16/05/2026: I made a bad impression on someone from out of town. I convinced myself to come to the Rotonda because it's actually close by coming from the airport. But otherwise, there's nothing to get. Poor, reheated food, lousy service, nothing that would make me want to return.

20/04/2026: This bar, located near the crucial Carini junction, is known for its location. The food is decent, and there's an outdoor seating area. Good for a quick bite and a quick coffee.

10/04/2026: The pizzas were delicious! My first pizza since arriving in Italy and it's set the bar high. The service was very warm and friendly, the place was comfortable and clean, definitely a place to return to.

27/03/2026: It's unacceptable that I had to enter this restaurant wearing a clean jacket and leave with a stained one!!! The waiter knocked it off his chair three times by stepping on it even after noticing! The pasta was delivered to me with the draining water still in it!!! I hope things improve!

25/09/2025: Came here in september - lovely location with beautiful views but was not reflected in the experience. The staff were inattentive and quite rude , not welcoming at all - it was our first time going and nothing was pointed out we had no idea how anything even worked , left after an hour - was a waste of money in our eyes

16/08/2025: We arrived on August 16th around 8pm and it was drizzling... within a few minutes a storm... the staff made us sit inside the bar, but there were many of us, the frightened people ran away... about twenty of us remained together with the owners, who, in the blink of an eye, cleared the tables and started bringing us chips, rotisserie, wines and beer... the spontaneous gesture is worthy of applause, kindness and love still exist... these people deserve so much luck, an example of what unfortunately today's society ignores... Thank you ❤️

24/04/2026: how disgusting, young owner and older owner, most likely father and son, as vast as ever, inside there is a lot of dirt and they work very badly, place not recommended to anyone!!

09/04/2026: A place you almost don't notice if you're passing by. But the quality of the food and the care with which it's prepared (from the bar to the Campobasso chicken, from the baked potatoes to the other ingredients) is truly astonishing. I recommend everyone to try it.

19/05/2026: Beware, they're still using the same trick as described two years ago. They promise to waive parking fees in the parking garage, but then refuse with trumped-up excuses, for example, because we didn't have lunch – even though I ordered something more expensive. Furthermore, the cashier was very unfriendly (after she even let her fellow countrymen go ahead of her in the queue). The food itself was okay.

15/05/2026: No lemonade, in a restaurant on Sicily! Only lemon soda, and we had to ask for ice ourselves. Service was quite indifferent and spoke no English. We had no cash to pay for our drinks, so we wanted to pay by card. This was not possible apparently, which is ridiculous in 2026, and even though the entrance says they support card payment. When I came back after trying several ATMs it was suddenly, but very reluctantly, possible to pay by card. It seems they just didn't want to go through the trouble for six euros. Ridiculous.

07/04/2026: We wanted a street food-style lunch snack, and we had a great time. The pnnelle with croquettes were excellent, as was the caponata. The arancini with butter was good. Service was quick and the staff were friendly. I've read a lot of negative reviews from people who were expecting an elegant restaurant. The tablecloths and glasses are plastic, and the line outside is very long if you show up on a Sunday at 1:30 PM. If you're looking for a small restaurant where you can enjoy spaghetti with seafood and a good wine, then this isn't the right place! If you're looking for a snack with typical Sicilian specialties, if you don't show up during peak hours, and if you prefer simplicity, then this is the place for you!

06/04/2026: The panelle and croquettes were good but too greasy. The Mickey Mouse sandwich didn't include the requested salsa. The fries were unsalted and raw. The chicken sandwich was decent but unseasoned.

02/05/2026: Everything was fine, they made a great impression and the prices were affordable, I recommend them.

07/04/2026: We celebrated a birthday at La Quercia restaurant. Initially, despite the poor quality of the food and the stale-smelling fish, the birthday seemed to be going well. When it came time to cut the cake, which I was cutting personally, we found long, dark hairs inside. After reporting the problem to the manager, he not only immediately attacked us, yelling, but also ended the discussion by saying, "Do you know what I tell you? Don't come here again, and I won't give you your money back for the cake." He also started criticizing the small amount of food we used to bring to takeout after lunch or dinner. (We were regulars.) I'm truly outraged, not so much for finding the hair in the cake, but for the manager's lack of respect and professionalism. I hope someone will teach you how to work in the restaurant business. I say this as a chef de partie. If you want confirmation of my profession, I'll forward you my resume. Thank me for not calling and reporting everything to the local health authority. Goodbye, and for anyone who thinks they want to visit this place, believe me, there are many beautiful places in Palermo, avoid these unnecessary elements.

28/04/2026: Only stopped for an Aperol Spritz but the service was friendly and the Aperol was great. Great spot overlooking the marina to people watch.
