23/04/2025: Great place for a quick and friendly pizza experience The four of us arrived around 7:00 PM and were immediately given a friendly welcome. The staff quickly noticed that we were not Italians and gave us an English menu. The pizzas were on the table within ten minutes - quickly and efficiently. There is ample parking in front of the door. You can eat on site, but the business mainly has a take-away atmosphere. The pizzas were fine: good base, although I think the topping could have been a little more tasty. Nevertheless, certainly good value for money. In short: highly recommended for those who want a quick, friendly and tasty meal without any fuss

12/04/2025: Typical pizzeria, very good value for money. Not the big restaurant but the pizza is very good and not expensive. The setting is not his strong point but that’s not what we ask of him when he comes here.

13/06/2025: Absolutely wonderful experience at Trattoria La Buona Forchetta! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared — truly some of the best we’ve had in Sicily. The service was warm and welcoming, and to top it off, the owner serenaded us with his guitar, creating an unforgettable atmosphere. Highly recommended!

27/08/2025: Five of us ate on the terrace near the statue in the square. The atmosphere was as you'd imagine, "bella vita" style. Only two tables were still free. We ate very, very well. Of all the meat dishes I've eaten in different countries, this was one of the best I've had, and for Sicily, it was the best so far. We had a large and small starter of fried potatoes with Parmigiano salsa, a mixed meat dish, a white pizza with four cheeses, a rib-eye steak, a vegetarian pizza, and a small Sicilian pizza, as well as five beers (three Moretti and two Stella Artois), a bottle of water, three Cokes, two cocktails, one Stretto coffee, and one Limoncello. It cost us €140, or €28 per person. If you're spending the evening in the center of old Racalmuto, I recommend this restaurant. The meat comes from their own butchery. It's an old-fashioned butchery where they choose the animals and cut them themselves. There's no pre-prepared meat, everything is done as needed, and the meat is always freshly prepared.

13/09/2025: I’ve been coming to Centro Passi for years, and it never disappoints. The pizza is simply fabulous – the kind you dream about when you’re far away. The team is always so welcoming, making you feel more like an old friend than a customer. After 8pm, the street dining comes alive, and there’s nothing better than enjoying a perfect pizza under the Sicilian evening sky. A true gem that keeps me coming back year after year!

15/08/2025: Warning: This restaurant is not recommended, especially on holidays. The waiters are extremely overwhelmed and ask guests to get their own drinks, even after waiting 15 minutes for a bottle of water. This is an absolute disgrace in my opinion! The portions on the set menu were much smaller, and dessert was not served after several requests and a wait of over an hour. I will not visit this restaurant again because the waiters are unable to do their jobs. After complaining to the manager, she did not respond. This is disgraceful! This place exists to rip people off! Attention: This restaurant is not recommended, especially during holidays. I came here with the utmost sophistication and presented to the client from the restaurant and prepare the client for a rich, 15 minute bottle of water. A mio parere, è una vergogna assoluta! The portions of the menu are always served with a small amount of piccole and the dessert is not served as a variety of rich and tasty dishes. Not tornerò più in this ristorante perché i camerai sono incapaci di fare il loro lavoro. Dopo avermi lamentato with the direttrice, not ha risposto. È scandaloso! Questo posto esiste per fregare la gente!

06/07/2025: This restaurant was opposite our hotel and we first tried it for home made ice cream - it was delicious and staff were really helpful so we went for dinner more than once. It’s position in the cliff is great enhanced by the decor and setting - really great service and tasty food if limited menu - I have a food allergy and they cooked a separate not on menu meal for me - you cannot ask for more than that. It’s is a great place to sit and enjoy the view - thank you to the staff for helping to make a really enjoyable holiday. I see someone thought it pricey - not for this standard of food and place.

20/07/2025: Abbiamo cenato nella migliore trattoria di Lampedusa per tutta la settimana...devo dire che abbiamo degustato tutto il menù...e mi sento di affermare che è la migliore cucina di Lampedusa... personale molto gentile e disponibile, un locale adatto a tutti , famiglie,coppie,ricorrenze..ma la solarità di Carmen è un qualcosa di eccezionale..😘

20/07/2025: Il locale è davvero molto grazioso curato e il personale accogliente. Purtroppo il piatto ha totalmemte deluso le mie aspettative: lo spaghetto era scotto e frutti di mare mix tra vecchi congelati e andati a male... Avevo una gran fame e ho mangiato gli spaghetti sperando di lasciarmi poi il piacere dei frutti di mare alla fine e invece non ce n'era uno buono! Insomma una vera delusione ma più di tutto, quando l'ho fatto presente al personale, non c'è stato nessun tentativo di compensare la mancanza.

08/06/2025: Unfortunately, a disappointing experience. The Casale Firriato restaurant offers rustic dishes linked to Sicilian tradition, but the service was unacceptable. After serving the appetizers, we waited over an hour to receive the meat-based second courses. The restaurant was full and only the owner and his son were managing everything: too few to offer adequate service. There were many of us who brought portions to share that were not enough for everyone. The road to reach the restaurant is also uncomfortable and not very easy. It's a shame, because the environment has potential, but the organization absolutely needs to be improved. I do not recommend it.

04/05/2025: Good baked goods every morning. Good price-performance ratio. Unfortunately there was no pizza in the evening, but we immediately took our cell phone out of our hands and entered the nearest pizza place, which was 150 meters away.

06/06/2025: Ho scelto questo posto per le recensioni. Assolutamente non veritiere. Fritto di paranza, pesci da supermercato assolutamente fritti male, primi con cambierò rosa probabilmente se i gamberetti li vedi con la lent3 diventano gamberi…. Da dimenticare il peggior ristorante che abbia trovato in Sicilia.

14/08/2025: A B&B with an attached restaurant that looks a bit shabby. The restaurant serves pretty good food. The rooms are very spacious, but a little more cleaning would be nice. The shower in my room had a fair amount of mold, and the sheets weren't exactly clean.

16/07/2025: Questa sera io e la mia famiglia siamo stati ad Ameca e sin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con grande cordialità dalla proprietaria, che si è mostrata disponibile alle nostre esigenze. Io e mio marito abbiamo gustato due primi: una pasta Zu Tano (normale) e una pasta al ragù di cernia ( senza glutine). La qualità era davvero ottima, soprattutto la pasta fresca gluten free, saporita e con una buona consistenza. Mia figlia ha scelto una fettina di pollo alla griglia, semplice ma ben cucinata e gustosa. Prima delle portate principali ci è stato offerto un cous cous senza glutine, una piacevole sorpresa: leggero, ben condito e davvero delizioso. Il personale si è dimostrato gentile e attento. Nonostante avessimo accanto una tavolata da 24 persone il servizio è stato molto veloce (siamo stati serviti in 20 minuti). Sicuramente torneremo: un ristorante che unisce qualità, accoglienza e attenzione anche per chi ha esigenze alimentari particolari.

06/07/2025: Ristorante praticamente su una terrazza direttamente sul porto offre piatti a base di pesce con la varietà direi abbastanza buona. Il cibo è buono, qualità anche, la quantità giusta i prezzi siamo sul medio alti. Il servizio è un po’ particolare anche molto simpatico ma in certi punti un po’ lento. Però ve lo consiglio perché alla fine si mangia bene.
