The 3.4 rating and the bad reviews are odd.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit on July 4, 2026.
We were looking for a place to get an affogato and stumbled upon this place.
We received excellent service.
We ordered two affogatos, both with excellent coffee, and one granita, which was very refreshing.
I highly recommend them.

I only had the granita, which, unfortunately, didn't thrill me. I can say, however, that there's air conditioning inside and it's really cool. On a hot day, stopping there for a granita is still a good way to cool off.

Excellent restaurant! We had a wonderful time. The dishes were delicious, simple, and authentic, served in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The service was impeccable, with a smiling and attentive team.
A special thank you to Yasmina, who speaks excellent French and was absolutely lovely to us. Her warm welcome and kindness made our experience even more enjoyable.
We highly recommend this establishment!

In general a nice place, but the staff was not knowledgeable on the allergens of their products, so I couldn’t eat anything as a vegan.

Coffee and a croissant 🥐 for breakfast are definitely great. It's a typical Italian cafe, perfect for sitting down. They know how to make coffee ☕️😉

I can't understand the negative reviews; we received excellent service. We ordered a cappuccino, a sandwich, and an Iris (a sweet pastry filled with ricotta); everything was delicious and the prices were perfectly reasonable.

The staff were very attentive and polite. The coffee was very good; we were able to get an iced cappuccino for €3, even though we were on Palermo's main street.
