Apart from us there were only Italians which I think is very rare these days. It was a very cool atmosphere. The food was delicious, the service was kind. The lemon granita was heavenly :)

Absolutely wonderful experience at Trattoria La Buona Forchetta! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared — truly some of the best we’ve had in Sicily. The service was warm and welcoming, and to top it off, the owner serenaded us with his guitar, creating an unforgettable atmosphere. Highly recommended!

An old-fashioned trattoria, as authentic and genuine as the dishes served there. The price is excellent. If you're not expecting a particularly chic place, otherwise, you won't be disappointed. Recommended.

The food is very delicious. The "Busiate alla Norma" is perfectly cooked and highly recommended!
The service is very friendly and attentive and provided good recommendations.
The restaurant is rustic and authentic.
I will definitely eat here again when I'm back in Sciacca.

I'm a passionate home cook and go to restaurants because the results are often disappointing. I was pleasantly surprised at Buona Forchetta. The presentation of the dish was rather simple, but I was absolutely thrilled with the taste. The spaghetti al vongole was the best I've had in years. Highly recommended, home-style cooking; if you pass by here, it's your own fault. The vino bianco della casa is a revelation, by the way. Enjoy your meal at Buona Forchetta 😋👍
