02/03/2026: A welcoming place with traditional cuisine. The welcome and courtesy are excellent. The dishes are satisfying. Excellent location, available parking, and a relaxing, open view. The music selection could be improved.

15/02/2026: Locals recommended this agriturismo as an authentic place with homemade cuisine. The first impression isn't good. You have to drive down a short dirt road and are greeted by goats left free in the parking lot. The place is crammed with various trinkets. The welcome was warm. Karaoke was very fun. The food was good (a lot of oil and garlic for my taste). Tasting menu: €25 per person, including appetizer, first course, water, house wine, bread, fruit, and coffee. The only drawback: the bathrooms are outside, surrounded by olive trees (but there is a handicapped accessible bathroom with a ramp! Well done!) A wonderful Sicilian experience, wonderful people!

16/04/2026: The food seemed to have been prepared long before serving and was merely preheated. There was no prior information about the €2.50 per person service fee. Additionally, the pasta contained strange ingredients that were not mentioned in the menu description. not recommended at all

22/02/2026: I had the pleasure of lunch at the Cotto & Mangiato restaurant, nestled in the countryside, with a truly splendid view of manicured fields and vineyards. A truly charming place, perfect for a relaxing Sunday. The food was truly excellent. The Sunday menu is varied and interesting, although, if I may offer a small suggestion, I would add a few more first courses to further expand the selection. The first courses we tried were excellent, plentiful, well-balanced, and flavorful. For the second course, we had the mixed grill, with well-cooked, tender, and high-quality meat. A very positive note, though not always obvious, is the perfect amount of salt, which balances the dishes without overpowering the flavors. The service was attentive and friendly; the lady who served us was truly kind and hospitable, making us feel at ease. The ambiance is another strong point: an elegant yet rustic setting, meticulously maintained and in harmony with the natural surroundings. Overall, a very positive experience. It's a place I recommend for anyone looking for good food in a truly beautiful location.

07/04/2026: Easter lunch with friends at this restaurant. The owner, who also served our table, was very kind and attentive. The food was good, but perhaps could be improved. Prices were high-end.

29/10/2025: We stayed at the Signorino resort and were greatly surprised to discover it's connected to this wonderful little restaurant. On our first day, at the chef's recommendation, we chose busiate pasta with lobster sauce and for dessert, an almond parfait (homemade). Everything was delicious, with chunks of lobster in the sauce and a generous portion. The dessert was fantastic. On our second day, we chose pizza, which was excellent (especially the summer version with salmon and lemon slices), and making a good fish pizza is no easy feat. Glasses of Marsala wine were offered on the house. The staff were incredibly kind and smiling, despite the low season. I hope to return soon.

04/03/2025: In my opinion, it's the best restaurant in the area. We spent a week on vacation and went there three times. The freshness and quality of the ingredients are excellent. The service is perfect, and the staff is always ready to offer excellent advice on what to order. Generous portions. I recommend the raw fish because it's sublime. Excellent value. Free parking is available in front of the restaurant.

11/04/2026: We've been to this restaurant several times since we were on the island for a few days, and we absolutely recommend it for its excellent fresh fish (the owner is a fisherman). You eat what you catch! The amberjack carpaccio was superb, like everything else we ate. The service was perfect, especially the helpfulness and friendliness of the owner-waitress. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

20/04/2026: The location is fairly clean. Parking is excellent. We ate well and were served reasonably well. The only drawback: compared to the availability of the customers (many because the place is popular), there are only three restrooms. I recommend it!

19/04/2026: Let me start by saying this isn't just a cliché. I've traveled far and wide for decades, and naturally, I've had pizza in restaurants in Italy, from north to south. Well, a week ago, I was with two friends at Sperone, and I can confidently say, as I told them, and as I later told the pizza chef before leaving, complimenting him, that the pizza I was served at this restaurant was absolutely the best I've ever had at a pizzeria. I always order the Napoli pizza; the dough was excellent, perfectly crispy, with the perfect consistency, and topped with truly high-quality ingredients.

13/09/2025: Very comfortable atmosphere both summer and winter, excellent service, and excellent pizza, especially the Villa Paola. It's a shame they don't have draft beer. Ample parking.

26/08/2025: The place is really cute; in the summer, tables are set up outside in a quaint courtyard, surrounded by greenery and lit by pretty strings of fairy lights. It's a real shame about the waitress's "welcome"; as soon as we were seated, she asked us all to choose the same dish "because we only have four burners." When I replied, citing our different needs (one person is vegetarian and the other doesn't eat fish), she replied with an annoyed expression, "Do as you wish, I warned you. Don't complain if you eat separately afterwards."... is this a restaurant or not? 🤣 We ordered two grilled fish and two identical first courses anyway, to make things easier for the kitchen; the other diners chose two other first courses (including vegetarian busiate pasta with basil cream) and a grilled meat. The other waiters were kind and professional, and the wait for our dishes wasn't long. The first courses are good and tasty, the grilled fish is lightly seared (the squid and shrimp are almost raw, so if you don't like it, let us know in advance). The prices are a bit high compared to the local average.
