02/06/2025: Super friendly owners, and the staff is also very friendly and attentive. Excellent, typical Sicilian cuisine. Highly recommended for a relaxing aperitif on the sun terrace with a spectacular view! Parking is available right next to the hotel. Ideal for a few days' vacation with plenty of excursion options in the surrounding area.

12/06/2025: The only pizza I ate in San Vito. Unspeakable, a slice of raw ham stank, spicy ham, poor people from Parma. Unleavened dough, practically raw. Indescribable mozzarella. The only good thing was Coca Cola. I sat there for 20 minutes.

14/06/2025: A place that does not reflect the quality of the food. PHENOMENAL mussel soup. They had tuna milk available and offered it to us, it was delicious (even knowing what it was!). Very friendly staff, homemade liqueur offered at the end really YUMMY!!!

24/05/2025: I often came to eat at this place during the year, but last night I was very disappointed by practically everything. The pizza was not bad, but you can't serve pizzas with a dirty ash underneath due to a dirty oven, but above all they served me a pizza on a broken plate where the edge of the plate was missing. Something absurd, never seen in my life, and then after having reported all this to the owner I asked for the bill, the total was 55 euros and 55 euros he made me pay something out of this world. Of course I won't come again. Those who work can obviously make mistakes, of course, but too much is too much. SHAME

19/06/2025: Dopo circa un ora di attesa arriva la pizza, bruciata sui bordi e sulla parte sottostante. Viene rifatta, altra attesa. Prezzi decisamente più alti rispetto alle pizzerie della zona.

25/05/2025: Scelto per cenare in famiglia al ritorno verso Trapani da Palermo. Location impeccabile, panorama mozzafiato sulla baia di Castellammare del Golfo. Ottime le pizze, la Trapanese top. Hanno anche mozzarella senza lattosio. Alcuni di noi hanno scelto primi, risotto Quetzal, e busiate con i frutti di mare, ottimi e saporiti. Se andate la sera portate le giacche, si sta freschi. Consiglio vivamente

We were not told the price per kilo, and we were served more food than we asked for, ending up paying an outrage. 30 euros for a plate of baked potatoes, caponata, salad and baby girl fritters. A disgrace for those who have been coming to the island for more than 20 years, a real joke.

16/06/2025: Very suggestive place, in front of the wonderful sea of ​​San Vito lo Capo, we booked a table for dinner through a well-known app, as soon as we arrived we were immediately accompanied to the table and after ordering a girl came telling me that our reservation was not present in their system, and actually checking the app it was cancelled, something inexplicable, then I went to the cashier to talk to the owner and showing him the confirmation email and no cancellation she reassured me that she would apply the discount anyway and to stay calm and enjoy the evening, I returned to the table we ate everything in a serene and calm way, excellent dishes with normal service waits and it was all exceptional, we will definitely return, logically at the time of paying everything went well, I highly recommend the fish couscous and the busiate with pesto and excellent prawns.

14/06/2025: Passed during a three day stay and returned three times. Perfect place on the sea. Perfect food and excellent quality. The courtesy and friendliness of all the staff absolutely the added value of this place to try absolutely. Recommended.

24/05/2025: This year we decided to celebrate May 1st at Baglio Elena, but in hindsight we would have done better to fast in a parking lot. Lunch was a fixed menu, which is to say a sentence decided in advance by someone who, evidently, hates Labor Day... and perhaps even the workers themselves. The appetizer arrived after an infinite wait, accompanied by dry bread and blank stares. The main course was discomfort. The first course, an unseasoned pasta dish that seemed to have been cooked by a robot on strike, started a sequence of sad flavors and dull colors. The second course? A meat that could have been anything: hard as marble, gray as the sky before the storm, and with a side of potatoes that seemed to cry. The staff? More confused than the traffic on the Palermo-Mazara highway. They looked at us as if we were the problem, with the dull smile of those who would rather be anywhere but there. The house wine tasted like "we forgot it in the cellar," and the water had more character than the rest of the meal. Baglio Elena, May 1, 2025: more than a party, an agony. A lunch that made us reevaluate picnics with sandwiches and salami.

23/09/2024: Ci siamo fermati per un pranzo veloce sotto consiglio, abbiamo preso polpette di tonno (secche) e una frittura del giorno, gommosa e probabilmente è stato usato lo stesso olio che avevano a luglio Servizio più che sgarbato!

08/06/2025: Questo ristorante è perfetto, x una come me che è scrupolosa x il cibo fresco ,ho mangiato pasta con ricci e gambero che dire? Spettacolare !!! Cremosa , caponata con scaglie di mandorle, sono andata in coppia ieri sera , si trova nella piazza centrale dietro la chiesa madre Tutto raffinato , e porzioni abbondanti , tutto super fresco abbiamo preso diversi piatti , e poi che dire il personale il ragazzo che ci ha consigliato tutto , si chiama Vincenzo rivolgetevi a lui ,in gamba ci ritornerò di sicuro e lo consiglio... Bellissima vacanza

04/06/2025: Esperienza disastrosa. Sono stata al ristorante Scalidre con un gruppo di amici e l'esperienza è stata assolutamente pessima. Avevamo prenotato un tavolo per otto persone due settimane prima, ma quando siamo arrivati la cameriera ci ha detto che c'era una prenotazione a nostro nome, ma solo per due persone. Quando abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni, la cameriera si è rivolta in modo estremamente scortese a uno di noi, affermando di ricordare perfettamente la conversazione con una nostra amica avvenuta il giorno stesso, nonostante la prenotazione fosse stata effettuata due settimane prima. E come se non bastasse, la cameriera ha poi aggiunto che il numero di telefono utilizzato per la prenotazione era dell'ex socio del ristorante e che quindi non poteva farci nulla, lasciandoci letteralmente senza alcuna soluzione. Il giorno dopo, ho chiamato il ristorante allo stesso numero utilizzato due settimane prima, nonché il numero che si trova su Google, e con mia sorpresa, la stessa cameriera ha risposto e mi ha detto che c'era disponibilità. Questo mi ha fatto capire che la scusa del giorno prima era solo una scusa per evitare di servirci e che la storia dell'ex socio era una pura invenzione. La mancanza di professionalità e l'atteggiamento sprezzante della cameriera sono stati inaccettabili. Non consiglio assolutamente questo ristorante a nessuno. Evitate questo ristorante e scegliete posti più affidabili e professionali. Allego anche la foto della chiamata , perché magari poi mi si riceva una risposta che non ho mai chiamato e che la prenotazione non è mai stata fatta.

15/06/2025: Siamo andati con 3 amici a cenera in questa pizzeria ci hanno fatto accomodare nel giardino interno molto bello la pizza siciliana molto buona io ho preso una Granata i miei amici una pistachiosa allo speck una della casa e una eccezionale patate vastasa salsiccia una birra artigianale siciliana anche questa alta qualità complimenti

03/06/2025: Pranzo veloce a San vito vista mare con ambiente piacevole e pulito, peccato per le arancine scandite e fredde dentro con formaggio ancora gelido. Le peggiori della nostra vacanza. Peccato! 15 euro per due arancini e una bottiglia di acqua.

12/05/2025: C' ero venuta in questo locale qualche tempo fa' e mi ero trovata bene . Ci sn ritornata oggi e non mi sn trovata bene, perché c'era l' iris che era prezzato 1,50€ alla cassa mi ha fatto pagare 1,60€ in più 1,00€ per 1 mignon mi è sembrato proprio eccessivo
