04/11/2025: I spent a month in castellammare and went to this cafe nearly every day. The cassatella and cannoli were the best I tried during my trip.

23/10/2025: I found this restaurant by searching online. It's not in the center of town, but it's easy to get to. The location is beautiful and romantic (in the courtyard). The cool evening and the wind, however, encouraged us to sit inside in the former convent refectory. The place is a bit cold, having no furniture other than the tables. Service was quick and the staff were friendly. I enjoyed a very enjoyable meal with local appetizers and baked sea bream. Everything was very good. Excellent value for money. Definitely worth a try.

01/11/2025: We thoroughly enjoyed our meal here. Centrally located in an alley in Trapani, the restaurant offers a wonderful atmosphere. The dishes were absolutely delicious. Along with a good bottle of wine, the two of us had caponata and raw tuna with fennel and orange as starters, followed by squid on chickpea purée and gratinated prawns as main courses, and almond parfait and pistachio cake for dessert.

30/05/2025: Went above and beyond to provide us with brilliant service, even gave us milk for free when the supermarket was closed, and helped us with directions and spoke their second language to us the whole time, brilliant people with brilliant hearts and brilliant food. Would go again

17/08/2025: I'm editing my review, having been here four years ago. I'm not removing the five stars because we had a good time at the beach, even though it was quite far from the sea. We went to eat at the Bagno Sirenetta restaurant in the evening, and I can say that the pizza was good, although they could have done better with the vegetables and eggplant. The fried fish was good. However, the service from the short, flip-flop-wearing girl who served us was terrible. I'm giving zero points for the service. Because we could see the faces she made when we asked her to take away the pizza in the container and a coffee. I'd say her behavior was unpleasant. Then she spilled the food she was clearing off the table all over my little son. Her apologies were half-hearted and noticeable. We also found the head of a small shrimp from the mixed fried fish on top of the Margherita pizza we'd asked to take away, as if it had been put there on purpose. I don't know who the girl is, whether she's the owner's daughter or granddaughter, but it would be better to leave her at home and hire other waiters who are more suitable for the service. 26/09/2025: I give the pizza 4 stars because it's good. I give the service 4 stars because it was attentive, kind, and quick to fix a small problem with the draft beer. The only downside is the location: it's the only place that doesn't say anything, but it's surrounded by deafening noise (we left immediately after dinner because it was so loud).

21/09/2025: Great restaurant with a view of the city and the sea. The gnocchi with pistachio pesto was divine! I highly recommend it. The pizza was also very tasty, but we've had better dough in Sicily. The service was super friendly and accommodating.

19/10/2025: The worst food in all of Sicily. The staff is completely indifferent and there are cockroaches running around the tables.

14/10/2025: A restaurant on the Dante Alighieri seafront with a wide selection of dishes. I recommend the raw fish.
