10/10/2025: Everything was delicious, the only flaw was that we waited quite a while before ordering, but otherwise everything was ok.

04/10/2025: One of the many bars on Via Roma that stands out for the quality of its coffee, its freshly made cannoli, and its ice creams... An ideal location to enjoy the Lampedusa stroll while the wives are out shopping.

23/09/2025: The coffee is excellent, as is the glass of Prosecco. The staff is friendly, and the place is very clean and welcoming.

30/09/2025: Easter Lunch This is our first time discovering this place by chance. The food could be better, it's a bit '80s-style—the pasta should be cooked more al dente, the rice with fish should be cooked without cream, and perhaps more sophisticated desserts. But the place is worth the missing stars! Beautiful. The welcome and service are like those of a fine restaurant. We'll be back many times!

01/09/2025: This place is usually very good, but remember to call ahead so you don't go there for nothing and find it's closed even though Google says it's "open". I'm very disappointed.

01/12/2024: Shame, we came from Castelvetrano to come and eat kebab and at 8:15 pm it was no longer available, so we settled for the sandwiches that were on the menu. After 1 hour of waiting outside in the cold, the order arrived with 3 out of 5 wrong sandwiches, and we were not told about the lack of ingredients before arriving at the table. But the gesture that most annoyed was giving me €1 back for the lack of ingredients and the rudeness of the waitress. The table was without napkins and even though we asked for them, very few arrived. Given my experience, I absolutely do not recommend this place.

24/10/2025: A very nice restaurant in an open square, yet in a very quiet, undisturbed location! We had various starters and main courses (sea bass, carbonara, seafood pasta). The food was incredibly delicious, and the pasta was cooked al dente. The service was very attentive and friendly. Highly recommended.

02/10/2025: I was at Lipadusa Restaurant last night, October 1, 2025. After a rich and delicious mixed seafood appetizer, I ordered tagliatelle with tomato sauce, vegetable ragù, and monkfish. Too bad there was no monkfish on the plate at all. I politely pointed this out to the owner, who literally attacked me, claiming the frog was minced. I can confirm, however, that there was no fish in the tagliatelle, not even a hint. I actually ate tagliatelle with tomato sauce, chopped celery, onion, and carrot, and a fish stock. The portion was also very small. After the clarification, I received the bill immediately and the owner himself asked me to pay, telling me they wouldn't serve me anything else. The evening was terrible for other tables near mine, too. Several diners repeatedly complained to the staff about delays, missing dishes, etc. The owner became very nervous and aggressive with all the guests who complained, claiming that at the end of the season he was tired of dealing with people. Terrible hospitality, rating 3. He remained calm and detached; he didn't manage to ruin my evening, even though I would have preferred to eat what he had offered and explained to me. However, the aggression I received was serious. Nice note: The waitress, aware of what had happened, asked if she could offer me an amaro, which I accepted, almost as if to apologize for what had happened. A very appreciated gesture.

01/11/2025: The restaurant overlooks the harbor and is incredibly welcoming and clean. The staff is friendly and always attentive to your every need. The food is delicious and the price is absolutely fair. If you're coming to Porto Palo, I highly recommend it!

24/08/2025: You know when you'll sit down (maybe), but you don't know when you'll eat. The food is quite good, even gluten-free, but the wait is excessive beyond belief.

27/08/2025: Five of us ate on the terrace near the statue in the square. The atmosphere was as you'd imagine, "bella vita" style. Only two tables were still free. We ate very, very well. Of all the meat dishes I've eaten in different countries, this was one of the best I've had, and for Sicily, it was the best so far. We had a large and small starter of fried potatoes with Parmigiano salsa, a mixed meat dish, a white pizza with four cheeses, a rib-eye steak, a vegetarian pizza, and a small Sicilian pizza, as well as five beers (three Moretti and two Stella Artois), a bottle of water, three Cokes, two cocktails, one Stretto coffee, and one Limoncello. It cost us €140, or €28 per person. If you're spending the evening in the center of old Racalmuto, I recommend this restaurant. The meat comes from their own butchery. It's an old-fashioned butchery where they choose the animals and cut them themselves. There's no pre-prepared meat, everything is done as needed, and the meat is always freshly prepared.

06/06/2025: Ho scelto questo posto per le recensioni. Assolutamente non veritiere. Fritto di paranza, pesci da supermercato assolutamente fritti male, primi con cambierò rosa probabilmente se i gamberetti li vedi con la lent3 diventano gamberi…. Da dimenticare il peggior ristorante che abbia trovato in Sicilia.

02/02/2026: Yesterday, we placed an order with family at Skiticchio Agrigento and we're devastated by both the service and the food. Our piadinas took two hours to arrive, when they were supposed to be an hour. Unfortunately, the delivery time was continually extended, despite our phone conversations and requests to cancel the order due to the late hour. Furthermore, our courier went first to deliver another order to another city. The food arrived cold. The piadina was filled with practically nothing but French fries; if I'd wanted to eat fries, I would have simply ordered fries. For this very reason, we were forced to take other ingredients we had in the fridge and add them to the piadinas. It's pathetic. There was so little sauce that you could have choked on those dry fries. I'm not interested in any explanations like "there were only a few couriers available," and I don't want to hear that, because if I pay for delivery, I expect it.
