ever eaten, with no carbonara taste at all. The orange juice is full of ice and water, with no orange flavor and no sweetness… The pizza dough tastes like it’s several days old. We were forcing ourselves to eat it only because we were so hungry… and they automatically included a service fee, even though we didn’t want to tip at all. I have never eaten somewhere this bad before… We traveled three hours just to eat the worst food ever….

07/01/2025: Abbiamo soggiornato una notte nel Convento e la sera per cena abbiamo deciso di rimanere lì: ottima scelta perchè si è rivelato tutto buonissimo! Ed oltre che buono anche abbondante, consigliato!

12/10/2024: Tuvimos una experiencia decepcionante en A Lampara. Varios platos y vinos enumerados en el menú no estaban disponibles, lo que limitó nuestras opciones desde el principio. El servicio fue golpeado o fallado — mientras que el caballero mayor fue educado, un miembro del personal fue grosero, incluso arrojando los platos sobre la mesa. El equipo también parecía desorganizado, llevándonos vino de la casa y un Aperol Spritz que nunca pedimos. La comida en sí era abrumadora, con porciones pequeñas, y el risotto ai frutti di mare* sabía a arroz precocinado. Desafortunadamente, no es un lugar que recomendaría.

23/09/2024: Prodotti freschissimi ed economici serviti con il sorriso. Assolutamente consigliato!! Abbiamo provato il panino con la tartare di gambero e quello al carpaccio di tonno, spaziali!

23/09/2024: Ci siamo fermati per un pranzo veloce sotto consiglio, abbiamo preso polpette di tonno (secche) e una frittura del giorno, gommosa e probabilmente è stato usato lo stesso olio che avevano a luglio Servizio più che sgarbato!

12/02/2025: The views are gorgeous, the family was helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was lovely. The family treated us like their own family and took such good care of us. They arranged a pick up for my husband at Palermo, they provided recommendations, and the hotel is cute and great value. Thank you!! We appreciate all of you!! Restaurants near by, beautiful views of the sea.

20/10/2024: Very nice family hotel where we stayed during the month of May 2024. We were greeted by the mother and her son, both charming and speaking French superbly. We highly recommend this stopover to everyone who wants to discover Sicily peacefully.
