13/07/2025: We booked for Friday evening, July 11th, they reserved a table for us, and when we arrived, the restaurant was closed. Luckily, there's a fishmonger next door. The restaurant was closed, so we decided to call back. I wondered if they said the place was closed. What was the problem? I didn't waste time calling back.

01/10/2025: I was expecting a quiet, elegant garden restaurant. We found ourselves dining on the sidewalk, with hideous and unhygienic plastic tablecloths, a supermarket paper napkin with a €3.00 cover charge. Let's get to the food: Fried food, good; caponata €12 for 2 tablespoons of eggplant; swordfish, a portion. 100 grams, no more. Definitely frozen. At the next table, An entrecot, which wasn't an entrecot, was a boneless rib eye steak 100 grams including sinew and skin, with a side of fries, maybe 50/60 grams. Are you kidding me?

04/05/2025: Wonderful restaurant in the heart of Favignana. We would have liked to have lunch in the garden, but they were still setting it up for the summer season. Kind and attentive staff. We were two couples with a 9 month old baby and me pregnant and vegetarian. They were all kind and available to welcome us at 2pm and pamper us with their delicacies. Busiate spectacular Odissy! Also recommended are busiate with pistachio pesto and shrimp. Highly recommended!

30/09/2025: This restaurant is a tourist trap! Terrible quality: microwaved arancini, fiappi, and boiled meats. And you can't charge 10 euros for a small, round, frozen pizza!!!!!!

03/10/2025: Speaking of food, I had excellent mixed fried fish, delicious fish meatballs, and an exceptional house sorbet. The location was simple, and the service was at times disappointing.

02/09/2025: The perfect place for those who don't like good food. Tourist menus featuring poorly cooked frozen fish. But let's talk about the pizzas...cheating on a pizza is ridiculous, yet this happens here. "Buffalo mozzarella on display," they write...and then you get two small mozzarella balls, definitely not buffalo mozzarella! Doesn't that sound bad? Unbearably hot because the air conditioners are kept on dehumidifier mode to save money, and very chaotic service with only one waiter trying his best and a young man who follows him around and delegates everything you ask of him.

26/08/2025: The wait was too long, and the place was practically empty. We only ordered two pasta dishes; one was soaked in oil and the other in vinegar, so much so that we couldn't even eat it!

23/08/2025: Years ago, I had a wonderful meal at Rais, but this year, unfortunately, I was disappointed. The peppered mussels were inedible: overcooked and reheated, tough as rubber. The pasta with pistachios and shrimp, on the other hand, was overly sweet and unpleasant. The service was courteous, but the quality of the dishes isn't what it used to be. A real shame.

05/10/2025: 10€ for two glasses of HOT red wine, and it was clearly not my own wine, but a refilled and dirty bottle. The coffee maker hadn't been cleaned for days, and the bar was empty... Never to return.

28/09/2025: The service leaves something to be desired. I had to pay 3 euros, but I paid with 20 euros, without any other change. They sent me to look for change. The attitude was terrible. As a customer, it's up to the establishment to find change. Enough to make me not return.

21/07/2025: Buon gelato, buone granite e ottima la crema caffè con panna. Una sosta dopo pranzo da consigliare, per la varia scelta e il posto rilassante davanti alla chiesa.

21/07/2025: Gelato vero perché fatto con ingredienti veri La mia recensione, lo dico per onestà , riguarda i gusti senza latticini , e cioè cioccolato fondente e la maggior parte dei gusti di frutta. Premetto che, quando mangio un gelato , ho quasi sempre problemi di mal di testa e di stomaco e questo avviene col gelato fatto con ingredienti industriali polverine etc . Qui invece non ho avuto alcun problema , il sapore dei gusti buonissimo e le ragazze e i ragazzi dietro il bancone gentili e attenti

It's worth it, Claudio, an exceptional lifeguard always ready and unavailable... fully operational. Excellent aperitifs So..off we go, friends.and good Sicily..lots of stuff.. .

26/07/2025: We were drawn in for a quick aperitivo. The place is very chic, but the service was slow and inattentive. We were the only ones waiting, along with another couple, and we weren't served on time. Aperol and Campari Spritz were served in hard plastic cups and watered down. The price was too high.

28/08/2024: The place that was once a point of reference in the area has now become the worst!!!! Poor product quality, inefficient service, high prices, the cocktails are barely saved.

24/08/2024: Purtroppo, la mia esperienza in questo bar è stata deludente. Sin dall'inizio, il personale si è dimostrato estremamente scortese e poco professionale. Nonostante l'attesa fosse già lunga, alla nostra richiesta di informazioni sui tempi di attesa ci è stato risposto in modo maleducato, dicendoci semplicemente di aspettare. Dopo ben 20 minuti, finalmente sono arrivati i nostri ordini: tre granite e un frappé. Il malumore del personale non si è fermato qui. Al momento del pagamento, si sono verificati ulteriori problemi. Non riuscivano a trovare la nostra ordinazione, costringendoci ad aspettare ancora di più. Quando finalmente hanno risolto la situazione, ho notato che il frappé mi era stato addebitato a un prezzo superiore rispetto a quello indicato. Quando ho fatto presente l'errore, mi è stato restituito il resto corretto, ma il tutto è avvenuto con un atteggiamento scortese, come se stessi facendo una richiesta esagerata. Non tornerò di certo e non lo consiglierei a nessuno.

09/03/2025: Posto acchiappa turisti. Location pessima. Prezzi da locali di lusso. Fermati per un semplice aperitivo, uno spritz e un analcolico, in piu ci hanno portato 4 patatine contate e arachidi salate in una piccola ciotolina. Pagato €11,50, a parte che il calice dello spritz era piu piccolo, la cosa che ci ha infastidito è la voce Bar nello scontrino 2,50 per le patatine, dove di solito sono inclusi nel prezzo degli aperitivi. Non ci vedranno mai piu.

17/06/2025: Storica gelateria dove vado ogni anno, per poter gustare il famoso "caldo freddo", il prodotto ed il servizio sono sempre ottimi, il locale andrebbe un attimo rinfrescato, tuttavia la nota dolente è il prezzo di una coppa di gelato che adesso viene 8€ e francamente penso che anche la quantità si un po' diminuita rispetto agli anni passati.
