22/05/2025: The place is very special. We felt at home. We went for dinner with a group of friends and were treated like royalty. The food is wonderful, the people are extremely charismatic and attentive. It was a wonderful experience. We will be back soon and highly recommend it.

10/05/2025: We decided to organize our animal-loving daughter's communion party on this wonderful farm. Calling it a farm is actually an understatement because it is a sophisticated, elegant and very well organized environment, with a well-kept garden area, play area, visit path for visiting animals, spacious reception rooms surrounded by lemon trees. The staff welcomed us with great courtesy, efficiency and friendliness. A special applause in particular to the dining room manager, whose name unfortunately I don't remember, who assisted us throughout the lunch and made us feel at home. And thanks to the children's entertainer who involved them in fun and constructive outdoor games complete with a little gift for each of them. the food was exquisite, truly genuine (ricotta and jams top!), varied and delicious. We are very very satisfied. Truly a magical place that has become familiar to us and to which we will certainly return. I recommend it for those who want to feel good and be pampered by the beautiful sun, good food and lots of nature.

16/11/2024: Palermo aveva bisogno del ritorno “a casa” del Charleston, nel cuore del centro città dove i ristoranti di questo livello si contano sulle dita di una mano. La nuova sede dell’ex bar Mazzara è elegantissima e la cucina è straordinaria, frutto degli studi dello chef Verde che si percepiscono in ogni piatto. Continuando così è certo che arriveranno tantissimi riconoscimenti. Ma la cosa più gradita del nuovo Charleston è l’incredibile clima, una coccola per il cliente: si respira davvero l’affiatamento tra tutti i componenti dello staff e da un ambiente del genere non possono che nascere cose altrettanto belle.

We don't go to a restaurant to get yelled at just because we sat at a table without waiting to be seated, and we immediately apologized when we realized that the restaurant didn't work like that. There was really no point in complaining about us and waving loudly.

09/05/2025: Nice experience in this new place for us. We ate two excellent pizzas, with different doughs, very seasoned and with original combinations. The meat is also excellent. The staff was very kind from start to finish and the price seemed well proportioned. We will return and recommend it.

06/05/2025: I think it's the best restaurant in Sicily and the restaurant of my life. The Trapanese couscous served with fish broth and the marinated prawn fish soup were so delicious that I went there twice. There are many wine pairings and the staff is very friendly. I think I will miss you a lot.

28/04/2025: Had dinner at this place, questionable experience. Poor couscous, fish seen through binoculars and drinks prices in my opinion excessive (13 euros for a half bottle of wine seems really a lot to me...) I wouldn't repeat the experience.

13/10/2024: I was in this place on Saturday evening, you immediately noticed the dated interior furnishings, the bathrooms were also clean and above all with toilets for disabled people, everything was a bit old.. On the other hand, the dinner was good, the hot appetizer although small in quantity was good, the pizza was delicious and seasoned. Excellent service, very attentive to customer needs. Average prices.

05/06/2025: We had the pleasure of dining at the Civoleva restaurant-pizzeria, located in Via Messina Marine, 124. The experience was exceptional in every way. 🍽️ A journey through the flavors of the sea We started dinner with a delicious lobster pasta, perfectly al dente and full of flavor. The grilled red prawns from Mazara del Vallo were succulent and very fresh, a real pleasure for the palate. The tuna pizza, with tomato, fiordilatte from Campania, red onion from Tropea and tuna, won everyone over with its balance of flavors. The octopus on potato cream was tender and well-balanced, while the revisited swordfish Palermo-style offered a tasty reinterpretation of a Sicilian classic. 🏡 Welcoming atmosphere and impeccable service The restaurant has a warm and familiar atmosphere, with modern and elegant furnishings. The staff stood out for their kindness and professionalism, taking care of every detail and making guests feel welcome. The staff was able to resolve a request we made with great professionalism and kindness, thus giving us the opportunity to enjoy a nice aperitif on the terrace overlooking the sea. 💰 Excellent value for money One of the most appreciated aspects is the excellent value for money. The dishes offered are generous in portions and prepared with top quality ingredients, all at affordable prices. In conclusion, Civoleva is a restaurant that we highly recommend to anyone who is in Palermo and wants to enjoy delicious cuisine in a pleasant environment.
