24/11/2025: Very good portions, more than you could possibly eat. In the city center, away from the tourist streets, I only encountered locals from Palermo. I waited for my dish, a seafood risotto prepared to order. Then came pasta from La Norma with eggplant. Everything was delicious. Attentive waiter. If you're not looking for luxury and authenticity, this is a great option at a more than reasonable price, especially with local wine. Expect to pay around €20-25 per person with a bottle of wine. Hats off!

14/11/2025: I was looking for pistachio pasta and finally found this restaurant. It tasted just as I imagined. The shrimp pasta was also delicious. Both portions were generous, so one plate was satisfying. It's close to the Teatro Massimo, and there weren't many people there when I visited, but the food was definitely delicious.

21/11/2025: Horrible! The cashier doesn't say hello or say hello (to others, yes, but when I say "hi!", she completely ignores me). Either she's prejudiced against foreigners or women. Instead of accepting payment, she was simply discussing personal matters with her friend (even though she could see her perfectly well and look her in the face). The café hasn't been renovated since the 1980s, I think. To be fair, the café is clean, the deli is delicious, and the cappuccino is delicious. But for this kind of attitude, thank you, but I won't be coming again.

02/09/2025: Recommended by a friend, I went to this chip shop. The counter attendant was immediately helpful and advised me to get the raw flatbreads for long trips. For this, I give it 5 stars. On the other hand, I had the meusa sandwich. AMAZING!! I'll be back!!!

11/11/2025: Beautiful old house with a pool and large grounds. Olive trees and fruit trees, and two separate little houses set back a bit. We had one of them with a kitchen and a large terrace. The only slight drawback is that the train passes very close by quite often.

24/10/2025: We had a wonderful evening, the staff were helpful and the food was excellent. The waiter, Ignazio, was especially kind and professional.

21/11/2025: Beautiful restaurant. Attentive, helpful, and very professional staff. I celebrated my birthday with some friends and we were delighted. Excellent, expertly prepared food. The owner was delightful and guided us with a smile and excellent advice. I recommend it to everyone.

10/10/2025: The pasta was microwaved (which was obvious after a trip to the restroom), and so was the caponata. The service was not friendly. Avoid these places.

09/10/2025: This doesn't even deserve one star. Walking into the restroom, you can see the microwave by the open door. I noticed a plate of pasta spinning inside. Upon returning to the table, the microwave beeped, and within a minute, I was served cold, lukewarm pasta. I didn't eat it. I left.

20/09/2025: We went without expectations and left thrilled. The staff was polite and courteous, the location was elegant yet relaxed, we brought our dog along, and they gave us the best seating so we could all feel comfortable, but the real star was the pizza! Fabulous, as I told the owner, excellent dough and top-quality ingredients. Congratulations guys, keep up the good work, and see you soon.

30/08/2025: After years of regular patronage and a cuisine that has proven reliable over time, I returned one August evening with my father [in his eighties] and a friend. Leaving aside the unfriendly greeting [which has become almost routine lately] upon our arrival, in 53 minutes of waiting we weren't even bothered with water, bread for the wait, or even a request for an appetizer. Nothing! As soon as the wait staff arrived, nervous and irritated by my comment that other diners had similarly complained about the service, with the same nervousness and in a manner that was, to say the least, rude [this is far from Osteria Urbana], the waiter loudly asked me to leave, walked away himself, and didn't even deign to offer us a reservation! Only Giuseppe tried to remedy the situation once we left the table, but the damage was done, and too much spoils. I won't be returning. One can understand the stress of a crowded dining room, but in any self-respecting establishment, at least water and an appetizer while waiting, especially when the guest is elderly, seems frankly appropriate. Terrible treatment! Date of visit: August 2025

16/08/2025: Highly recommended for both meat and fish...excellent quality and service...sensational pasta alla norma!

04/11/2025: A very quiet and charming place. The management is friendly and accommodating, as are all the staff. They're open for lunch with a special menu, and for dinner, the atmosphere is truly refined, serving traditional dishes and revisited classics (like the excellent garlic and oil with sea urchins). A special mention goes to their parmigiana and their fantastic, fresh tiramisu! The wine cellar is well-stocked, including some rarer items!

01/11/2025: I had a pizza with my girlfriend, the place was clean and elegant. I booked with The Fork, I was supposed to pay €65 but instead I paid €15 with the €50 voucher.
