We had dinner there for a whole week from April 28th to May 3rd and were thrilled. Exceptional fresh fish and delicious first courses that were different every night.

The "Il Pirata" restaurant is a wonderfully beautiful place, even as a location. The owners are very kind, the fish is very fresh, cooked to perfection and delicious, the staff is very kind and helpful, truly happy and satisfied with everything. I recommend it to all tourists who come to visit the splendid island of Marettimo, which in itself is a fairytale place, and if you come here, you cannot miss coming to eat at this fantastic place for lunch or dinner...

We've been here twice with Ewa from Weltweit Wandern and our group! The food was delicious and the fish was incredibly fresh! Prices are absolutely reasonable for Italy – we have nothing but positive things to say!

We've been to this restaurant several times since we were on the island for a few days, and we absolutely recommend it for its excellent fresh fish (the owner is a fisherman). You eat what you catch! The amberjack carpaccio was superb, like everything else we ate. The service was perfect, especially the helpfulness and friendliness of the owner-waitress. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

18/05/2026: We went for lunch yesterday, there were four of us, without a reservation, the owner I suppose was very kind, he made us sit, we had two bistro appetizers, two first courses busiata bistro and busiata allo scoglio and two fried calamari, good quality and above average quantity, attentive service, I recommend it.
15/03/2026: As always, we were happy and satisfied. A refined, delicious, and tasty lunch... compliments on everything, the friendliness and kindness of the owners and staff...
