08/02/2026: Last night we ate pizza at VITAMIA, but I have to be honest... we arrived with a reservation for the first sitting, so at 8:15 PM, and exactly an hour later, they politely kicked us out because the next customers from the second sitting had to be seated. I was honestly disappointed, and to this day I have to give this pizzeria very few stars. Decent service, but not very friendly towards the people working the cash register. The pizza was average. The gesture of turning customers away after 60 minutes was terrible.

01/02/2026: Saturday evening, the place was packed, guests were attending a birthday party. The first course seemed to be served quickly (to be precise, we had a hot mixed platter), and the staff was always very kind and friendly. But let's get to the pizzas; there were 20 of us. Half an hour after the appetizer was finished, the first six arrived, two of which were good, two completely charred, and two returned because they were the wrong ones. Another 10 minutes passed, and more arrived, all with the same problem: burned, leaving a bitter taste in the mouth. So, 20 diners, less than half ate, the rest didn't. At first bite, I tasted good-quality ingredients, but the whole thing was ruined by the completely burned base, not to mention the edges. I politely asked if it was possible to have another one, and was granted an offer, but to no avail. The pizza arrived worse than before. Poor hygiene in the place; kilometers of cobwebs, black as coal, were hanging from the roof. It's impossible not to see them. Obviously, I won't be returning. I understand that bottlenecks can happen during service, but hygiene is the foundation.

13/07/2025: We booked for Friday evening, July 11th, they reserved a table for us, and when we arrived, the restaurant was closed. Luckily, there's a fishmonger next door. The restaurant was closed, so we decided to call back. I wondered if they said the place was closed. What was the problem? I didn't waste time calling back.

21/02/2026: As a customer I was advised to sit down while we tried to order at counter. As we do not speak italian, only english and german, it was easier to order what we see and like. No worries, we went to sit down. Tables were not ready...all dirt around, food on table. I have asked tall waiter to prepare table and was disappointed by his appearance - I might have disturbed him 🥴 Food was actually tasty, short waiter was very nice, we liked Arancini, tiramisu, canolli, coffee. Before leaving, around 10 minutes before closure I could not even visit toalet - spending there around 50€ and not been able to use toilet because its 10 minutes to the closure. Leaving, some tourists were turned round wanting only coffee.. some disappointment

09/10/2025: October 2025: closed. October onwards closed! Beautiful place in a magnificent location! Food and Service also good. Just watch opening times, they don't announce when they close!

30/09/2025: Kudos to the entire staff, and to Davide for his hospitality and kindness. The food was truly exceptional, and not to mention the wine list, which is truly excellent. The place is beautiful and very clean. I'll definitely come back to visit you when I return to Pantelleria.

19/10/2025: Ended up here because of weather and other restaurants we want to go to were closed. The first red flag was the place was deserted at 8.30pm. The service was great but when you’re the only people in there could it be worse? Unfortunately the food lacked the quality based on the fact this place is rated 4.5 on Google. The mussels were actually good, the steak was covered in cheese that hid the fat that wasn’t rendered off unfortunately. But the low point was the salad….it was literally a bowl of lettuce and chopped tomatoes…nothing else. I try to see the best in every place I go to, but I was eating on the plane on the way home thinking my plane food was better and that’s just sad.

27/09/2025: Unfriendly waiter, mediocre food. The value for money is definitely not good! The young colleague on the stairs is the best in the place.

29/10/2025: Very, very bad! We were the only table eating on the terrace. The food for all five of us was tasteless and some of it was just not good. There was a hair in my food! When we asked if frozen seafood had been used in the pasta, the answer was: "It could be." The service was very unfriendly and unprofessional; the two of them were overwhelmed despite there being only two or three tables having drinks. There were long wait times. Poor value for money; the food was also relatively expensive. We will definitely not be coming back.

29/09/2025: Cozy dinner atmosphere, very friendly staff, carbonara and pasta ragu were very tasty.

22/02/2026: An elegant and well-maintained restaurant in the heart of the city, run by a family that has traditionally run the business. It also serves a pizzeria, so much so that they spend a lot of time doing takeout and home delivery. The fish-based first courses and meat-based second courses are also excellent. The appetizers are also worth trying, including the ever-popular panelle and bruschetta.

07/02/2026: They should learn how to make pizza. Just the basics. After that, I'd like to understand why I waited an hour and a half for a pizza, if you can call it that. The waitress was kind, though.

31/08/2025: Excellent pizzeria in Calatafimi. They offer takeout and delivery service, with great prices. The capricciosa is excellent.

19/02/2026: Honestly, I was a little put off at first by the venue's lack of modernity, despite its great potential. However, the family-like welcome, the warmth of the fireplace, and the truly well-made and delicious pizzas changed my mind. I'm marking it down as one of my favorite places to return to.

12/11/2025: I was at Villa Martinez in Trapani. A shopkeeper recommended a pizzeria to me. We asked him about it. He said the pizza was good, easy to digest, and not too heavy. I went with a good heart. The place, or rather the villa, is a bit neglected. The tablecloths were old and a bit sticky. Plus, there was a bad smell of detergent used to clean the restrooms. I was already disappointed, but I really wanted to have dinner and try the pizza. We ordered a capricciosa and one with sausage, onion, and gorgonzola (my choice), plus a salad with iceberg mozzarella and corn, plus a slice of grilled swordfish. The food was good, the pizza was good, and the price, including half a beer, a Coke, and a 1-liter water with free coffee, was €62. The place needs to be fixed because it's uncomfortable, and the chairs were terrible and old. I'd like to give more stars, but I can't.

09/11/2025: I've had the opportunity to use La Cialoma's services several times, both privately and commercially. The food is good, with relatively well-crafted dishes, while the prices are significantly higher than the quality/price ratio. The service provided by the wait staff could be improved; it's a bit slow considering the price of the dishes. Meanwhile, the quality of service provided by the management, who should be setting an example, is quite lacking, if not nonexistent...and quite rude at times. It's a shame!

20/10/2025: We went on a monday night. We ordered two cocktails, bruschetta, shrimps, tuna steak and roasted potatoes and paid 90 euros. When we wanted to order, half of the stuff on the menu was missing. The cocktails were incredibly average with little alcohol. We got 2 types of bruschetta’s although the menu promised 3 types but at least they were good. My tuna steak was overcooked and full of bones. My girlfriend had shrimp which were 25 euros and she only got four. The only thing that was really good was the roasted potatoes. When we wanted to pay we had to wait for 15 minutes because all of the staff were ignoring us. Overall a bad experience.
